“All though he has managed to elude security services for several decennia, the man has now died from corona virus at the Swedish Huddinge hospital….Despite strong evidence, and being one of the most infamous jihadist recruiters in Sweden, the man was never convicted of a terrorist crime.”
And he clearly took full advantage of Swedish authorities’ cowardice, denial, and pusillanimity, as well as of the kindness and hospitality of the kuffar he was determined to destroy.
“Sweden: Jihadist recruiter Abu Omar DEAD from corona virus,” by Peter Imanuelsen, Times of Sweden, May 27, 2020:
…“Abu Omar” is well known to security services in several countries, and has for a long time managed to avoid imprisonment. He has also been on a USA watch list over suspected terrorists.
All though he has managed to elude security services for several decennia, the man has now died from corona virus at the Swedish Huddinge hospital.
Abu Omar (not his birth name) was born in Morocco and migrated to Sweden in 1985. In 1993 he became a Swedish citizen. For a period of about one year, he let the now dead Al-Qaida leader Mohammed Moummou live at his address in Sweden.
During the 90s he was active in recruiting youths to Al-Qaida’s training camps in Afghanistan and also collecting money for financing.
The man was also included in police investigations into the planning of a terrorist attack against the Danish newspaper Jyllandsposten in 2010, where 4 people from Sweden were sentenced to 12 years prison each.
During the trial, it was revealed that several of the men had gotten to know each other in one of the shops that Abu Omar was running.
Mohamed Aziz Belkaid, who was involved in planning the terror attacks in Paris and Brussels have connections to Abu Omar.
In 2006 Abu Omar’s apartment was raided. What was found was shocking. Large sums of money was found, upwards of $15 500. On one of the bundles of cash was written the name of Al-Qaida’s leader in northern Africa.
But despite strong evidence of Abu Omar’s involvement in the international terrorist scene, it could not be proved that the money would be used for terrorism. But he was convicted of among other things accounting offenses.
Despite strong evidence, and being one of the most infamous jihadist recruiters in Sweden, the man was never convicted of a terrorist crime….

Who here wants to make a bet on how they’ll bury him? I say he’ll get Obama’s Bin Laden treatment: an honorable muslim funeral at sea. All on taxpayer’s expense, of course.

I am totally shocked. I didn’t think there was anything they could do peacefully.

Ha!

He didn’t die ‘peacefully.’ To the contrary, the moment he breathed his final breath he faced the judgment.
Hebrews 9: 27
So it may be, rightly, said of him (and all who are spiritually dead/lost in their sins-without saving faith in Christ, the Judge), “And in hell he opened up his eyes, being in torment.” Luke 16: 23-26.

And at his last breath, looked around and thought “oh crap”, wrong place!

He must not have been a vary good muslim, I thought they were not effected by C-19. Guess somebody got it wrong and muslims are not exempt their maybe a lot more of them dyeing from C-19.
keith O says
The only sad part of this story is that C-19 got to him before the security services could have an indepth chat with him.
There was a lot of useful knowledge that went to hell with him.

Sweden: Muslim migrant with multiple ties to al-Qaeda and jihad terror recruitment dies peacefully in hospital
………………
He should have been deported *long since*.
libertyORdeath says
That just seems like the Swedes looked the other way, probably “for the sake of diversity” as is so en vogue today in the West. If you have a pile of money with the name of an obscure jihadist leader written on it you can be sure that it is meant to support jihad terror.
