“International Criminal Court judges on Wednesday rejected an appeal by an alleged Islamic extremist from Mali who argued that the charges against him were not serious enough to merit standing trial at the global court.”
Not serious enough? In this Muslim Arab’s eyes, no. That’s because he views blacks as inferior, and it was blacks in Timbuktu that he was charged for committing “torture, rape and persecution.”
“The court’s Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda told judges Al Hassan was the de facto chief of the Islamic police and ‘played an essential and undeniable role in the system of persecution established by the armed groups throughout the period of occupation of Timbuktu.'”
To this day, black slavery and gross human rights violations against blacks persist among Arab Muslims in Algeria, Mauritania, Libya and Sudan, as well as in Mali, but groups such as Black Lives Matter don’t think the lives of these blacks matter, since the offenders are not white.
Timbuktu has a history of trading black slaves, among other “goods,” including gold and salt.
The Hadith notes that Muhammad traded away two black slaves in exchange for a non-black slave (Sahih Muslim 10, Number 3901), thus signifying the value of blacks that many Arabs continue to apply.
“ICC Judges OK Trial for Alleged Islamic Extremist from Mali”, Associated Press, February 19, 2020:
THE HAGUE – International Criminal Court judges on Wednesday rejected an appeal by an alleged Islamic extremist from Mali who argued that the charges against him were not serious enough to merit standing trial at the global court.
The decision clears the way for the trial of Al Hassan Ag Abdoul Aziz Ag Mohamed Ag Mahmoud to start later this year for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Timbuktu, including torture, rape and persecution.
Prosecutors allege Al Hassan was responsible for the torture and mistreatment of the people in the ancient Sahara Desert city from April 2012 until January 2013 while it was occupied and ruled by Islamic extremists.
Al Hassan allegedly was a key member of Ansar Dine, an Islamic extremist group with links to al-Qaida that held power in northern Mali at the time. Prosecutors say Ansar Dine imposed a brutal regime on Timbuktu residents including public floggings, amputations and forced marriages.
At a hearing last year, the court’s Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda told judges Al Hassan was the de facto chief of the Islamic police and “played an essential and undeniable role in the system of persecution established by the armed groups throughout the period of occupation of Timbuktu.”…

Is it not well past due time to change the perception (legally speaking) that islam is a religion. It is NOT. It is an ideology designed to rule the world and put everyone in it under the islamic ideology’s sharia doctrine.
If we do not end the ideology’s privileged position as a religion, it will succeed. Slowly. Patiently. Outbirthing us and carving out sharia doctrine compliant laws and judgment incrementally. It has 1200+ years practice doing this. Just look at middle eastern nations which were the cradle of Christianity and who responded to the hijrah invasion and takeover just like we are doing today. They are now suffering terribly under the sharia doctrine.
Seems western politicians want us to similarly suffer too.

SoH, Islam has been called the ‘duck-billed platypus of religions’. Islam is the official, established religion of the Islamic Empire and was created to serve as the state religion by the caliphs.
Islam is both a religious polity and a political religion. The two elements are welded together inseparably. Islam is dualistic. Dualism is confusing for uninformed people. They demand that Islam conform to Western unitary logic, but Islam refuses to accept the rules of logic.
Author Rebecca Bynum confronted the idea that Islam is ‘just’ a religion in “Allah Is Dead: Why Islam is not a Religion”. She shows that Islam is like a platypus which is dualistic. In fact, a platypus is both a mammal and a bird at the same time, having DNA from both sides.
The DUALISM of Islam has been noted by many scholars, such as Dutch Islamologist Dr. Hans Jansen (book: “The Dual Nature of Islamic Fundamentalism”).
Jansen noted that Islamic fundamentalism rejects a CORE BELIEF of modernity … the SEPARATION of religion and politics … and so, according to Jansen, Islam always has an antimodern or REACTIONARY basis. Jansen showed how fundamentalist Islam is religion narrowed down to an ideology, but is still a religion, albeit one concerned with earthly power and which cannot reform itself

The so-called ‘religious police’ in this article is HISBAH. “Hisbah” is Arabic for a ‘verification’ or as we would say in the modern world ‘quality control’. The concept of hisbah in Islam originates from a set of Qur’anic verses and Hadiths. It is an obligation placed on every Muslim to call for what is good or right and to prevent or denounce what is bad or wrong. The Koran states: “Let there arise from you a ‘community’ (umma) calling to all that is good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong. It is these who are successful (in receiving eternal rewards).” (Koran 3:104). A hadith states: “Whosoever among you sees an act of wrong SHOULD CHANGE IT WITH HIS HANDS. If he is not able to do so, then he should change it with his tongue. If he is not able to do so, then with his heart, and this is the weakest of faith.” (Sahih Muslim, 49)
The jihadists tried to argue that amputation, rape, religious persecution, ethnic cleansing and torture were not ‘serious enough’ for the world court. If that argument had been accepted, then it would become much harder to try jihadist butchers in future.
The ‘hisbah’ is inseparable from normative Islam and cannot be reformed out of canonical Islam, since it is implied in the words of Allah and in the words of Mohammed. Hisbah is an arm of persecution in Islam similar to Hitlers brown-shirted STURMABTEILUNG.

