In reality, the motive is quite clear. Most people in the West assume that aid workers such as Tetsu Nakamura are doing the long-term work to end the jihad, as they are winning the hearts and minds of Afghans with their good deeds. But in fact, the Taliban and other jihad groups only view these gestures of good will with contempt and suspicion — the Infidels are trying to lure us away from Islam with their earthly gifts. And so they murder the aid workers whenever possible.
“Tetsu Nakamura: Japanese doctor among six dead in Afghan gun attack,” BBC, December 4, 2019 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
A Japanese doctor who devoted his career to improving the lives of Afghans has died, after being injured in an attack in eastern Afghanistan.
Gunmen shot Tetsu Nakamura, 73, while he was travelling in a car to monitor a project, officials say.
Five Afghans were also killed in the attack, which happened in the city of Jalalabad.
Dr Nakamura headed a Japanese charity focused on improving irrigation in the country.
In October this year, he was awarded honorary citizenship from the Afghan government for his humanitarian work.
No-one has yet said they carried out the attack and the motive remains unclear….

Islam creates dysfunctional, paranoid societies based on the suspicion of the dirty kufaar … kafir-o-phobia.

A Japanese doctor doing humanitarian work in an Islamic country, especially when the current situation in Japan is a struggle against tolitarianism control and Japan is being supported in spirit by Trump will suddenly be viewed as an enemy…see it clearly. Islam is tolitarian by it’s Quranic nature….and warfare doctrine they all must follow to stay alive or they are attacked. The Japanese doctor was their to aid victims, it was his nature, Islamic warrior is their to find any impreceptable link to risk with their “nature”. Very tragic.

Just to add, the protests in Japan are against China’s attempt to regain control of a once and still properous Japan, by removing Japan’s dissidents to China for crimes and attempt to take power over Japan, they are used to freedom the Chinese do not experience.

Yes–Japan is a beacon of freedom in the region.

This whole fracas is about power. Nothing to do with improving Afghan health or setting a worthwhile example. The biggest, deranged islamist or jihadi who murders with greatest depravity will be “leader”.
We should eliminate all aid; we need it for the poorest in the UK.
Let them inherit the consequences of their murderous “leaders”.

The struggle against those in the muslim community at war with civilization will only be won, in my opinion, with the full support of that part of the muslim community which opposes it. I won’t hold my breath.

A billion and a half Muslims, minus two or three who have gone public, apparently feel that whatever their brothers do, its all some kafirs problem, and why face a fatwa for some kafir? Yes, those billions of Muslims are all victims of the cult…….but just how far does a civilised mans abstract duty to all these victims go? How hard must a man fight them and their women from the clutches of the death cult? wom ka

The words logic and Islam dont belong in the same paragraph. Has anybody figured out yet why we earned their undying hatred for feeding starving Muslims in Somalia? Some dead soldiers might like to know.

Basically the Quran teaches that non Muslims are second class citizens. and The quran commands Muslims to kill people unless they convert, offensive Jihad. Many muslims in the west are not taught this. The water is muddied by the fact that Muslims are allowed to lie to further their religion. I think the thinking is that everyone who is not following God like they are is an idolator and should be killed if they wont convert.
I’ve read Islam and Terrorism by Mark Gabriel (not his real name), former Imam and lecturere on Islamic history in Egypt. His book lays it all out and basically says that ISIS are following the Quran to the letter where as most other muslims are not.
I balance this with Nabeel Qureshi’s book ‘Answering Jihad’ a better way. Qureshi was brought up as a muslim in the states and was shocked as anyone else over 9/11. All his pears told him it had nothing to do with Islam. He started to read the Hadiths for himself to find that it had everything to do with Islam. Was he now going to follow Muhammad’s example, pretend he hadnt seen it or leave Islam.
He left Islam as he became convinced that Christianity was the truth over Islam.
You can get the you tube videos on this book and his Seeking Allah, finding Jesus book. Well thought out and argued and emotionally fast paced !!

Today’s news should be a clue. Logic in Islam is only Quranic logic which directs them to undying hatred for feeding starving Muslims or non muslims in Somalia…..it is the concern of fitna that may lead a muslim astray in thought, you are right logic and Islam do not belong in same paragraph. The infomation is critical and it is hard to understand why they follow it except they would be terrorize to not follow it.
