Diversity is our strength!
No one wants to face the hard facts, but this is why this sort of thing keeps happening: a survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has previously said that her rapists would quote Quran to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…He said that raping me is his prayer to God.”
The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.
But none of this can be spoken in Europe today.
“Turk may remain in Switzerland despite rape of a young, unconscious woman,” translated from “Türke darf trotz Schändung einer jungen, bewusstlosen Frau in der Schweiz bleiben,” Polizei Schweiz, May 15, 2020 (thanks to Medforth Blog):
A Turk born in Switzerland is being allowed to stay in Switzerland, even though he was sentenced to 28 months imprisonment in 2016 for raping a woman. The administrative court of the Canton of Bern has revoked the revocation of the settlement permit by the Bern Security Directorate.
As can be seen from the verdict published on Friday, the 25-year-old man, together with two accomplices, seven years ago committed a crime against a young, unconscious woman. The young Turk had sexual intercourse without protection. One of the accomplices partially filmed the act.
The latter then sent the video to at least seven recipients. The three young men also stole from the victim. The young woman suffered a severe post-traumatic stress disorder. The young Turk was also punished between 2011 and 2017 for several minor offenses, such as violation of traffic rules.
In 2016, the young Turk met a young Swiss woman, whom he married in mid-2019. According to the Bern administrative court, the young man has since pulled himself together, completed an apprenticeship and proven himself in teaching.
After an instruction hearing, the court considered it plausible that the applicant had now matured and was seriously trying to lead an orderly life in accordance with the law. His wife’s family supported him. In 2013, when the woman was raped, he was more of a hanger-on, according to the court that sentenced him. He has been without a criminal record for three years.
The rape was a serious offense, which would call for his expulsion. The man also has a certain connection to his home country, although he was born in Switzerland. For example, he spent several holidays in Turkey and at least one aunt and his stepfather lived there. According to his own statements, the young Turk has no contact with him.
In this case, it should also be noted that the young Swiss wife of the Turk had absolutely no connection to Turkey. An expulsion of the young Turk would “result in a significant impairment of married life and would be particularly difficult for the wife to cope with”.
In addition, there is no evidence that the young Turk could relapse in the field of violent and sexual offenses. Sometimes the young Turk’s private interests were “of considerable weight” in view of the fact that he grew up in Switzerland, his marital relationship and the rather difficult integration of the man in Turkey.
But: caution
The administrative court also raises a finger in its verdict: it notes that the young man is to be formally warned under immigration law. If he abuses the trust placed in him by the court, he can expect his residency permit to be revoked immediately.
The security department of the canton of Bern can refer the decision to the federal court.

Do Swiss women feel safer or less safe? How will they vote?
Non-citizens who commit serious crimes should be deported.

On a point of information:
the Coat of Arms illustrated is that of the German State of Bavaria, not Switzerland.

You were right, Rufolino. Thanks.

Penultimate paragraph: just what “trust” is Switzerland investing in this young thug? Do they trust him to only rape and not rob next time? Do they trust him not to film his next rape? Hey Swiss, did you approve your government’s trust of this animal and his accomplices? Did you think his scripture, relevant sections cited in posting, is somehow different now?

Swiss are full of naivety, they will wait until he rapes again, and then they will excuse his action because of his dificult childhood, while he frequence the local mosque where he lerns that Kufar woman are sluts!

All too likely…
James Lincoln says
A difficult story to follow, I will attempt to break it down into an approximate timeline:
A Turk born in Switzerland with close ties to Turkey, is now 25 years old.
Timeline:
In 2013, the Turk – then approximately age 18 – raped a young, unconscious woman. One of the accomplices partially filmed the act. The video was sent to at least seven recipients. The three young men also stole from the victim. The young woman suffered a severe post-traumatic stress disorder.
In 2016, the Turk – then approximately age 21 – was sentenced to 28 months (two years and four months) imprisonment.
In 2016, the Turk met a young Swiss woman.
In mid-2019, the Turk – then approximately age 24 – likely finished prison and married the young Swiss woman.
In summary:
The Turk committed a brutal rape at the approximate age of 18. The woman that he raped was unconscious and could not defend herself – and suffered a severe post-traumatic stress disorder.
That alone, in a sane society, should qualify the Turk for the death penalty.

What about the Swiss woman who decided to marry him? What’s your opinion about her?
Dry Academy says
She is a traitor.
James Lincoln says
black adder,
The woman is either:
Very naïve and psychologically unsound.
Or
A muslima.

Spot on, James.
And note that she met him *after* he had served time for this rape. She either didn’t know or is OK with it.
Chistopher Watson says
ANY rape by a moslem in a western country should suffer the death penalty. Simple.

“the young man is to be formally warned under immigration law”
I don’t see what you guys are complaining about. Yes, he committed a crime, but the government is dealing quite harshly with the young man. He is to be not simply warned, but FORMALLY warned. That will certainly show him!
WhatConstitution says
Oooohhh, the administrative court “raised a finger” at him? How scary.
The Swiss have become the greatest threat to their own homeland.

Islam and evil are two in the same. Everywhere islam shows up, rape, murder and violence follow close behind along with a general disruption of society in the neighborhoods that they infiltrate.