Western Leftards reveal by their SELECTIVE OUTRAGE and total lack of concern for suffering black Africans that the Leftards are NOT virtuous but merely virtue-signalling.
Western Leftards fail to be outraged by African tribalism and Islamic terrorism, especially when the two are combined.
That is the racism of low expectations.

Those who are atheists cannot see that Islam is a religion – Lucifer’s – designed to rule mankind in place of the One True God.

Explain how the brutality of the Old Testament is any different than the Qur’an… That was commanded by the “one true god ” too. The god of Abraham is bloodthirsty. And we Atheists have far better morals than he.
Us Atheists know full well that many religions are evil. And it is historical record that most religions on our planet commanded human sacrifice, and child sacrifice… even your precious Yahweh demanded human sacrifice and child sacrifice, and that has never been abrogated.
But go ahead and try to explain all that away.

Honest Ali,
As of said before, I am a devout Christian.
That being said, I have absolutely NO problem with agnostics or atheists who follow the Golden Rule.
I have close friends that fall into one of those two categories.
Best wishes.

Honest Ali, you implication that Jews and Christians are as violent as are Muslims due to the Old Testament is obviously mistaken. And where is the idea of “love thy neighbor as thyself” in Islam?
Moreover, you are mistaken in believing that the story of Abraham and Isaac is one of child sacrifice. It is, in fact, just the opposite.

Read Koran, Hadith and Sira-life of Mohamed (www.cspipublishing.com/pdfs/ATwoHourKoran.pdf). The 65% of Koran and Hadith which are a hate speech against ALL non-Muslims, as the founder of a Methodist Church, John Wesley clearly understood about Islam and Mohamed:
“Ever since the religion of Islam appeared in the world, the espousers of it … have been as wolves and tigers to all other nations, rending and tearing all that fell into their merciless paws, and grinding them with their iron teeth; that numberless cities are raised from the foundation, and only their name remaining;
that many countries, which were once as the garden of God, are now a desolate wilderness; and that so many once numerous and powerful nations are vanished from the earth! Such was, and is at this day, the rage, the fury, the revenge, of these destroyers of human kind.
— John Wesley, “The Doctrine of Original Sin, Works” (1841), ix 205

Yes, Islam’s ultimate goal is worldwide rule.
But, as an atheist, Billy, I reject your assertion re: it’s “Lucifer’s” religion, and “the One True God”.
Like all religions, Islam is man-made.
Some are benign. Some are not.
And, really, should every kafir on the planet simply do nothing about the threat Islam poses merely because they don’t believe as you do?

This is still a further case of the blindness of Muslims to the reality of the truth about Sharia law.
Which is the reality of the truth is the the enforcement of Sharia law is actually the enforcement of the ancient laws that originated with the pagan gods of ancient paganism.
For the actual origin of Sharia law is revealed in a Time –Life book with the title MESOPOTAMIA: THE MIGHTY KINGS copyright 1995. The point is this history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.
There is the above and other references imply that such pagan teachings were incorporated into the religion that Muhammad manufactured and then started.
Thus this further reveals that a lot of ancient paganism is part of the whole religion of Islam.
In other words, ancient paganism makes up much of Islam. Therefore Islam is a hoax.

Winston Churchill on Islam:
How dreadful are the curses which Mohammed-anism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity.
The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyzes the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.
Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome.

Of course he should stand trial for his crimes against humanity and the trial should be sufficiently long and detailed for him to mobilize his defense which is bound to be based on the Koran.
In this way the usefulness of the trial will not be limited to deal with the crimes committed by one individual but will open the perspective of the criminal nature of the commands of the Koran and Islam as it is preached to the Muslims.

Ali, nobody should seek to defend the indefensible. The Old Testament predates Christianity, exemplified through the life and teachings of Christ who preached love, tolerance and forgiveness. These unfortunately are not virtues given sufficient regard in the teachings of and life of the prophet Muhammed, unbelievers with the brutal methods he had honed as a brutal warlord. I am, by the way, an anti-theist at heart, but believe that most religions have adapted over time to accommodate moderate modern values. Unfortunately this has not happened with Islam, which remains the source of more religious and political strife around the world than any other belief system. Peace.
