Here we go again. There are so few instances of actual “Islamophobia” that the victimhood narrative and hysteria surrounding Muslims in the West has to be constantly shored up with fake hate crimes. Note also that Hamas-linked CAIR immediately took up Haarun Galbayte’s case. That in itself makes it suspect.
“‘He Immediately Just Spit In My Face’: Man Accused Of Racist DoorDash Driver Assault Denies It Ever Happened,” by Mary McGuire, WCCO, November 21, 2019:
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Mike Anderson, the man accused of assaulting and shouting racial slurs at DoorDash delivery driver Haarun Galbayte, says he has proof the alleged attack never happened.
Earlier this month, DoorDash driver Haarun Galbayte claimed Mike Anderson punched him in the head and told him to go back to his country after dropping food off at his Greenwood home near Lake Minnetonka.
Anderson tells WCCO he passed a polygraph test this week that proves he is innocent. He also has security footage from his home that shows what led up to the incident….
About 30 minutes after ordering through DoorDash on October 27, Anderson says his wife got a call from Galbayte, telling her to come out and get her order. She refused, saying she specifically noted on the ticket to bring the items to her door. That’s when Anderson went outside and found his food on the driveway.
“I yelled, ‘Hey!’ real loud to get his attention, and he stopped his car right away,” Anderson said.
He says this was the second time Galbayte had delivered food to the residence within a week and refused to bring it to the door.
“I swore at the guy. I said … ‘It’s called DoorDash, OK? It’s not that complicated!’” Anderson said. “And he immediately just spit in my face from point-blank range.”
Anderson is adamant he never touched the driver and never uttered any racial slurs.
“I never said anything about referencing his ethnicity, his country of origin, his race, his religion,” Anderson said.
Earlier this month, Galbayte, along with the Minnesota Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, held a press conference where a very different version of events was outlined.
“He was flagged down by a gentleman who began immediately verbally assaulting him [with expletives] … ‘Go back to your country!’” said Jaylani Hussein, the executive director CAIR-MN.
Galbayte also accused Anderson of punching him in the head three times. Anderson was arrested and booked on fifth-degree assault charges, which he and his attorney Joe Tamburino are fighting.
No hate crime charges have been filed.
WCCO reached out to Galbayte on the phone this afternoon. He is standing by his version of what happened, and claims he never spit on Anderson.

It’s called taqiyya.

Good. Sue his – and CAIR’s – ass.

And get the video aired on the national news. These are obvious set-ups. The slaves of Allah like Gael-bayte and the thugs and goons at CAIR get the benefit of initial media attention to the first airing of the claim then the story gets dropped unless there is aggressive follow-up to disprove the “hate crime” ever occurred.
Ashley says
Totally agree, revere. The video should be released.
I have to say I’m a tad concerned about this alleged neighbor/witness that gave a statement to the authorities bolstering Galbayte’s claims of the assault.

I’m sort of on the fence with this one. Would Galbayte, Anderson’s neighbor, CAIR and Door–Dash risk their credibility if confronted with this alleged video? Why didn’t Mike Anderson present the video to the police as proof of his innocence?
RELEASE THE VIDEO FOOTAGE!

So hiring a Muslim to work for your company is just as risky as renting your home to him. After this example, why would anyone be so foolish as to use a food delivery service? Inviting an unknown person to your door, whether directly from the food company (like a pizza delivery person) or a third party such as DoorDash, Food Dudes or Grub Hub, places the customer at risk of just such an incident or one much, much worse. Frankly, I would not WANT one of them to come to my door! It’s asking for an assault or worse. This will put food delivery services out of business. They are probably forced to hire these creeps and then the customer is vulnerable. The Andersons really ought to be suing DoorDash for this. Once the assault charge is done with they will have some hefty legal fees to pay. Which is another thing – judges should automatically give all the bills to CAIR to pay when they lose in court. Plus other damages and costs. This is why we should not be admitting people who will not or cannot assimilate to OUR culture. It’s not up to us to assimilate to THEM.
Suebe says
I hope that someone who has the knowledge and finances can take for this Mike. Born citizens need to wake up at this rise of Liberals sideing with foreignors, and especially Muslims. They are slowly taking over and we better stand up for ourselves or we will end up like Europe. CHRISTIANS ARE ALMOST NON EXISTENT And yes get as much publicity as possibe, because the Media is eithier told to squash stories by Democrat politicians or won’t print story
Westman says
Galbayte left the delivery, food which can spoil or be contaminated by animals, etc, on the driveway. Didn’t Winston Churchill say something about, “improvident habits” and “slovenly systems”? This delivery driver not only had no plans to go the “extra mile” but planned to never, “go the mile”. Did the food contain pork?
It’s likely that Galbayte broke a local food handling law by placing the food on the ground, something Anderson’s defense should note to the court and point out in the video evidence. Laziness is a common trait of prevaricators. DoorDash should also take note as the delivery driver is their representarive.
Jeff Allen says
And who’s to say our delivery fellow didn’t leave some “extra food” inside the lowly kafir’s order.

