Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

Pentagon screens Saudi military trainees after Pensacola jihad massacre, finds no “current threat”

Dec 21, 2019 11:00 am By Robert Spencer

The wording is interesting. No “current threat”? But what about past and future threats? And do Pentagon officials even know what to look for? They’re largely committed to the fantasy that Islam is a religion of peace that has nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism. Did they examine what these trainees have learned in Saudi schools and mosques? Why not? Because Spencer Ackerman would get angry? So how many more people have to die for these fictions?

“After Pensacola shooting, Pentagon screening of Saudi military trainees finds no imminent threat,” by Tom Vanden Brook, USA Today, December 19, 2019:

WASHINGTON – The Pentagon has found nothing indicating a current threat among Saudi military trainees after scouring government and commercial databases in a search for red flags about religious extremism, officials said Thursday.

The expedited screening of more than 850 Saudi students at U.S. bases wasintended [sic] to thwart attacks like the Dec. 6 rampage in which a Saudi officer gunned down three others at a Navy base in Florida.

The Pentagon is working on plans for more stringent background checks for all foreign military students training in the United States, said Garry Reid, a Defense intelligence official.

The review, conducted after the shooting at Naval Air Station Pensacola, found nothing that would indicate other Saudi trainees pose a threat, according to a senior Defense official who was not authorized to speak publicly because of the ongoing investigation.

The Pentagon task force reviewing the vetting of foreign students is likely to recommend continuous screening of government and commercial databases, including social media posts, for red flags, the official said….

After the attack, the Pentagon grounded Saudi pilots training in the United States. The Saudi students have resumed classroom training but not flight training with the Navy or Air Force, according to Cdr. Clay Doss, a Navy spokesman, and Ann Stefanek of the Air Force.

Since 2000, more than 1 million foreign troops have been trained by American forces here and abroad, according to Army Lt. Gen. Charles Hooper, who directs the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. That includes more than 28,000 Saudi nationals.

“International military students are here as student visitors to learn skills and professions, but also to learn about our people, our culture, and our values,” Hooper told reporters last week. “And this cannot be overstated.”

“These human relationships,” he said, “promote long-term defense and strategic relationships, increase our interoperability, and enable partners to contribute to our shared security objectives over the long term.”

Vetting of foreign military trainees has mainly been done by the State Department, with input from the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, according to a senior Defense official who was not authorized to speak publicly….

All Muslims in defense and security jobs would ideally take a lie detector test twice a year. They would have to answer about their views of jihad and jihad terrorism. (Yes, I’m dreaming).)

The reason Muslims require a different treatment in defense and security is because of the teaching of TAQIYYA … which teaches Muslims to lie in support of jihad-warfare against the dirty kafirs.

All practicing Muslims lie to the kafirs about the intentions of jihad-warfare (or they have ceased practicing Islam).

Because Islam contains the TAQIYYA doctrine, no kafir can ever place unverified trust in Muslim. That’s not our fault as kafirs: it’s simply prudence, since TAQIYYA is ‘integral’ to Islam.

Muslims cannot leave the practice of taqiyya unless they renounce Islam.

    Proof texts:

    -“Rejecting al-Taqiyya is rejecting the Qur’an,” – al-Islam.org
-The Prophet said: “Is there something on your mind?” `Ammar Ibn Yasir said: “Bad (news)! They would not release me until I defamed you and praised their gods!” The Prophet said: “How do you find your heart to be?” `Ammar answered: “Comfortable with faith.” So the Prophet said: “Then if they come back for you, then do the same thing all over again.” – Abd al-Razak
-The meaning is that the tongue is permitted to utter anything in a time of need, as long as the heart is not affected; and one is still comfortable with faith.” – al-Islam.org

-“al-Taqiyya is my religion, and the religion of my ancestors… He who doesn’t practice al-Taqiyya, doesn’t practice his religion.” – Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq

Weak answer. If they don’t have a “fully equipped” base to handle these aircraft, then why do they want to be trained on them? Where are they keeping them?

