A Muslim group has slammed so-called anti-hate leader Bernie Farber “for alleged support of ‘racist Zionist policies.” Of course, reasonable and informed people know that Zionism is not racism, but this story is significant given who Bernie Farber is, considering his history of tormenting those who fight against injustice and advance human rights and equal rights for all.
Bernie Farber is a self-described “social justice advocate,” and is a well-known water-carrier for the National Council of Canadian Muslims (CAIR-CAN). He acrimoniously dismissed Canada Christian College as “Bible-thumping, ultra-conservative evangelicals.” Now he has a taste of what it feels like to be the target of his own bigotry.
The “Islamophobia” pusher Bernie paints himself as a leader in “anti-hate” initiatives. He has, in fact, named his own organization the Canadian Anti-Hate Network, and “received a start-up grant from the SPLC” (Southern Poverty Law Center), which has ties to violent Antifa thugs, and has suffered gross embarrassment stemming from internal accusations of racism and sexism.
Meanwhile, Farber aggressively and contemptuously bullied a Toronto rabbi out of hosting a conference on Canadian rule of law because of certain speakers (including me) whom he deemed to be “Islamophobic.” This prompted Toronto activist Vivienne Ziner to write an article explaining the deplorable sequence of events in the Times of Israel, reprinted in Frontpage Magazine, entitled: A Treatise on Canadian Democracy and its Current Challenges.
The SPLC and other far-Left groups such as Bernie Farber’s so-called Anti-Hate Network levy unfounded accusations and paint targets on the backs of innocent people — with no consequences.
Now get this:

Who is Bernie Farber? The Muslim Community in Canada should know who this man is. He’s been trying to build relations with the Muslim community in Canada, but not everyone is familiar with his background and his efforts to undermine the concerns of the Palestinian community in Canada. Farber markets himself as an “anti-racist” and “friend” of Muslims in Canada. However, he is an adamant supporter of racist Zionist policies and has repeatedly gone after Canadian-Jewish activists who defend Palestine.
Now Bully Bernie himself stands accused. He has clearly failed to please the Islamic supremacists he has worked so hard to please. Up to now, the vicious game of identity politics has been lucrative. How will he respond to the accusation from the United Dawah Organizations of Canada, which accuse him as “an adamant supporter of racist Zionist policies” who “has repeatedly gone after Canadian-Jewish activists who defend Palestine”? The organization actually makes him out to be an “Islamophobe” and a “racist,” just like he wrongly does to others (including me).
Appeasing Islamic supremacists and stealth jihadists will always backfire on useful idiots.

The Facebook page “United Dawah Organizations of Canada” (aka Deen Media Canada and Deen Canada Media, portrays itself as “a media conglomerate with a 7-year plan to being the leading media voice and go-to platform for Muslim in Canada, shaping the way Muslims think and approach issues, and educating our non-Muslim neighbors.”
According to its mission statement, the “United Dawah Organizations of Canada” strive to “promote dawah [proselytizing] skills across Canada; AND a platform where Muslims can share and deliver their skills for other organizations; Promote the idea of a weekly halaqah-circle [study group] in every Masjid [mosque] [and to] encourage ikhlaas [devotion], good deeds, brotherly networking.”

A few things
1)If the he was really anti racism he would have spoken out about what did happen at York and Hamilton in both cases nothing from him or his group.
2)In the summer the truck convoy came from the west to Ottawa his group went out of the way to make them out to be racist.
3)There is a group called Yellow Vest Exposed some of the things this group say is very racist but the Anti Hate Network supports them.

Merry Christmas to all in here. Btw, in today’s reprint of a Christmas Eve editorial published in 1949 that the WSJ has republished every Christmas Eve since, the writer, a fellow named Vernon, observed that his early followers feared that a new prophet would someday arise and convince his followers that they must walk in his shadows and now in liberty.
Oh, here’s at least a Canadian hook: Merry Christmas to the several men who spontaneously decided to donate $145 million to the Clinton Foundation. They supposedly did this out of charitable spirit; it had nothing to do with the uranium company for which they worked.

…………….
In other words, being anti-“Islamophobia” is not enough–you have to hate Jews and seek the destruction of civilized Israel, as well.

If you live by the standards of politically-correct identity politics and virtue-signalling, you end up eventually not woke enough nor Islamist enough for the hard core – even if you started from a position which was hard core.
Bernie is a sad case – after a long career as a leader in the Jewish community who fought antisemitism, he was, in mid-life, deposed/dropped by his community. Maybe they could see his extreme shift to the left or maybe some personality/personnel issues made him a hot potato. I am not sure what the circumstances were of his parting but it left him a bitter man looking for new causes to champion and, I guess, new sources of income. Maybe revenge was part of his mindset.
He managed to find all that love and recognition from all the most radical sources and he had to sell his soul to the hard left and, in the process, become very much tied to an anti-Jewish Israel-bashing, pro-Islamist agendas, groups and individuals in that category.
He made life miserable for many people whom he attacked without cause and he got behind individuals engaging in serial law suits and became part of certain attacks on individuals or lending those cases his support. He affiliated himself with and acted for those looking to harm his coreligionists and former community friends.
It does not take a smart person to understand that bitterness and anger do not make for good post-career choices and business models. The fact that radical groups are now dropping him just because their beliefs do not allow any Jews in their midst, regardless of how much love he showed them and how much help he gave their politics of hate and antisemitism, is a delicious irony/outcome.
This Bernie reminds me of another Bernie, Bolshevik Bernie Sanders, who holds hands and camp with antisemite Linda Sarsour. That odd couple-of-convenience have their shared socialist beliefs intersecting, and, like Farber, they know exactly what they are doing and the implications but they do not care because their leftism is much, much more important to these folks than their Judaism or anything else for that matter.

Our pal Bernie runs Mosaic Canada, an immigrant settlement agency. I would assume he makes a few buck performing this nation wrecking policy. Should there be any opposition to mass immigration, this is caused by Nazis, racists and other miscreants. So, Bernie make a few shekels with his website. “STOP THE HATE”. We have a real humanitarian here folks. I wounder where Bernie and his pro Muslim friends will go to live when the Muslim hordes start chopping the heads off us stupid, passive and sleeping Canadians. Our absolute;y best friend in the world is a small country in the Middle East. Their immigration policy is one that I pray Canada will adopt.

Considering that Israel is the *only* Jewish country in the world, and it’s *tiny*, the Israelis really do have good reason to fear being “washed out” by huge numbers of non-Jewish migrants — from anywhere. I note that they don’t allow large numbers of non-Jewish migrants from Arab or Asian or South American countries, either. You may call this nationalism (and what’s wrong with that?), but it’s not simply racism.
And tell me, why did these non-Jewish Africans come to *Israel*? To get there by land, they had to go through at least one Arab country — Egypt — which is fairly modern and prosperous. Why didn’t the migrants stop there?