Private citizens, not just police , now have to wear bodycams to avoid false claims of islamophobia
Sobieski says
I bought a dashboard camera for my car and now I’m buying a doorbell camera for my house.
mortimer says
“SOBIESKI” is right … we all need to wear a personal camera to record all exchanges with Muslims. Muslims like this malingerer spoil all exchanges.
Since Islam contains the doctrines of TAQIYYA and of ‘BARAA’ (hatred and hostility towards the non-Muslim ‘KAFIR’), a wise person must assume that in every exchange with Muslims there is at least a strong potential for a betrayal of trust.
A legally-wise person will video-record every exchange with a Muslim.

Well summarized by Rob.

This is mind-boggling.
DoorDash best have fired Galbayte’s ass. Glad Anderson had home security footage to bolster his innocence…a luxury few can afford.
Daniel Wright says
Door dash should require ALL applicants for employment to sign a pre-employment agreement that this type of behavior will result in immediate termination. Companies need to stand up to Muslim bullies. They need to understand that their innate superiority complex isn’t acceptable.

There are cameras made for filming wildlife…either in snap shots or video…that are less than fifty dollars. They are motion-detectors and cameras all in one and take a lot of photos in rapid succession or video, whichever way the owner wants to set it.
No film, but on a card that is removed and the photos downloaded onto a computer, after which the card is placed back in the camera and can be set to begin taking photos. Pictures are pretty clear too, even with movement and a snap shot.

There is a video doorbell system called Ring ..I have it and it’s awesome . I would definately recommend it! .
It can also give you alerts from other Ring users in your area ( and show you their video capture) of suspicious occurrences that their doorbell recorded. It also records video if you click on an icon.
You can get just the doorbell or add ons to make up a whole system.
I just need to get a dash cam. Too many incidences of road rage for me!
( and get my carry permit too!)

Militant Muslims use taqiyya and accusations of “Islamophobia” to attack kafirs (non Muslims),and support the spread of Islam. Taqiyya is real. Islamophobia is NOT!!! A phobia is an unrealistic fear of something not actually dangerous. It is a mental disorder. Anyone with no fear of jihadists or people pushing sharia on the world who (doesn’t) fear those enemies of civilization is a suicidal fool!!!

Tony Xu, DoorDash, thinks all immigrants have the same ideas about other humans. Five years from now he’ll be able to write a book about what he has learned.
Mark Spahn (West Seneca, NY) says
The defendant says, “I never said anything about referencing his ethnicity, his country of origin, his race, his religion.” Neither did station WCCO, which reported this incident. The accompanying photo makes Haarun Galbayte look like a black-skilled male, but what does he identify as? What *is* Haarun Galbayte’s ethnicity, country of origin, race, religion, menstruation status, and preferred pronouns? Why is this information not being reported? And as of now, even CAIR is silent about Haarun; see https://www.cair.com/press_releases .
Mark Spahn says
Correction: black-skilled –> black-skinned (but he might also be black-skilled)
somehistory says
If he is using his “black skin” as a tool, a weapon, etc. then it is possible he is black-skilled with it. Perhaps he has tried this before and when the customer sees he is black, they don’t try to make him do his job correctly.
He wouldn’t need cair’s help if he actually told the truth. They come in to lie and pressure and finagle their way to a ‘win.’
Mark Spahn says
Come to think of it, the word “Muslim” appears in the Jihad Watch headline of this article, but the word “Muslim” does not appear in the WCCO report. Why is the headline writer accusing Mr. Galbayte of being a Muslim, and with what justification?
somehistory says
\He looks somali. Much like the ‘cop’ who shot and killed Ms. Diamond some time back. Most people from that country are moslim, esp those in MN.
somehistory says
And….cair is involved. They call themselves a ‘civil rights org,’ but they only send their lawyers out to help moslims. It’s a safe bet this guy is saturated in the evil filth of islam.
somehistory says
If he has proof, he should say it’s proof of what “did happen.” One cannot prove a negative, so he should make his statement of denial that he did anything illegal as a positive. Put the moslim on the defensive by stating what happened…the moslim refused to actually deliver the food, and then “assaulted” the customer with spit.
Spitting is a health hazard and is also assault under the law.
Hopefully his “proof” of what did happen is clear to the court.
UNCLE VLADDI says
One can indeed prove a negative – prove one didn’t do what one was slanderously accused of – if and when one has recorded evidence to the contrary – as in this case.
somehistory says
I didn’t say he couldn’t prove he didn’t do it…but the wording needs to be positive as in “he spit on me and I said this and that because he refused to deliver the food we had ordered.”
The recording will *prove* the spit happened, proving the moslim is lying.
An example: In Court, the defendant accused of committing a robbery can prove he didn’t do it…by proving he was someplace else at the time of the crime being committed. He must have proof he was someplace else to prove he was not at the scene of the robbery. If someone has video evidence taken at the time of the robbery and he is not in any scene, it doesn’t prove he wasn’t there, it just proves he wasn’t in any video taken at the time. So, in Court, one must use a *Positive* defense to prove innocence.
As the saying goes, “Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.”