Also, I should think that not killing our guys should be part of their treaty obligation.

Saudi Arabia welcomed our presence during Desert Shield and Desert Storm operations when Iraq invaded Kuwait. They made available bases to us, but because of the political situation do not welcome a full time USAF presence.

The U.S. Navy has been training Arab ‘allies’ going back to when the Shah was still in power in Iran. All their pilots trainees, mostly of rich and influential Saudis, is go through training in Navy aircraft. The aircraft are not necessarily what they will fly in the Saudi Air Force.

The Saudi Air Force flew F-15 Eagles during Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

Things changed, and the infuriating aspect of US policy is that it’s not changed w/ it. For instance, we’re still at loggerheads w/ Russia, as if the Cold War never ended. We’re still in NATO, even though nobody can explain what its mission is, which is why it participated in the bombing of Serbia. Similarly, we supported Saudi Arabia when there was a horizontal split in the Arab world b/w pro-Soviet regimes like Saddam, Hafez al Assad, Nasser in Egypt, Gaddafi (back when he was a socialist revolutionary), South Yemen and so on. In order to keep the Soviets from monopolizing the entire Arab bloc, the US took in Gulf sheikhdoms as allies.

But things changed after 1991, and certainly after 9/11. At this point, it was worth evaluating people to people relations while making policy – like what do Saudis or Pakis or Turks think of us? By pretending that the Saudis were our allies, we let 9/11 happen, totally overlooking the activities of those hijackers. We had saved Kuwait so they must be grateful, right? Well, we saw that in the army barracks in Chattanooga in 2015, when a Kuwaiti gunman shot 4 people before being killed himself. We treated Pakistan as an ally, and were treated to the San Bernardino massacre.

We need to do a wholesale firing of everybody in the State Department and hire totally new people who evaluate what people of a country think of us, couple that w/ what a regime thinks, and then formulate policy. Only if both the regime and people are pro-US do we consider them a friend or ally

The Islamic kingdom of Saudi Arabia in no friend of any Western nation, Saudi Arabia is best defined as a kingdom of Islamic hate

As one Arab scholar who had lived in a Middle Eastern country, for many years revealed “Saudi madrassa notably teach hatred and condemnation of the West and non-Muslims” and “The Saudi Government also provides free textbooks to Islamic schools throughout the world . many of the Saudi- Issued textbook’s contain wording that encourages hatred and intolerance for non-Muslims.” [1]

Saudi Arabia in many ways is no better than Iran.

[1] THEY MUST BE STOPPED by Brigitte Gabriel, page 106

  5. Walter Sieruk says

    Dec 21, 2019 at 12:54 pm

They need to wake up to reality.,For the Islamic kingdom of Saudi Arabia has not and will not spare any of its vast oil wealth as to use its financial resources to fund and promote the advancement of Islam by and through the jihad. By this it means both the stealth jihad and even the subtle support violent jihad.

As explained, for example in the book HOW ISLAM PLANS TO CHANGE THE WORLD by William Wagner. For on pages 109, 110. The reader is informed that “The Wall Street journal on April 15, 2003 published an article titled ‘In law Seminars, A Saudi Group Spreads Extremism.’ The article began by saying ‘In late February more than 300 young men from across Europe gathered for a weekend seminar on Islamic Law put on by Al-Waqf al-Islaami Foundation.’ The article went on to explain that the most famous graduates from the seminar were half a dozen members of the group of young men from Hamburg, Germany, who plotted the September 11, attacks. The language of the was Dutch, but ‘the message was imported from Saudi Arabia, via Saudi books and lecturers who taught a strict orthodox interpretation of Islam.’ “

Further on the very same page of 110 the information is given that “TIME MAGAZINE , in an article on Saudi Arabia: Inside the Kingdom,’ stated ‘Apart from channeling money to foundations that have assisted terrorist groups, Saudis have for years supported institutions abroad the propagate Wahhabism.’”

