Here is some exciting news for those who are impatient for our glorious multicultural future to arrive. This is only supposed to be for Ramadan, but in Merkel’s Germany, it is extraordinarily unlikely that the broadcasting of the adhan, the Islamic call to prayer, will end once Ramadan is over. A cultural line has been crossed. And the implications of this, beyond the expected hosannas from the usual proponents of globalism and multiculturalism, are ominous.
When Germany allows public broadcasts the Islamic call to prayer, what exactly is it allowing? The adhan, prayed in Arabic, goes like this:
Allah is greater (Allahu akbar); intoned four times.
I testify that there is no God but Allah (Ashhadu anna la ila ill Allah); intoned twice.
I testify that Mohammed is Allah’s Prophet (Ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasul Allah); intoned twice.
Come to prayer (Hayya alas salah); intoned twice.
Come to security/salvation (Hayya alal falah); intoned twice.
Allah is greater (Allahu akbar); intoned twice.
There is no God but Allah (La ilah ill Allah); intoned once.
Dr. Gavin Ashenden, former chaplain to the British queen, who resigned his position in protest against a Qur’an reading in a Scottish church, observed that “the Muslim call to prayer is a dramatic piece of Islamic triumphalism. It proclaims Islam’s superiority over all other religions, and in so doing casts Jesus in the role of a charlatan and a liar. The Muslim god, Allah, is unknowable and has no son. Jesus was, therefore, a fraud in claiming He and the Father are one.”
Is Germany really wise to broadcast repeatedly a declaration of the superiority of Islam, a faith that directs its adherents to make war against Christians and other non-Muslims and subjugate them as inferiors under the hegemony of believers (cf. Qur’an 9:29)?
Is Germany wise to broadcast the cry “Allahu akbar,” beloved of jihad terrorists the world over? Chief 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta wrote this in his letter to himself before carrying out his jihad mission: “When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, ‘Allahu Akbar,’ because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers.” This is why the Fort Hood jihad killer, Nidal Malik Hasan, shouted it as he shot thirteen Americans in November 2009, and why so many other jihadis have used it essentially as an announcement that non-Muslims are about to die.
But in Germany today, any such concerns will be dismissed out of hand as “Islamophobic.” Angela Merkel is no doubt certain that Muslim communities in the country will be grateful, and will redouble their efforts to become loyal, productive citizens, marching together with non-Muslims into the glorious multicultural future. That’s the way it will work out. Isn’t it? No Muslims will take seriously the adhan’s declarations of Islamic superiority and heed the Qur’an’s calls to wage war against unbelievers. Will they? In multiculti Germany today, such an idea is inconceivable!
“Merkel’s Party Backs Public Islamic Prayer Broadcasts During Ramadan,” by Chris Tomlinson, Breitbart, May 2, 2020 (thanks to Henry):
Several German parties, including the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) of Chancellor Angela Merkel, have expressed support for allowing public broadcasts of the Islamic call to prayer during Ramadan across Germany.
The CDU, Social Democrats (SPD), and Greens have all welcomed granting special permissions to mosques across the country to broadcast the call to prayer during Ramadan, with some citing “solidarity” during the Chinese coronavirus outbreak as the reason.
“We are in an exceptional situation in which the constitutionally protected practise of faith and religious life in Germany have been enormously restricted for a good reason,” CDU religious policy spokesman Christoph de Vries told Die Welt.
He added that he “therefore considers temporary permission to allow the call to prayer as a symbolic sign of solidarity and common ground to be justifiable”.
Lars Castellucci of the SPD stated that it was up to local authorities to decide whether or not to allow the broadcast of the call to prayer, but urged that “It would be a good thing for them to be allowed in this exceptional situation for the time of Ramadan — as a sign of solidarity and comfort for the believers.”
The populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) roundly rejected the idea, with religious spokesman Volker Münz saying the party did not support the measure and denying comparisons between the call to prayer and the ringing of church bells, saying the phrase “Allah hu Akbar” was a “claim to power”….

Instead of allowing more noise pollution, the governments should provide FREE TELEPHONE APPS for all Muslims that want them.
Then they can get their daily wailing without disturbing the neighbors.
Muslims went overt 1300 years without loudspeakers. The very first Muslims prayer loudspeaker was installed in Singapore in 1936. It could be heard a mile away … imagine how loud that was up close. Earsplitting!
A mass produced loudspeaker was only produced after 1945. Most mosques don’t have amplification. It’s useless because the members mostly live far from the mosque.
Over 100 telephone apps are advertised on the internet. Here are a few:

PRCS says
As those apps wouldn’t create the noise pollution they want to subject ‘filthy unbelievers’ to, how many would want them (other than to have kuffar tax payers fund them)?
Giacomo Latta says
What you say is true, but it does not really matter to muslims if they are already on the way to the mosque when the caterwauling starts. Muslims are our superiors who want and expect their own way all the time. The subject at immediate hand does not matter.

Red Leftists worldwide have decided now is a good time to give a sop to their Green allies to keep Muslims voting for the Leftists.
This is an undemocratic move. I believe that at least 90% would say ‘no’ if they had to have this awful noise broadcast next door to their own homes 5 times every day beginning at dawn.
Many Muslims would say no too.
When mosques start broadcasting this noise, it will create ghettoes and more NO-GO ZONES.
mortimer says
Mr. Volker Münz correctly identified the confusion in the minds of the politicians by making an important distinction: the Muslim messages are supremacist and political in nature, whereas the bells of churches are non-verbal musical chimes that often mark the hours of the day as well as ring before service.
‘Allahu akbar’ is a call for Muslims to politically conquer their neighbors.

