Why is Italy enforcing Sharia?
“Syrian arrested in Milan to serve 7 yrs in Kuwait,” ANSA, December 24, 2019:
(ANSA) – Milan, December 24 – A 39-year-old Syrian man was arrested in Milan Tuesday on an international warrant for allegedly importing into Kuwait 2,400 litres of alcoholic spirits in 2013, a crime for which he has been sentenced to seven years in jail.
Carabinieri traced the man to a hotel in Viale Suzzani and brought him into custody.
The extradition process will now be started, the police said.

Oh! the irony! Italy? Alcohol? We’ll know they are totally lost when the next one is extradited on a pepperoni pizza charge.

Italy to extradite man to Kuwait to serve seven years in prison for importing alcohol

Just sickening. How long before Muslims try to force Italians to give up their wine?

Next they’ll ban alcohol all together to appease their new masters

Absurd. What a betrayal. How will the Kuwaitis get their booze if they work too hard to arrest the bootleggers? Someone should fire a few overzealous cops or the Kuwait Royals won’t have anything for their parties.
Islam is absurd. The Italians no doubt have a treaty with Kuwait. This is horrible. The Kuwaitis love to drink and so do the Saudis. They are horrible hypocrites.

Yet they have to appease the Imams and the street. It’s all politics to keep the two-tier system in place that benefits the privileged tens of thousands in the house of Saud. They do their partying in another country or international waters.

I disagree on this. (alcohol was illegal even in USA during the prohibitionism, al capone made a lot of money smuggling it; what if he escaped to Sicily and Italy gave protection to him on “moral” basis ? That would have been unacceptable). Why did he smuggle alcohol in a country where it was forbidden by law ? Any country should never mess with other countries laws and rules; if they have also an international warrant, and the criminal has been already convicted, it does not matter what he committed; Italy has no jurisdiciton over other countries’ lands.
Crusades Were Right says
US alcohol prohibition ended a few years after it had been introduced. Organised crime BENEFITTED from prohibition, and ordinary Americans were criminalised for practising their culture. Civilized nations shouldn’t extradite people to barbaric states. And how does one justify extraditing somebody to another jurisdiction for doing something that isn’t illegal in one’s own jurisdiction?

why is italy bowing to sharia fiasco

Italy’s CHRISTIAN HATER government is extremely dangerous.
Italy should post big WARNING billboards all over Italy: ITALY ENFORCES SHARIA
Crusades Were Right says
I wonder if the judge who ordered the extradition then went home to a dinner accompanied by some WINE?
Is it not a legal principle in civilized countries that one does not extradite people to barbaric regimes; or to jurisdictions where the “crime” is something which is not considered a crime in one’s own jurisdiction? If not…
…THEN IT BLOODY WELL SHOULD BE!

Our leaders are so stupid in the West. We can deport a Syrian to Kuwait, yet not deport Muslim terrorists and rapists back to their OWN countries!
