Jihad Watch

Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

At UN, Saudi Arabia calls for ‘final solutions’ to stamp out ‘Islamophobia,’ including prison and fines

Jul 22, 2020 5:00 pm By Robert Spencer

Note that Meshaal Bin Ali Al Balawi is not talking about “Islamophobia” as vigilante attacks on innocent Muslims, which are never justified. He is talking about speech that he considers to be promoting “racism, racial discrimination, and xenophobia,” and above all, “Islamophobia.” For years now, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and other Islamic groups have condemned any and all honest discussion of how jihadis use the texts and teachings of Islam to justify violence and oppression as “Islamophobic.” If the UN heeds Saudi Arabia’s words, which it will do sooner or later, all criticism of Islam will be criminalized — which is exactly the situation of criticism of Islam in Islamic law.

“Saudi Arabia calls for the elimination of Islamophobia,” by Samir Salama, Gulf News, July 17, 2020 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Abu Dhabi: Saudi Arabia has called on Tendai Akum – the United Nations Human Rights Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia – to continue to focus on eliminating “Islamophobia”.

In a speech before the Human Rights Council, the head of the Human Rights Section at the United Nations Mission in Geneva, Meshaal Bin Ali Al Balawi, said, “The Internet is an available space for practicing racism, racial discrimination, and xenophobia, which requires efforts to find solutions to make it a safe and accurately balanced space between respecting freedom of opinion and expression, and combating racism and racial discrimination.”

He explained that spreading ideas based on racial discrimination and inciting racism and hatred using information technology, the internet and social media is a crime, whose perpetrator is punished according to the laws of the kingdom, including what was included in the Information Crime Prevention System of 2007, as it includes punishing those who harm others through various information technology means with imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding SR500,000, equivalent to $133,000 or one of these two penalties.

Regarding the prohibition of organisations that promote racial, religious and national hatred, the head of the Human Rights Section of the kingdom’s mission at the United Nations in Geneva said, “The 2015 System of Associations and Private Institutions includes a ban on the establishment of any association whose regulations include provisions that conflict with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, or public order, or public morals, or violate national unity.”…

DOUBLE STANDARDS DEMANDED BY SAUDI BIGOTS

They are demanding that non-Islamic countries apply the Sharia blasphemy law. The Arabs are also demanding DOUBLE STANDARDS that are discriminatory

Meanwhile, Muslims continue to denounce, slander and denigrate KAFIRS and their cultures. It is OK for Muslims to hate kafirs ‘for the sake of Allah’.

These Saudi propagandists are criticizing non-Muslims for the sort of prejudice and bigotry that is INTRINSIC and COMPUSORY for Muslims in Islam’s ‘essential’ teaching of ‘AL WALAA WAL BARAA’.

They had a lot more “respect” for the “West” back in the first half of the 20th Century when we still understood the “realities” that our “liberal” societies now denounce thanks to an ideology that is best considered as “overcivilization”… As a “weakness” that will eventually destroy our societies if we allow it to continue. We spent trillions of dollars developing the military forces we felt necessary to “stop Communism” while ignoring the fact that there was an “enemy” that for the past 13 Centuries opposed everything we believe in. We actually helped chase the Russians out of Afghanistan when the women of that country actually were far better off under the Hammer and Sickle than under the Moon and Star of Islam!

There should be not any sentiment to so called “religion” beliefs, becouse some “godness” have told something. it’s XXI century not Dark Ages, when Earth was center of Universe. If such revelation is not compatibile with human rights, it should be criticized and penalized if it’s put into practice.

Facts are simple – Islam is totalitarian ideology, which should be recognized as criminal in any democratic country. His shrines closed, books confiscated. And free speach about whatever is the simpliest human right.

“Human Rights” is contrary to Islamic Teachings
      ————————-
In fact the Muslim countries themselves have proved this statement when they set up the declaration of Kairo. They were unwilling to sigh the Human Rights Charta because they opposed to most of these human rights and set up their Sharia Rights Charta pretending it would mean the same thing.
The moment they signed this Kairo declaration would have been the appropriate time to kick them out of the UN.

I live in Scotland & it has crept kn then ambushed us. I don’t claim to have anywhere near the level of knowledge such as yourself & u guys on this. But I am trying to self educate. I thank u for ur comment. It’s another piece of understanding for me of this ‘sleekit’ (glaswegian term for insidious/cute) so called religion & its followers. What I don’t understand is ; the knowledge of the evil injustices & liberties taken from human beings in these Islamic countries; we know it, the powers at be must know it, so even allowing them to be part of the UN is farcical. Stoning people/death for homosexuality/whippings and lashings & that is the lowest level of inhumanity shown. You&I and powerful people must know how bad these people can be. So why is it allowed? Why are they gaining so much power? I believe it is satanic, personally. They should not be allowed to have discussion on human rights. The practice of islam is inhumane. Thanks again, another bit of knowledge for me. Luv&peace from bonnie scotland

Didn’t we used to have “Communism Phobia” at one time? Consider that for women life under Islam is worse than living under Communism. Ending our dependence upon Middle East oil is the best action we could take, even if the price of gasoline has to go back up to what it used to be. Without American dollars and European Euros, the lifestyle that the Middle Easterners now live would quickly come to an end. Remember these countries were all “third world” hell holes before America’s thirst for oil allowed them to enjoy “Western” levels of living. Without those dollars, they would quickly revert to what they were prior to WW2.

