The fix is in. What in that review conceivably violates Amazon guidelines? This is clear evidence that Amazon is not a bookstore, but part of the Left-fascist cabal that is working so hard today to crush all dissent from the Leftist agenda.
Amazon is trying to ensure that as few people as possible see and read The Palestinian Delusion: The Catastrophic History of the Middle East Peace Process. Meanwhile, it remains by far the nation’s largest source for books, which makes its bias all the more insidious.
Strike a blow against the sinister Leftist establishment: if you have read The Palestinian Delusion and like it, please leave a favorable review at Amazon. If you haven’t read it, please buy a copy now. You could even buy it from Amazon, even as it is clearly trying to suppress this book: buying it from elsewhere is not going to dent this elephantine corporation’s earnings, while buying it from Amazon will show that their attempts to deep-six this book aren’t working.

Published my review. Finished reading the book last week. It is great. Nothng really new for me, but have been studying the Moslem Jihad for 20 years (before 9-11).
This is my review which will not likely be published – Amazon says it could take a few days to publish after it is reviewed (ha ha), yeah whatever Bezos et al.

Spencer is right. There never will be peace between Israel and its Moslem neighbours. Israel was Jewish in 1500 BC or before. Muhammadism came to creation in 620 AD. The Jews have always been a part of Israel. Moslems have always stated they want to eradicate Jewry. There is no more a ‘Palestinian’ people than there is Asimov’s Ruritania having a seat at the Useless United Nations.
With Moslems there will be peace – when all the Jews and Christians are dead. You can have as many ‘peace agreements’ as you want to ‘resolve the Middle East crisis’. All that happens, as Spencer points out, is that Jews give up land for Jihad and dead bodies.

Your excellent review is on Amazon as of 3:45 CST today (12-16-2019) Hope it stays there. I have no idea why your review made it and Michael Finch’s, cited here by Robert Spencer, did not.
Maybe a different Amazon screener read your review. An explanation from Amazon would be enlightening.

A lot of young workers these days are Muslim, don’t forget and Leftist too.
This seems extra prevalent in the industries of Geek.

Amazon is part of the Red-Green Axis of Evil. Amazon is operating a kangaroo court in which the highest bidders decide the agenda of Amazon.
Amazon is too powerful and should be busted up under anti-trust laws.
Infidel says
President Trump did a great thing by making it clear to the Pentagon that he doens’t want Amazon to get the lucrative JEDI contract. (Personally, I think that the US government has enough Unix expertise and hardware to roll out their own cloud service for their own consumption, and didn’t need to give Microsoft a boost either)
But it’s a travesty how Amazon became a monopoly first by the patenting of its one-click shopping, and then by the fact that internet sales weren’t taxed. That’s what enabled a good portion of the reputed retail competition to go under. I’m not an AOC fan, but I congratulate her for scaring Amazon out of her district, as opposed to getting tax breaks that are not normally there for most companies. While I support lower taxes across the board, monopolies don’t deserve greater tax breaks than others

Powerful Muslim moneymen have forced Amazon to impose Sharia blasphemy law because The Palestinian Delusion is to accurate, too on-target and too devastating to the Islamic propaganda.
Muslims still think they can suppress information that will convince the world that Islam is bunk and a man-made hoax.
The truth about the hoax of Islam will continue to leak out. Thousands of Muslims are abandoning this death cult every day.

Mortimer: “The fix is in”. That does it ! Now that Amazon has nixed it, no more procrastinating and I will place my order at my local village bookstore. Merry Christmas and Praise the Lord !

Bezos’s group owns the Washington Post, too. Same world view. Same censorship. Same goal.

the root of this conflict goes back almost 1400 years, to the koran and hadiths and an understanding of Islamic teachings
This is what I believe muslims want hidden, using sacredness, blasphemy, loss of free speech, to cover and disguise the stages of ideology.
The chronological order of the koran, noting the power and the overriding change by the abrogation verses.
The contextual power the hadith gives to those abrogated verses.
The power of seeking dominance, in stages, then conquest to control all over the world.
This needs to be opened up to full ongoing discussion, to be questioned, and openly debated in the West.
Thanks to Robert Spencer for the dedication and pursuit of the truth in islam, bringing it forth as knowledge with understanding.

