Here is an update on the case of my poisoning in Iceland. Back in 2017, after speaking to a crowd of 500 people in Reykjavik, Iceland (which, given Iceland’s population, would be the equivalent of speaking to a crowd of 500,000 people in the United States), I went to the Bar Ananas in Reykjavik for dinner. There I was poisoned by a Leftist, Sindri Geirsson, who was general manager of the Prikið Kaffihús in Reykjavik, which is down the street from the Bar Ananas. Sindri got close by claiming to be a well-wisher and slipped various substances into my drink that landed me in the emergency room with a dangerously racing heart and other symptoms. Police investigated and found that guilty verdicts were “likely” for Sindri and his accomplice Sigurður Ólafsson, but the prosecution was quashed by Icelandic officials for reasons that have never been explained. You can read the details of the police report here.
Since Sindri got off scot-free, he kept on working at the Prikið Kaffihús. In fact, he was still listed as general manager on the Prikið Facebook page, with his phone number prominently displayed, on December 27, 2019, just a week ago, when I took this screenshot (click to enlarge):
However, now Sindri is no longer listed on the Prikið Facebook page. Sindri has also wiped clean his own Facebook page, which used to be full of his activities promoting various music acts and the like, of all content except for a few photos.
What has changed? Prikið employed Sindri for over two years after he poisoned me, although his guilt was evident from the first — there really wasn’t anyone else who was in a position to have done it. But it was on December 2 that I published my summary of the police report, which I had just obtained via a freedom of information request. My article got some notice in the Icelandic press. Did Prikið fire Sindri to save themselves from embarrassment for employing, in a place that serves food and drinks, a man who poisoned someone for holding political views he disliked (specifically, for the crime of opposing jihad mass murder and Sharia oppression of women)? Will another bar or restaurant employ Sindri Geirsson and thereby put their customers at risk? Watch this space for further updates.

I would NEVER eat in a place which employs someone known to poison a person he disagrees with. And I would spread the word far and wide to everyone to avoid eating in that place.
It is shocking that it had to come to the press talking about it before the restaurant fired him.
Hank Steen says
Jim
You had better stop eating in restaurants .
Max Brenner says
Geez! They only used to spit in your food if they didn’t like you, now they poison you!
Don Ameche says
Max,
They still DO spit in your food in the USA. Especially in fast food restaurants. There are scores of reports on it even in the MSM…. which of course means the actually number is easily in the high hundreds to thousands.
I was the victim of food poisoning which was racially motivated by a certain person in the kitchen of a very nice Italian restaurant. I am white…. the talk at out table was political. The two white males came down sick. We had different entres, soups, Salad etc… and got sick within 50 minutes of each other. It was probably one of the 4 worst illnesses I have ever had. I was in bed for 6 days. The other guy about the same.
Anyway. It is happening here in the USA.

Just continue endlessly repeating your/our overlords 24/7 mantra of “Diversity is our strength.”
Idk how many MORE wholly genuinely innocent men, women, children, babies & animals have to – must die – and be slaughtered in the most horrific ways possible…to satisfy our politicians & lawmakers meth-like obsession with being politically correct unto horrific death.
And all for WHAT and WHY?!?
It’s all just so tiresome….
Leslie Fish says
They’re doing all this to avoid the shame of being *called* “racist*, don’t you know?

It’s pure, suicidal insanity. Many “leaders” of the Western world — and many millions of voters — have become completely unhinged.

The coffeehouse is doing CYA to protect themselves from civil liability. Although the criminal case was scuttled they still could be liable for civil lawsuit due to the damages he inflicted on Robert Spencer.
mortimer says
The police should have pressed a charge of attempted murder. I hope a prosecutor in Iceland will take this on and sue the restaurant for Robert Spencer. It’s shocking omission considering that tourism is so important to the country. If no one does this, the Icelandic government should do it to protect their food services industry and tourist industry from this scandal in order to restore confidence in food safety.

Now, on to that slimy MD who in all honesty, should’ve been disbarred.
James Lincoln says
mgoldberg,
Yes, that particular MD was a slimy leftist.
A physician should always check his politics at the door when treating a patient.
This one did not…
Paul says
Get well Robert, I hope your recent troubles aren’t related to this. Has the State Dept been any help? (I serously doubt it..)
Best wishes from Oz

Love the photo of this turkey. Captures his “inner essence.”

