My latest in PJ Media:
The main impression that Michael Bloomberg has given the world as a presidential candidate is one of weakness. He has fumbled awkwardly when fielding questions about his crude remarks about women. He allowed himself to be bullied into apologizing for New York City’s Stop-and-Frisk program, despite the fact that crime levels have risen significantly since it was scrapped. No one would have been surprised if he succumbed to pressure and renounced New York’s post-9/11 counterterror program of surveillance in Muslim communities. Instead, against all expectations, on Thursday he defended it.
In an interview on PBS NewsHour, Bloomberg said: “We sent to some officers into some mosques to listen to the sermon that the imam gave. We were very careful. And the authorities that looked at us said, yes, you complied with the law. But we had every intention of going every place we could legally to get as much information to protect this country. We had just lost 3,000 people at 9/11. Of course we’re supposed to do that.”
That’s true. Of course the mayor of a major city that has just been hit with a catastrophic jihad terror attack should take realistic and effective steps to prevent another such attack. This shouldn’t even be controversial; it’s a sign of the effectiveness of the sinister campaign to paint all resistance to jihad violence as “Islamophobia” that anyone is upset with Bloomberg about this. “There were imams who publicly at that time were urging the terrorism. And so of course that’s where you gonna go. That does not, incidentally, mean that all Muslims are terrorists or all terrorists are Muslims. But the people who flew those airplanes came from the Middle East.”
There is much more. Read the rest here.

The same people who shut down the program would probably have no issue with similar surveillance of white nationalists. Haram becomes halal just because somebody says so which can unsettle the delicate balancing act between free speech and the protection of the left’s beloved minorities. If the minority isn’t white then free speech loses with no retrospection.

Whilst Bloomberg has some good ideas and is not afraid to use them. His stance against the second amendment is at best scary, at worst treasonous.
He states that disarming a population will stop crime and make the streets safer. In fact his intention, like the rest of the dumbocraps, is total control.
I would not trust anyone who wants to stop me from protecting myself and my family.

The muslims have basically curtailed free speech & critical thinking by taking a view that anything said against the quran is punishable by death. How can you protect yourself from a burqa clad suicide bomber with plastic explosives without physical checks. Most of the sentences spoken by the imams in mosques are openly promoting the ideas of jihad & violence. Worst part is any verse from the quran is determined by the interpretation & understanding of the reader & the teacher. And 90% of the times islam validates the killings of non believers. Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer. However your so called friend is your greatest enemy and your so called enemy is relentless and ruthless.

Surprise: Bloomberg Refuses to Apologize for Counterterror Program
…………………
This *is* surprising. Glad to hear it, though. Not glad enough to vote for him, though…

I listened to the Boomberg interview, he does not need to apologize in my opinion on his counterterrorism program. Islam hides itself well as a religion, yet reading the Quran after sura 1 you read, once you understand the words, and they are in English…that it is unusual in it’s support of killing the non beleivers. This doctrine has messages to the western world that is completely different to the Islamic world. It is a split message so that it appears pious and peaceful while at the same time depicts martyrs as the best of all muslims. The martyr kills nonbeleivers while killing himself. Not all will find that appealing but if they financially support it by charitable giving and say nothing to the outside world and deny the conditions all is good…..but not for the victims of jihad which is what you see happening in India, Africa, Europe, Russia, China as it has also a obligation to travel to non islamic countries to grow populations and mosques. If a muslim is weary and wants to leave they are threatened with death. The goal is to implement sharia law. As far as the interview, a religion did attack NYC, a fatwa was issued, Osama bin Ladin wanted to bring down our economy and country and brng Islam back to it’s glory and the glory is different and dark. It is Islam.

Researching Islam would require reading their source material, and visiting mosques. Sending visitors to do so, he may have been trying to get an understanding of the mosques, or intel after 9/11. The U.N has an embedded OIC a 56 country voting block and resolution 1618 to criminalize exposure to get the last administration to agree that information on Islam is hate speech and they did so practically speaking. It is against sharia law to expose it. It still seems to be off limits to investigate, and most of the data acquired during the Bush and Obama administration was removed, such as the 9/11 Commission Report, and the data Phil Haney who recently lost his life, acquired while working on interviews with middleastern travelers to find any tie to the mosques and terror organizations they may be interested in joining. It is what a competent leader does. Without this information most citizens thought it was racist to prevent building a mosque near ground zero, after 9/11…and freedom of religion protected by the Constitution it was vital to understand or question, do we define religions based on value of human life and truthfulness.??? In my opinion that is why and how they suppress information and are outraged at the thought of exposure, besides they are protected and can teach the principles so far away from the reilgion of peace they claim. He pulled out the information visitors, it was major political pressure and a political decision, perhaps in my opinion.

Fighting and stopping or at least attempting to deter crime is a good thing so l understand why some think that it’s a good idea to preach the virtues of ‘stop & frisk’.
However, this is a Democrap program in a Demokkkrap city and that’s why we should bash it (stop/frisk) early and often and never stop. Sometimes we must use the lefts own tactics against the left and this is the perfect chance to do so.
Democraps say it’s racist and a bad policy so why are we defending it and not using this as political gain? Democraps messed up and were not taking advantage of that.

That’s a whole lot of cowardly qualifiers spiced with apologetics on why we must protect ourselves. That mindset sucks.
Every Moslem is, by the law of allah, commanded to wage jihad & to strike terror in the hearts of disbelievers. Only the lame, the blind, the infirm are exempt. That’s the inconvenient truth here, and unless we go there we can’t do what needs to be done to protect ourselves.

Bloomberg was all in favor of the Mega Mosque that was going to be build next to Ground Zero WTC Center when he was mayor of NYC in his first term.He has always been ready to switch sides to advance himself Democratic ,Republic ,ect. If he ever become President I do not see him making strong laws to keep Terrorist from immigrating to America under the banner cover of “poor Muslim refugees “.He has lived very long in his bubble of personal body guards ,private jets , gated homes all over the world ,rubbing elbows with Hollywood elite, ect. to gives a rats ass about the average man ,women ,child personal safety. His personal hatred and envy of Trump becoming President has driven him to run ,the trouble is with all his money he cannot buy a personality .I have heard he has just drop out of the race and puts his support behind Biden ,maybe Bloomberg sees a place for himself in Biden,s inner circle if Biden wins.
