During the last week, Jihad Watch has been reporting about the escalation of illegal migrants flowing into Britain via the English Channel and remaining there. The migrants are coming from Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, and Iran. More than 550 have been smuggled in since the coronavirus lockdown began; in a single day, 91 arrived.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson promised to “send illegal migrants back to France,” yet nothing has been done, while more keep flooding in.
Migration Watch UK has spoken out against “criminals” who are exploiting Britain’s “gaps and weaknesses,” which should have been a priority to fix years ago. After failed Prime Minister Theresa May resigned over her Brexit failure, there was hope that at last the UK would begin cleaning up its immigration problems and closing loopholes which have provided fertile ground for jihadists.
One Afghan people-smuggler declared: “If police catch you, they never send you back. It’s secure to go, no danger.” He’s right. No danger, no consequences, only a free-for-all, putting national security and safety from the coronavirus on the back burner. Then there is the economic strain on taxpayers.
The ease of entry into the UK via the English Channel is a sad commentary on the state of affairs in the UK today, especially in light of the fact that while all this is going on, police are busy hunting down citizens who are deemed to be defying coronavirus lockdown orders. Even children are being harassed, intimidated and fined, yet nothing is done about Muslim illegals pouring in. The UK government has also recently rejected a petition demanding the release of a report on the ethnic background of Muslim rape gangs. Former Home Secretary Sajid Javid “ordered research into the ethnicity of grooming gangs” as a part of “working to improve the ‘targeting’ of child sex abuse networks and ‘prevention activity,’” as well as assimilation issues. But it looks as if that research will not be released to the public.
Hope is fading for the UK.

A report has found while the number of illegal crossings of the English Channel continues to rise increased, the number of migrants actually being deported by the British government has fallen.
Since the start of 2018 over 3,200 illegal boat migrants are known to have successfully reached British shores. During that same time period, the Home Office has deported just 155 people, despite promises from Prime Minister Boris Johnson that his government would send illegal migrants back to France, Migration Watch UK found.
The London-based research and pressure group noted that as opposed to previous years, people smugglers and migrants are no longer attempting to cross the English Channel secretly, but rather are intentionally trying to be ‘intercepted’ by the British Border Force, as they will be safely brought ashore and given the opportunity to apply for Asylum.

“Criminals exploit the gaps and weaknesses in our immigration and asylum regimes to pile people into flimsy craft in return for huge sums of money. Migrants leave safe and prosperous countries (France and Belgium) and risk their lives with assurances that they will be ‘rescued’ and given asylum in the UK,” Migration Watch UK said.
In the first two months of this year, the number of detected arrivals has more than doubled over the same time period last year. The anti-mass migration think tank suggested that the increase in illegal crossings of the channel could be attributable to the “growing paralysis in immigration enforcement” in which failed asylum seekers typically remain in the country. Of the 200,000 asylum seekers that arrived in Britain between 2004 and 2018, just 2,000 were removed from the country, the report noted….
