Where is the Vast Majority of Peaceful Muslims telling those who are cheering Faisal Khan that actually Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance, and Khan is no hero?
An update on this story. “Pakistan: Teen Celebrated, Called ‘Holy Warrior’ for Killing ‘Blasphemous’ American,” by Umar Farooq and Jibran Ahmad, Reuters, August 10, 2020 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
Islamabad/Peshawar: Faisal Khan, a 15-year-old Pakistani, beams for selfies with lawyers and police. Thousands hail him in the streets as a “holy warrior.”
His claim to adulation? Allegedly gunning down in open court an American accused of blasphemy, a capital crime in this Islamic republic.
Khan is charged with murder, which also carries a death sentence. But while lawyers line up to defend him, the attorney for Tahir Naseem, the U.S. citizen, has gone into hiding.
The teen, according to officials and witnesses, got through three security checkpoints on his way into a courtroom in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar on July 29, pulled out a pistol and fired multiple shots into Naseem, 57, at a bail hearing.
Naseem died on the spot, onlookers spattered with his blood.
His killing grabbed global headlines, put a fresh spotlight on Pakistan’s blasphemy laws and drew criticism from abroad, even as many in the country praised the shooter. The United States and human rights groups decried the killing and urged changes to Pakistan’s blasphemy statutes, among the harshest in the world.
Closer to home, Khan is a hero.
“It’s one of those cases where everyone wants to be his lawyer,” Inamullah Yusufzai, who represented Khan at his first court hearing last week, told Reuters. Yusufzai said lawyers from across Pakistan had called to defend Khan for free, to support what they see as the justified killing of a heretic.
The case has not reached the stage for Khan to enter a plea.
Thousands rallied, calling for Khan’s release. Delegations of well-wishers – lawyers, clerics, local politicians – have visited the Khan family home in Peshawar to congratulate the family. He has received messages of support from the Pakistani Taliban.
A selfie shot by Elite Force police guards in a van escorting Khan to court after his arrest was shared widely on social media. Wearing all white, the teen grins broadly. Several officers smile, one gives a thumbs-up.
A senior police official, who said the force had looked the photo, said it was authentic. Reuters could not independently confirm its authenticity.
Another selfie shows a crowd, some black-clad lawyers, escorting a beaming Khan into court.
Blasphemy
The U.S. State Department, in an unusually blunt statement, said Naseem “had been lured to Pakistan from his home in Illinois by individuals who then used Pakistan’s blasphemy laws to entrap him”.
It called on Pakistan to reform its blasphemy laws and prosecuting Naseem’s killing.
Pakistan’s foreign ministry says a special team is investigating the case and it “will be dealt with in accordance with the law”.
But prosecuting Khan and any potential accomplices will be an immense challenge.
In blasphemy cases in Pakistan, “an accusation becomes a death sentence, whether carried out by the state or by mobs or vigilantes,” Omar Waraich, head of South Asia for Amnesty International, told Reuters.
The rights group said in a 2016 report, “Pakistan’s blasphemy laws are often used against religious minorities and others who are the target of false accusations while emboldening vigilantes prepared to threaten or kill the accused.”…

Pakistan seems like a shit of a country. These mobs, calling for the blood of someone (such as when they were after Asia Bibi) or praising some fanatical Muslim maggot (as in this report), seem to always be happening. Do these scumbags ever go and actually do some work or is being part of some lunatic, murderous mob the main type of work in Pakistan? Loony mobs seem to be the main product that Pakistan comes up with. A truly hopeless and useless country.

I think that you entered your own question, tim.
Same thing with Antifa in the United States…

It seems that in Pakistan the men going around in rampaging mobs and baying for someone’s blood does occupy a lot of their time, James. I suppose going to the mosque to be fired up for murder and going to cricket matches, plus praying to their Satanic version of god 5 times a day would fill the rest of their time. I suppose getting around in these mobs is the main idea of a social life in Pakistan.

Where is our media in reporting this and many many similar events in Pakistan? In Islam “Silence is acceptance” So virtually all media sources have accepted this kind of behavior. Our media tries to show how moral it is. But this proves a total lack of morality in reporting events. What does it take to awaken our media? If Christians did this kind of premeditated psychotic murder of Muslims, it would lead the news headlines in every Western country, every Muslim land and most emphatically here in the United States of Hypocrisy. They see every mote in Western eyes put not the log in the eyes of their Muslim friends.
Now remind me which group of people are the “victims” here and elsewhere? We should have attacked Pakistan years ago…not Iraq . News media people should have been in the front lines as justice for their
defense of psychotic evils under Islam.

And this sort of thing happens again and again everywhere in the world where islam is allowed to take root, yet we still keep hearing the hype about ‘the religion of peace and tolerance’. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have concluded that Islam is truly and in a very technical sense, a virus. Once it invades and gets into a person’s operating system, (the mind) then no matter who owns the operating system–rich man, poor man, white man, black man–it will hijack his actions and subdue his intellect, shatter his reasoning and make him do things which are insane by any objective standards. It is the most successful virus in history and shows no signs of slowing down.
The one thing we should all be emulating China for is its Muslim policy and I read that they actually consider ‘extremism’ to be a virus. They could not say ‘Muslim’ but that’s what they actually meant.
Islam manages easily to demonstrate how easy it is to take evolution backwards. It this force is not resisted, it will come and implant itself in the US and Joe Biden is working tirelessly for that. Biden wins and millions of potentially mad Muslims among us. FGM galore.
And don’t forget, we already have sharia in the US: nobody dare print a picture of Mo the Pro.
And by the way: what happened to all those ‘Draw the Prophet’ contests? Its time we had them regularly if we are serious about the First Amendment? Robert Spencer, please take up the challenge again.