In addition to all this, in the book of the title of THE HISTORY OF JIHAD FROM MUHAMMAD TO ISIS, by Robert Spencer on pages 333 through 337.Mr Spencer provides valid information of the subject of “ The Saudi involvement in September 11.”

So with that Islamic regime of Saudi Arabia and its oil money support the different type of the jihad, both stealth and the violent kind, with its Islamic agenda advancement and spread , influence and infiltration of the Western nations ,this kingdom of Saudi Arabia is no friend at all of America or any other country of the West.

  6. Walter Sieruk says

    Dec 21, 2019 at 12:55 pm

Saudi Arabia is not an innocent nation when it comes to the subject of promoting Islamic terrorism by setting up Muslim brainwashing centers in which impressionable Muslim youth are thoroughly indoctrinated into the ways of Quran based jihad violence with much killing of people who are not Muslim for the advancement of Islam. As the Quran instructs, for example 2:191., 5:33. 9:5,111,112,123 47:4,89.

One scholar, Brigitte Gabriel, who is an from the Middle East had in her book with the title of THEY MUST BE STOPPED informs her readers on page 114. “Saudi Arabia is one of the leading financial contributors to Islamic terrorism worldwide. Part of that contribution is made by funding madrasas throughout the world and the brainwashing of Muslim children with intolerant teaching towards anything non-Muslim.”

Likewise, a former Muslim, Ibn Warraq, in his book which has the title of THE ISLAM IN ISLAMIC TERRORISM on page 353 reveals that “Saudi Arabia has spent millions on Islamic propaganda and on building madrassas.”

Further on the subject that there are Muslim mind control and mind programming places where Muslim males are thoroughly indoctrinated into the strong but blind and unquestioning faith in Koran with all non-watered down; hard core Islam with its militant jihad. Those places, “schools,” are called madrasas. In those Islamic mind programming centers young Muslim male are ingrain in the mindset Koranic dogma of the use of violence and killing for the advancement of Islam. As the Koran instructs. As in, for example, in 2:191. 9:5, 123. 47:4. Many of those who of such centers are so much damaged that they are literally dangerous to self and others.

As seen many times in jihad suicide, homicide bombing/attacks. For the Koran instructs in 9:111. “The believers fight in Allah’s Cause, they slay and are slain, they kill and are killed.” Furthermore, those mind programming places also ingrain the outlandish absurd Koranic doctrine of a sex-filled paradise with many virgins, houris, in it for the Muslim male who dies fighting for the cause of Islam in the jihad. Such a strange doctrine of a houris filled- place in found in the Koran in 44:54. 55:56. 78:31.

Moreover, such Islamic mind programming centers are further explained about by the scholar Don Richardson in his book SECRETS OF THE KORAN which on pages 69,70. Informs the reader that “The world needs to be warned. At least forty million Muslim youth in the Muslim worlds’ religious schools, called madrasa, are avidly memorizing the entire Koran … These schools become breeding grounds for potential terrorists. When male students, isolated from family and friends in madrasa, reach puberty and their hormones are active, there are no girls to date. Instead, Muslim clerics easily shift to focusing the male student’s attention on Koranic verse that promises sex in heaven with dark-eyed houris. Students can only fantasize about martyrdom followed by the sexual release Muhammad promised. This is an unspeakably cruel brainwashing technique , and the Koran is its perfect guidebook.”

If only 1% of the Saudi students decided that they wanted to become a “better Muslim”, that’s 8 ½ Muslims that could all of a sudden become “triggered” and conduct Jihad.

gravenimage, you or I may not trust MbS, but Trump and Pompeo definitely seem to. I was referring to that: even if they think that MbS is on the right track, they do have to factor in Saudi attitudes towards the US and Americans while determining the relationship. Probably a dual track policy, where everything is done to flatter MbS while totally shunning the rest of his country. As far as his political rivals go, like Alaweed bin Talal, I say good riddance: a lot of them are supporters of al Qaeda, and would put a regime in Riyadh that’s not just ISIS in domestic policy, but also ISIS in foreign policy