The late bullying and tainted Peter Sutherland, UN Special Representative for International Migration, and instigator of the misleadingly-named Global Forum on Migration and Development, was disparaging about any sense of national identity:
“We still nurse a sense of our homogeneity and difference from others, and that’s precisely what the European Union, in my view, should be doing its best to undermine.”
The amplified Islamic call to prayer five times a day is a good way to undermine the nation’s sense of homogeneity.

It sounds like this Peter Sutherland was a deluded naive smug leftie geek who thought that trying to change the world as much as possible (in ways that no-one asked for) made him a big badass, and yet he somehow assumed that no matter how much stuff changed, he would still always somehow magically retain his position of power just because “I’m me”. LOL.
That describes so many of these utter freak lefties. Deluded, self-loathing, demented, etc…

I don’t think that Merkel and her Stasi Mafia are REALLY generous towards their Muslim brethren.
They still will not offer all those German sluts to them voluntarily. So these poor, sexually frustrated Muslim males have to rape the Gretchen and even then they have to share them, often among more than 10, because there simply are not enough to go around since many of the German females are reluctant now to go out, for fear of getting raped/pack raped by these Merkel-Guests.

I believe UK, France, and the US have done a pretty good job of not disparaging Germans post-1945 (unlike the Soviets have). Marshall Plan, kindness, encouragement, support, defense, etc. As a 51 year old USAF officer and airline pilot whose spent 800+ days in Germany respecting the German people and enjoying living life with them, I can honestly say I’ve personally known no Americans who harbor any animosity or resentment toward Germans.
While our grandfathers had good reason for enmity, I believe they’d respect us for now moving forward as friends. Isn’t that the goal of war? We want to partner and work together, respecting your sovereignty. We want you to prosper and succeed, as has been demonstrated over the last 75 years. If we can do that, why can’t you do that for yourselves? Stop the self-destruction. If it’s guilt over the whole Third Reich thing, just let it go. The rest of us have.
Move forward. Defeat Islam. It’s our common foe. Germans are among the very smartest people on the planet.

Thanks for the clip. Yes, sad and sobering. 9/11 devastated airlines. Most went bankrupt, 10,000 pilots in America got furloughed for 5 – 8 years. Unions had no leverage and were forced to choose between a 50% haircut on their contracts, or the airline would close their doors and everyone would be on the street. 20 years later, union contracts still haven’t returned to pre-9/11 glory.
The situation now is exponentially more devastating to airlines and pilot careers than 9/11. There is no money in flying passengers. Even in good times, profit margins are razor thin and many airlines fail.
Freight airlines, however, have enormous profit margins and are impervious to market downturns and national calamities. Freight flies regardless. And the freight industry has had explosive growth and profits with the advent of online shopping, giving pilot unions even more leverage in contract negotiations. On top of that, it’s a duopoly: UPS and FedEx. Those are the only two gorillas in the room, and no one else is ever getting in.
This is why I chose to fly freight, among other reasons. UPS pilots are the highest paid on the planet, because of the enormous leverage the union has. Since 9/11, UPS and FedEx have been the most competitive jobs to get. The average age for a UPS new-hire pilot is 42, and they hire just 2% of the pilots who apply, all highly qualified. That’s 20 years after college, just to knock on the door, for a 98% chance of getting rejected. It’s a long-shot, but it’s a jackpot, and a guaranteed job for life.
I have a lot of friends who fly pax and are hurting bad. Massive pay cuts with many getting furloughed.
Thanks again for the clip. I have a bunch of friends at American, so I’ll share it with them.

You’re welcome.
As a private pilot, I try to stay abreast of both my side of the FARs and yours.
You made a wise decision with cargo ops.

Much respect. You know the joy and freedom with flying airplanes too, and how it feels to command the sky. Most all my flying has been in training or professional, with a set objective and mission to get there.
But my most favorite hours I’ve ever flown have been spent in small airplanes (size doesn’t matter) with no mission other than to have fun. No flight plan. Just get up and fly, particularly low level, and flying into remote small airstrips or country roads or BLM land with no one around. Flying into the wilderness, the Aspen forests, the glaciers, the SW canyons. Then get out and explore and camp.
All airplanes fly the same, C-150 to B-747, and everything in-between. The bells and whistles may change, but they all takeoff, handle, and land the same. What’s different is what you do with the machine between the takeoff and landing. Nothing matches the thrill and freedom of private flying. Not even sex.

Interesting that Hening von Treskow, one of the officers involved in the 1944 plot to kill Hitler, was of the stated opinion that the evils committed by Germany in the East and Russia (which he witnessed) were so atrocious that Germany was forever stained. Centuries would not suffice to wipe away Germany’s guilt and responsibility for these crimes.

Germany being a Federal State the Federal Government has no say in what local authorities allow or not. And as even most Muslims in Germany do not want any call to prayer to be broadcast I doubt very much that this is something that will catch on. Knowing the Germans they would take this to court straight away and that will take years to resolve. Currently no Islamic community in German would want to open such a can of worms.

This is also happening in the US, Canada, and Australia–and I’m sure many other places. Suicidal madness.