Although off topic, this shows the deep ideological hold of islam and willful ignorance by the west as represented by that journalist.
The soft journalist wants Western governments to solve the refugee Isis problem, as if it was there fault.
Or perhaps it is, as any full on debate, discussion about islam is pretty well censored and shut down in many western countries.
The journalist is arrogant, not knowing the chronological order of the koran, the power of the abrogation verses, the hadith & sira, and most likely still claims he knows their culture.
Certainly not their ideology and what drives islam.

4 mins 44 secs.
It is in a full article so one can just read it.
The 10 year old boy did everything right, as Mohammad himself often practiced.
To call the journalist to islam. …..
Then telling the journalist what his duty was; as recommended by Mohammad.
1m-44 sec to 2 min.
The journalist calls ISIS “a warped evil cult”. Sure he is right.
Now just read the source, the sayings, guidance & lifestyle of Mohammad, plus that has been the basis of 1400 years of history, and if the cap fits, then call it all out?
Now what are Western countries to do? Trials back in Western countries? Trials in Syria?
What would be the sentence?
Will Turkey or other rogue elements let them free to infiltrate back to their home countries, or gather in other countries to bring to bear their islamic influence.

William Garrison says
I’ve had over 1,450 book reviews allowed by Amazon — including several very favorable to Mr. Spencer. Michael Finch’s review was rejected, not for being a favorable review of Mr. Spencer’s book, but because of some of the language that Mr. Finch used — so I believe. While Amazon does not has published a list of censored words, Mr. Finch used “insensitive” words (and unsustained contentions) “clap trap” and “duped.” Had he avoided those words, I believe his book review would have been accepted. Getting a review published is the goal, not name calling.
William Garrison says
I’ve had three reviews rejected by Amazon. Once I removed some of my “adventurous” language and re-submitted the reviews, they were published. They even published my favorable review of this book.
Ashley says
I highly doubt Amazon deems “claptrap” and “duped” as “adventurous” language. These are common words found in every dictionary…neither are consider slang, obscene or insensitive.
Amazon should have explained to Michael Finch EXACTLY why his review was rejected. I’ve read the review several times and cannot detect a whiff of violation.
I have ZERO respect for Amazon.
gravenimage says
Agreed, Ashley.
PRCS says
I agree.
He did violate THEIR rules, as you note.
SO………..
Anyone reading here could ‘tweak’ (not rewrite) Mr. Finch’s review–to Amazon’s standards–as their own review.
Ferd III says
Clap trap and duped are verboten…..really?
So too is reality.
Maybe the leftards can publish a decoder to ensure sensitive words are used….like say nonsense, gibberish, or fooled.
PRCS says
They probably sell one.

Since when have “clap trap” and “dupe” been considered bad words? Were this the case, every cable news show would be off the air.
Infidel says
The only time I shop from Amazon is when I buy something that’s not easily available elsewhere. Like my iPhone wallet case or a belt hole puncher or something like that. For books, I simply go w/ B&N’s Nook, and download that on my Android tablet.
It’s not about making a dent in a company whose market cap hovers around $1 trillion: it’s about not supporting a company I find evil. Their sweatshop work practices are slimy – where since everything is automated, workers are scared to take bathroom breaks and have to pee into cans. The Department of Labor should probe that, instead of going after smaller businesses all the time

Amazon nixes positive review of The Palestinian Delusion, claims it violates its guidelines
…………….
How did Michel Finch’s very measured review violate Amazon’s guidelines? Note that they do not say.

One of my reviews in Amazon for a book was rejected. There are various reasons for it, not all bad. In Quora several of my answers were also rejected, I think for explicitly criticizing Islam. So there is censorship everywhere.

The true history of what the Jewish people have had to endure and their desperate need for a home of their own in their ancestral homeland has been replaced with Islamic propaganda. I can’t believe how much things have changed since I was a kid just 30 years ago. The greatest genocidal massacre in human history has been swapped out for a fictional tale of occupation and suppression. If this disturbing trend continues I fear that the Jews will be subjected yet again to atrocious attacks on a scale unseen since WWII.
Thank you for trying to set the record straight Mr. Spencer. I truly hope the world takes notice before it’s too late.
