There have been many cruel and murderous attacks on Jews in France by Muslims. There was the terrorist bomb in 1980 that exploded outside the Rue Copernic synagogue, killing four and wounding forty-six pedestrians, many of them Jews.
There was Ilan Halimi, a Jewish young man who was kidnapped, and repeatedly tortured over three weeks by a gang of Muslims, who asked for a ransom of 450,000 Euros — “because all Jews are rich” – that his family of modest means was unable to pay. After 24 days, and no success in finding the captors, the family and the police stopped receiving messages from his captors. Halimi, severely tortured, naked, and with burns over more than 80% of his body, was dumped next to a road at Sainte-Geneviève-Des-Bois on 13 February 2006. He was found by a passerby who immediately called for an ambulance. Halimi died from his injuries on his way to the hospital.
There were the four Jewish customers at the HyperCacher kosher market who were murdered by a Muslim. There was Rabbi Sandler and his two tiny children, who were murdered – the children killed first, so that Sandler would have to witness it – just outside a Jewish school in Toulouse. There was an elderly Jewish lady, Sarah Halimi, who was beaten to death and then thrown from a third floor window. There was 85-year-old Mireille Knoll, a survivor of the Holocaust, who was stabbed and then burned to death, by two men, one of them a Muslim neighbor whom she had known since his childhood. And there have been many other Jewish victims of Muslims in France, some beaten up in elevators, or on the streets, some raped, some tortured, some killed.
There is no mystery as to why Muslims target Jews.
For the Qur’an describes Jews – as Robert Spencer’s helpful compilation makes clear – as “inveterately evil and bent on destroying the wellbeing of the Muslims. They are the strongest of all people in enmity toward the Muslims (5:82); as fabricating things and falsely ascribing them to Allah (2:79; 3:75, 3:181); claiming that Allah’s power is limited (5:64); loving to listen to lies (5:41); disobeying Allah and never observing his commands (5:13); disputing and quarreling (2:247); hiding the truth and misleading people (3:78); staging rebellion against the prophets and rejecting their guidance (2:55); being hypocritical (2:14, 2:44); giving preference to their own interests over the teachings of Muhammad (2:87); wishing evil for people and trying to mislead them (2:109); feeling pain when others are happy or fortunate (3:120); being arrogant about their being Allah’s beloved people (5:18); devouring people’s wealth by subterfuge (4:161); slandering the true religion and being cursed by Allah (4:46); killing the prophets (2:61); being merciless and heartless (2:74); never keeping their promises or fulfilling their words (2:100); being unrestrained in committing sins (5:79); being cowardly (59:13-14); being miserly (4:53); being transformed into apes and pigs for breaking the Sabbath (2:63-65; 5:59-60; 7:166); and more.”
And besides, Jews — all Muslims know this — are “rich” and tend to keep their money at home.
Add to those victims described above a young Jewish couple, who were not killed, but subject to torture and, in the case of the 19-year-old woman, raped. The story of their assault, and their assailants, is here.
A fugitive who was sentenced to 16 years imprisonment by a French court for his role in a chilling antisemitic attack on a young Jewish couple in Paris in 2014 was arrested in Algeria last month, according to French intelligence sources.
The man — 24-year-old Houssame Hatri, a French-Algerian dual national — was brought into custody by Algerian police in the northwestern city of Maghnia on July 23.
Hatri had escaped from France before his sentence was pronounced in July 2018, following a trial in which the harrowing details of the attack on the home of a Jewish couple in the Créteil district of Paris were laid out before the court….
According to French news agency reports on Wednesday morning, Hatri was tracked down in Algeria in January of this year by agents of the BNRF, the French security agency responsible for hunting fugitives.
The BNRF is understood to have monitored Hatri’s phone calls and online communications with friends and associates in France. The Algerian police were reported to have been tailing Hatri for four months prior to his July arrest.
It’s a good sign that the Algerian police collaborated so closely with the French. They had been tailing Hatri for four months. None of the Algerian police warned Hatri that he was being followed. They were determined to help the French BRNF to get their man. That has not always been the case with Arab states. Saudi Arabia, for example, is known to spirit its nationals out of Western countries on private planes, when they have been accused of crimes ranging from rape, manslaughter, and hit-and-run.
The brutal assault on the young couple, named in the French press as Jonathan B., 21, and Laurine C., 19, occurred on the morning of Dec. 1, 2014. Expecting a mail delivery, Jonathan answered the door to the apartment and Hatri, Koita and Haidara burst in. Over the next 90 minutes, the three hooded men subjected the couple to a violent and humiliating attack punctuated by frequent aggressive references to their being Jewish.
The couple were tied up and violently beaten, with one gang member forcing a sawn-off shotgun into Jonathan’s mouth, breaking his teeth.
