“Robert Spencer’s greatest contribution to the public debate has always been intellectual rigor and fearlessness in resisting facile orthodoxy. In Rating America’s Presidents, he makes his cynosure President Donald Trump’s guiding tenet: The duty of America’s president is, simply, to put America’s interests first. His effort to apply the same metrics to every chief executive in history will raise progressive hackles, rankle Republicans of a globalist bent, and hearten today’s populist conservatives. Wherever one fits on the spectrum, none can deny that this book is thoroughly researched and forcefully argued—the Spencer we’ve come to know, has proved himself invaluable.” — Andrew C. McCarthy, New York Times bestselling author

Judging politicians involves judging them on several categories and then adding those scores together … a composite process. Some are effective negotiators or effective theorists or effective strategists, but no one has it all.
It’s tragic for the world when the US has a president who is uninformed about world affairs. The last several presidents have known very little or nothing about jihad. Pres. Trump seems to be the first to truly understand that Islam hates the kafir.
The US needs a president who thoroughly understands jihad and knows how to respond to this complicated ideology or the US will continue to be undermined both domestically and abroad.
The US president needs men like Robert Spencer to advise him and his cabinet.

I’m reminded of the advent of the papacy under Pope Benedict. I believe it was he who requested Oriana Fallaci to come speak with him about Islam and the problems which it posed to Christianity. For that 3 hour conversation, Benedict was later excoriated for his commentary which caste the rather blunt critique from the 14th century pope as a question to today’s Islam, and overthrown from his papal leadership. Just as in this nation, when R Spencer and several others where giving lectures on the reality of Islam to the Army War College I think and then- summarily the next administration ended all such lecturing. The Deep State goes deep.

100% agree. I would also add John Guandolo, with his military and FBI background, for specific training tactics.

Yes—maybe he can find out what happened to Phil Haney, and the second book he was about to publish.
James Lincoln says
Amador County Sheriff’s Office has reached out to the FBI for assistance regarding the death of Phil Haney.
Maybe we can finally get some answers…

The American President needs to represent all Americans and put the citizens of this country first and foremost. Re-elect President Donald Trump. He puts America first and wants a great country for every citizen.

Nice. A fitting tribute from one of America’s best lawyers. I am amazed that Robert Spencer finds the energy to do all that he does. He is truly trumpian.

So agree, Terry.
