Why does this keep happening? One reason is because such behavior is sanctioned in Islam if the victim is an Infidel woman. One survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK said that her rapists would quote Quran to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam.
The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.
“Blind Erika Kälin (50) harassed and robbed on the train: Men pretended to be helpers and molested her,” translated from “Blinde Erika Kälin (50) im Zug belästigt und bestohlen: Männer gaben sich als Helfer aus und betatschten sie,” by Georg Nopper, Blick, December 13, 2019 (thanks to Searchlight Germany):
It was only shortly after 6 p.m., but it was already dark when Erika Kälin (50) from Einsiedeln SZ boarded the Interregio to Zurich in Langenthal BE on Saturday. Her friend Reinhard Schütz (55) accompanied her. The two passionate athletes had just come from a Santa Claus run.
There were not many passengers in the compartment. “In the beginning there were still a few people,” said Kälin, who is almost completely blind. It got quiet on the train in Olten. “Suddenly we were almost alone,” says Kälin. Then a horde of men entered the train car. “They ran back and forth on the train several times and finally took a seat in the seats behind us. Looking back, it is clear to me that they were specifically looking for a victim.”
The men talked to each other loudly, in a language the couple could not understand. “They had wine, beer or schnapps with them and smelled horribly of alcohol.”
Gripped her crotch
Kälin hung her jacket on the hook next to her seat. Suddenly she noticed a rustling. Kälin checked her jacket pockets and was startled: “My keys were gone!”
The woman was desperately looking for them. Her friend helped her with that. “She started to cry,” says Reinhard Schütz. “A man from the group pretended to help her with the search, too. He felt her groin from behind.”
Schütz wanted to prevent the situation from escalating, and tried to keep calm. “But then the man grabbed my girlfriend’s crotch. I had to react.” The 55-year-old pushed the man aside, whereupon he let the woman go.
“The guy touched me everywhere,” says Kälin. “It was a shock, terrible. I was very happy that my friend was there and protected me.”
The handcuffs clicked at HB Zurich
Schütz notified the transport police. At the entrance to Zurich main station, officials were waiting on the track and arrested three of the men. Kälin filed a complaint. Fortunately, nothing was lost except the keychain.
The cantonal police in Zurich, which is responsible for security at the main station in addition to the transport police, confirmed the arrest. One of the men is confessing. The 31-year-old Moroccan was sentenced to an unconditional fine by order of the prosecutor’s office.
According to spokesman Erich Wenzinger, the man also went into police detention and spat on a policeman. No misconduct could be proven to the other two detainees. The penalty order is not yet final….