Insisting that “Jews don’t keep money in the bank,” and “We know your father is Jewish,” the three men demanded to know where the family kept a supply of cash.
As with the kidnappers and tormentors of Ilan Halimi, there is this crazed belief among many Muslims that “all Jews have money” and that “Jews keep their money at home, not in banks” – though the same people are simultaneously convinced that “Jewish bankers control the world.”
They [the three Muslim intruders] smashed up the apartment, with Hatri making a point of destroying the many Jewish religious objects and symbols on display as he joked about “gassing” his victims.
At one point during the ordeal, Hatri pinned Jonathan to the floor and dropped [sic] knives on his back, telling him, “This is for my brothers in Palestine.” Laurine was then forcibly taken to a separate room of the apartment, where she was raped by one of the gang.
All Jews are to be punished for what, it was asserted by these three, is being done to their “Muslim brothers” in Palestine. This was a violent attack on Jews for being Jews. They were beaten, tormented, terrified with threats of death – for being Jews — by their Muslim captors. The Jewish girl was raped because, as a Jew, she deserved whatever she got. The only surprise is that she was not raped in front of her Jewish boyfriend.
Though the attack on the couple was one of several outrages in which French Jews have been targeted with extreme violence, often resulting in death, during the last 20 years, their shocking experience resonated with the wider public, with the then-Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve declaring that the fight against antisemitism had become a “national cause” for his government.
Hatri will not face extradition to France, however. According to an unnamed intelligence source quoted by the AFP news agency, Hatri will instead be tried in Algeria, under the terms of a 2019 extradition agreement between the two countries in which neither country is compelled to return its nationals to the other.
One French intelligence source was quoted as expressing confidence in Algeria’s willingness to prosecute and sentence Hatri.
Let’s hope he gets at least the sixteen-year sentence that French justice had meted out.
“It’s a good signal from the Algerian authorities,” the source asserted. “It sends a message to many criminals who carry out their acts in France and then go into hiding in Algeria: from now on, they can no longer live on the quiet.”
If this is how things are going to be handled from now on by Algerian authorities, it is indeed “a good signal.” The Algerians have shown they are not any longer going to let Muslim Arabs escape from French justice by fleeing to Algeria. The Algerians had been tailing Hatri for four months. No member of the Algerian police warned him he was being followed. The Algerian police were determined to help the French BRNF to get their man. That has not always been the case with Arab states. Saudi Arabia, for example, is known to routinely spirit its nationals out of Western countries on private planes, when they have been accused of crimes ranging from rape to manslaughter to hit-and-run. For the Saudis, Infidel victims – and Infidel justice — don’t count.
This new determination by Algerian authorities to cooperate with the French police will make life much more difficult for Muslims committing crimes in France. They cannot now simply escape and live undisturbed in the vastness of Algeria. Many Arab criminals in France, like Hatri, have in the past fled to Algeria, where they had family to help them, and where they could easily disappear from French authorities. This new policy by the Algerian authorities will make the lives of such fugitives from French justice much more difficult. Another benefit is that Hatri will serve his sentence — whatever the Algerians determine it should be — in an Algerian rather than a French prison. There is a very great difference between the two: French prisons are rather tough places, but absolutely no one in his right mind would prefer to endure the hellish conditions in the prisons of North Africa. That’s what Hatri will now have to endure. Many years of hell for inflicting 90 minutes of torment. In this case, that seems about right.

More bad news about Islam, jihad and anti-Semitism. France has over 5 million Muslims and about 20,000 of them are secret jihadists. Many Jews are moving out of France. I wish my Jewish friends would read these articles daily as I do. They consider any alarming news about Muslims attacking Jews to be suspect and not credible or caused by mental illness, rather than inherently Islamic. To even mention these terrorist attacks against Jews is bad taste. We want to get along, don’t we? Being sunny is the way, isn’t it? Some of my Jewish friends seem to think there is a perfect analogy between Jew hatred and criticizing jihad. There isn’t, because jihad is a political act of supremacism, and criticizing supremacist jihad is a matter of political science, rather than bigotry. Judaism has no such supremacist doctrine in it to criticize. Much of the Hebrew Bible is focused on the land of Israel and Jerusalem, its capital. The Hebrew Bible has no globalist, political agenda. The Koran is all about Islam becoming supreme over all political systems (deen or din).
France has the intellectuals who can fight Islamism, but will France have the courage to mobilize them? Up until now, France has not been leading the ideological fight. It’s time for French intellectuals to step up to the plate to deconstruct this vicious scourge of humanity.

Muslim Fugitive From French Justice Tracked Down In Algeria
………………..
So glad he was caught, but why was he ever released? He was obviously a flight risk, as are so many Muslims with links to Dar-al-Islam.
