Tsarnaev’s death sentence was recently overturned. In contrast to Trump’s statement that the original sentence should be restored, Democratic vice presidential contender Kamala Harris said that the U.S. should have a “conversation” about whether Tsarnaev should be allowed to vote.
Death penalty! He killed and badly wounded many. Justice! https://t.co/WM9Vw26a21

Rarely has anybody deserved the death penalty more than the Boston Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. The court agreed that this “was one of the worst domestic terrorist attacks since the 9/11 atrocities”. Yet the appellate court tossed out the death sentence. So many lives lost….

“Donald Trump Demands Death Penalty for Boston Bomber,” by Charlie Spiering, Breitbart, August 2, 2020:
President Donald Trump on Sunday demanded the death penalty for the Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev after a federal appeals court ruled to overturn his death sentence.
“Death penalty! He killed and badly wounded many,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Justice!”…
The president also denounced the court decision during a campaign speech at the Tampa International Airport tarmac on Friday.
“I see in Boston, where you have the animal that killed so many people during the Boston Marathon, they just sent his conviction for the death penalty back to the lower courts,” he said. “So they’ll argue about that for a long time. It’s ridiculous. Think of that. It’s ridiculous.”

I agree with Trump. The man willingly assisted in the unjust execution of three people. His own measure of judgment should be used when judging him. The penalty for his crime should be death and it needs to come soon.

Agreed, he received his death sentence on June 24, 2015.
He *was* on death row in ADX Florence, Colorado, and execution *should have* taken place quickly.
Unfortunately, that was not the case…

Have you noticed that all those who say we “need to have a conversation” about this, that or something else really aren’t interested in a true conversation? What they want is to have things their way and if you disagree with them then you are some kind of reprobate, Neanderthal or hater? Take Kamala Harris here as an example. Really believe she would respect a person’s point of view that Tsarnaev should not have the right to vote? Possible, but I think very unlikely.

Some men may not live with honor but can die with honor. Some men are unable to do either. What kind of man is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev? I have yet to see any proof that he is one.

For Jewish and Christian scholar who understand the original Hebrew which the Old Testament , some call it the “Older Testament “, of the Bible which was first written in Hebrew, the point the those scholars will inform all who are willing to listen that the word was “Murder”” and not “Kill” in the original Hebrew of which the First Old Testament was written.
There is a vast different between those two words “Killing “and “murder “, for example a dictionary definition of the word “Murder” is “the unlawful and malicious act of killing another person.” In contrast “Killing is defined as “To put to death or to slay”
So the anti-capital punishment people who quote Exodus 20:13 in the A.K.J. V. might also look up that same specific verse in the NEW KING JAMES VERSION and see how it’s put right by reading “ You shall not murder” For in the very next chapter in Exodus 21:12 it reads “He who strikes man so that he dies shall surely be put to death.”
Further, in the New Testament the Bible reader in Roman 13:1-4 that not only are governmental law enforcement forces are ordained by God to hold back and stop the criminal and wicked activities by evil and dangerous men.
So that murderous young man, Dzhokhar Tsamaev, according to the Bible, should be put to death.
In conclusion the people who use their constitutional right to speak out against capital punishment do and should have the right of freedom of speech and expression to let other know how they feel on the subject of capital punishment. Nevertheless they either don’t know or do know but couldn’t care less that they are misusing the Bible in quoting Exodus 20:13 out of context.
Some of the anti –capital punishment feel might feel real righteous and pious by quoting that single verse out of the whole Bible , still in spite of the “pious emotions” some of them might have ,they are still misusing the Bible.
In addition to all this , the Bible in is written “Whoever kills any man shall surely be put to death.” Leviticus 27:17 [N.K.J.V.]

For some unknown computer “reason” the first part of may above posted essay didn’t take post .
So here is
“That the Federal appeals court overturns death sentence of Boston Marathon jihad murderer is a topic that of also brings up the subject of Capital Punishment as well as those who go outside a protest against the state government using of the death penalty and holding up signs show the words printed on them “Thou shall not kill”, those four words which are the sixth commandment , Exodus 20:13. are taken form the AUTHORIZED KING JAMES VERSION translation of the Bible of the Ten Commandments . By and large the A.K.J.V.is a good translation yet not a perfect one…”

As we all know, if this had happened under the previous occupier of the white house, (not going to call IT a president).
IT would have given this terrorist a full pardon, an apology and given compensation for infringing upon his civil liberties.
This may seem brutal, but in cases of terrorism a public execution is called for as a clear message to anyone who thinks they can do the same and attack civilized nations.

Trump is concerned about the election for good reason. Mail-in ballots would be a disaster for this country, being ripe for corruption. We voted during the Spanish Flu, we can go and vote in a booth now.

Those two murderous jihadist brothers who planted the two bombs of the street of the day of the Boston marathon that killed five people and severely maimed many more where no following warped form of Islam but a Qu ‘ran based non-watered down hard core Islam .
For the Qu’ ran instructs in 9:123 “O you who believe ! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you…”
Planting bombs hidden on a street is a very insidious and brutally cruel way of showing disbelievers harshness.
Likewise, the Qu ‘ran also instructs in 47:4. “Whenever you encounter the disbelievers strike off their heads until you make a great slaughter among them…”
Let’s face it bombs are a very sinister effective way to “make a great slaughter among them.

Is it just me or is it the case that the USA has already become an Islamic state?
J Morgan says
Not yet, but if Biden wins, the Muslim, Leftist alliance will rule – until the Muslims kill the Leftists, then it will just be Islam. It’s never been more important to vote for Trump. He’s a flawed human, but he is pretty close to perfect as far as protecting this country and putting America first.