A phobia is an irrational fear of something. Nothing irrational about having a fear of Islam. It is a death cult and the only way to get to paradise is to kill for Allah. It’s a disgusting totalitarian theocracy, worse than communism in all ways. Get the US out of the UN and get the UN out of the US. The thing that strikes me is the apparent lack of intellectual capacity of individuals who equate the criticism of islam with ‘practicing racism, racial discrimination, and xenophobia’, when even an educationally-challenged orang-utan should be aware that matters concerning a religion or ideology are quite independent of any consideration of race or nationality. One is forced to assume that this character Meshaal Bin Ali Al Balawi.is either completely ignorant or is attempting to be devious by feigning ignorance with the totally inappropriate invocation of ‘race’ and ‘xenophobia’ to validate his quite spurious attempt at defending islam from proper criticism.

His apparent stupidity is further evident in his mindless recycling of that hackneyed old contrived misnomer ‘islamophobia’ when he is no doubt referring to the informed rejection of islam as an acceptable ‘religion’ by those whose intellectual abilities probably exceed his, and not just any ‘irrational fear’of those who know no better. Or might it be that Meshaal Bin Ali Al Balawi himself actually knows no better?

Also, Meshaal Bin Ali Al Balawi, as a public representtaive of Saudi Arabia, should have the intelligence to avoid any references to racism and xenophobia bearing in mind (a) the appalling record of Saudi Arabia in both these respects, which is public knowledge worldwide and (b) that is also public knowledge that islam itself incorporates a loosely-concealed element of Arab racism.

It is this sort of bigoted nonsense, perpetrated by the likes of Meshaal Bin Ali Al Balawi, that fuels the growing worldwide dissatisfaction with the UN and could cause its ultimate self-destruction within the foreseeable future.

In conclusion, verily, thus and so on, I despise Islam, think it an inveterate enemy of liberty and a true Golden Rule for all, have concluded that non-Muslims making excuses for Islam are useful idiots (Joe Biden comes foremost to mind right now), and I will “top it off” here by quite soon enjoying a Yuengling Porter or two and a BLT or two.

  4. Aussie Infidel says

    Jul 22, 2020 at 6:03 pm

Human rights under Islam is spelled out in the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights in Islam (CDHRI), which was drafted by the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation (OIC), and is diametrically opposed to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), and strictly in accord with the Islamic Sharia. This is a matter about which the Saudi representative – and all other informed Muslims – would be well aware. But they simply bank on the ignorance of gullible Westerners who haven’t read their governing documents. Under the Sharia, only Muslim men have full citizenship rights; their womenfolk have far fewer rights; and non-Muslims have fewer rights still – and in Islamic republics, virtually none at all.

Islam is a totalitarian supremacist ideology and has no place in a civilized society. The Islamic countries should be thrown out of the UN until they agree with – and practise – the principles on its website: of “peace, dignity and equality” for all.

In this wild west moment in international relations, Trump boasted that the US had bought the world’s entire supply of remdesivir, the antiviral drug produced by the US biotechnology company Gilead. Remdesivir is one of the few proven medications for treating Covid-19 patients.

During the 2014 Ebola epidemic, an experimental therapy called Zmapp made headlines. Ebola is one of the deadliest viruses to humans and kills about 70% of people who catch it if they don’t receive medical support. Zmapp had only been trialled in 18 rhesus monkeys, but even in relatively late stages of the disease it was 100% effective in the monkeys recovering. A mass scramble followed, with countries desperate to acquire the limited doses of Zmapp available. Powerful, high-income countries such as the US and Spain were able to procure Zmapp for their health workers, while doctors and nurses in west African countries were largely left without an effective treatment.

The UN should ask the Islamic countries to allow for total freedom of worship by all people in their country. What are they saying “Islamophobic”, what is it a total intolerant religion. You cannot express your yourself freely about their governance system, or anything at all, you cannot choose to worship or even not to. What kind of religion or faith is that. Total suppression and they want the rest of the world to ban people from commenting on their ills. If UN accept this they will be the first to fall to it.

Unfortunately, Islamic countries and their unfree supporters make up the majority of United Nations countries.

The Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) now includes 56 UN member states, approximately 29% of the number of UN member states: 193.

Many of the other UN member states who do not belong to OIC are still sympathetic to their causes.

Also, the percentage of UN member states which are full-fledged democracies is just 45%

Saudi Arabia speaking out about racism and human rights is a JOKE. The Saudi’s are a closed country and practice sharia law which discriminates against anyone who isn’t Muslims.

Civil rights don’t exist in Saudi Arabia. Human Rights? They don’t exist there either…

Is this the same Islam that persecutes Jews, Christians, and Hindus indiscriminately, in writing and physically? Talk about hypocrisy. Ridiculous.

Get the US out of the UN then get the UN out of the US, preferably back to Babylon where it belongs.

Horrific that these butchers are allowed to lecture other people about morality.

Saudi, Qatar, UAE, Iran etc. should all be banned from the UN (and their people should be banned from entering the US)

I have a suggestion for getting rid of Islamophobia. Ban islam. No islam = no Islamophobia.