Reykjavik’s Prikið Kaffihús no longer employs Sindri Geirsson, who poisoned Robert Spencer
……………
Of course, this may have nothing to do with his likely poisoning of Robert Spencer.
Hope it was, though.
And of course, he should have faced at the least a proper criminal investigation.
Dovid says
please stop saying u were poisoned by some Molly. Say u were drugged or something. Us younger, more worldly folks have trouble taking it seriously. I mean its just some x. I love u to death and have been reading u since 2008. im just sayin.
Leslie Fish says
“just some x”? Did it ever occur to you that some people are deathly allergic to X?
Dovid says
if i had said “just some peanuts” your argument wpuld look just as silly my friend but it would also be more substantial. isnt that interesting?
6woods says
Who are you to tell Robert Spencer how he should characterize what happened to him? If Mr. Spencer says he was poisoned, he was poisoned. Moreover, would you be ok with some asshole surreptitiously slipping shit into your drink, no matter what it was?
eduardo odraude says
Good God. Spencer could have died. And your complaint about the use of the word poison shows an ignorance of how drugs are often medically characterized as intoxicants and for their toxicity levels. Even drugs that you use to get yourself high, Dovid. You should consider stopping doing drugs, Dovid.
Dovid says
6woods: that’s some sjw logic my friend. Also, i think what happened was atrocious. He was drugged.
eduardo: i dont use drugs. Your language and its intrinsic sense of immediacy implies i didnt wait three years to point out the semantics and how the use of ‘poisoned’ is just some clickbait to get some of the more rediculous folks on here all riled up. I waited like three years understanding that rational reflection should cause a recharacterization. Drugging someone is morally reprehensible. It isn’t attempted murder though. Just sayin.

He should have tried that on some Russian SVR agents, so that they could have responded w/ either Polonium or Novachuk, and given him a fitting sendoff to… allah!

Robert, you need to remind Iceland about the Islamic slave-raiding that took place there in the past…
…and that slave markets are still a “thing” in the Islamic world.
If Islamic migration continues in the West, will it be a case of “back to the future”?

Have you guys ever looked at an animal and wondered what’s going through their little head? I’m beginning to feel the same way about leftists who protect islam. What was this Sindri guy thinking, assuming it’s true, when he tried to poison someone who defends human rights? To me this incident characterizes very well the left’s Modus Operandi when it comes to protecting islam: they are vicious in their methods and they don’t seem to care at all about the suffering and death islam causes. If you want a good example then think of Tommy Robinson in the UK, his own government acted like gangsters conducting a “hit” against him. The left acts like accomplices to islam’s criminal intent, and people are suffering and dying because of it. It’s not hard to connect their self-serving actions to the pain and death of islam. Their reckless immigration policies have resulted in rampant crime and murder, they are destroying free speech for islam, and their indifference to the humanitarian crimes of islam only encourages it more around the world. Of course muslims are going to feel emboldened when the left protects them so, and that means more jihad terror/subversion for islam. Neither Spencer nor his adherents are the dangerous ones, it’s the left who facilitates the crime and subversion that muslims do for their politically motivated religion. They lie and shill every chance they get, our rights and freedoms be damned. They have destroyed Europe and Britain and now they want to destroy America too, they want to destroy secular government and replace it with muslims’ theocratic system and the control that it brings. This will invariably lead to more jihad violence, more loss of freedom, and a rapid deterioration of our culture and nation for islam.
I can sum my feelings with an analogy. To me these leftist appeasers for islam are like the muslim rapists who, while raping their victim, quote verses from the koran (it’s happened more than once). Both groups try to hide their own criminal behavior with a veneer of righteous well-doing. One pretends to be pleasing god while the other pretends to be serving humanity with multicultural togetherness. Both groups are blinded by their own criminal lust for power and control, and both are a menace to decent society. In short, they are sick and dangerous people for a sick and dangerous creed, and I believe we have a moral obligation and a patriotic duty to defend against them.

Let’s place Bar Ananas “OFF LIMITS” to Tourists & Residents, Alike. In the US ARMY, an Aggressive Command Sergeants’ Major used to handle a Job like that, with Gusto. Vietnam or Reykjavik, The Restaurant or Bar Management knows who the BAD GUYS ARE & if they tolerate them, OFF LIMITS!
