Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

UK Home Office still won’t hand over evidence on ISIS jihadis to US, would violate their ‘data protection rights’

Aug 24, 2020 4:00 pm By Robert Spencer

The US acceded to British demands that it wouldn’t seek the death penalty for these bloodthirsty Islamic State jihadis, but even that isn’t enough. Their “data protection rights” must be safeguarded, you see. Has the British government ever shown this kind of persistent solicitude for the victims of jihad terror, or for opponents of jihad violence and Sharia oppression? Of course not. To have done so would have been “Islamophobic.”

An update on this story. “Furious families of the ISIS ‘Beatles’ victims slam bungling UK legal system for letting them ‘escape justice’ in the US as it’s revealed Britain STILL can’t send crucial evidence to America because it violates their ‘data protection rights,'” by Dan Sales, James Fielding, and Jake Hurfurt, Daily Mail, August 20, 2020 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Furious families of the ‘ISIS Beatles’ victims have slammed the UK legal system for ‘letting them down’ as it emerged Britain STILL can’t send crucial evidence to US because it violates their ‘data protection rights’

Bethany Haines, whose father David was beheaded by the ISIS ‘Beatles’ in Syria in 2013, savaged the way the case had been handled in the past two years.

It came as it was feared the two surviving ‘ISIS Beatles’ could never face justice in the US – because the Supreme Court ruled that handing over vital evidence breached their ‘data protection rights’ in legal action brought by one of their mothers.

Prosecutors in the US initially planned to seek Alexanda Kotey and El Shafee Elsheikh’s execution – and the British government want the pair prosecuted in the US, where it is thought there is a more realistic chance of prosecution than at home.

But the Supreme Court this year ruled that Britain could not provide any assistance to American investigators when the threat of death hung over the two – who are accused of being complicit in the murders of 27 people, including the British aid workers David Haines and Alan Henning and four Americans.

Mr Haines’ daughter Bethany told MailOnline: ‘We’ve waited over two years and have been let down by the UK legal system.

‘The way this has been handled has been terrible. I’ m glad something is finally happening.

‘Rather than the two countries communicating privately, the US has used the press to communicate, which has made this so much harder than it needed to be.

‘In regards to Bill Barr’s threat to send them to Iraq if the deadline isn’t met, I think this is purely a political move.

‘I urge both governments to remember that this is about real people and our lost loved ones getting justice.’

Last night American Attorney General Bill Barr said capital punishment could be dropped in any cases against Kotey and Elsheikh in an effort to pave the way for the men – currently being held in military detention in Iraq – to finally face justice and stand trial in the US.

He set a two-month deadline for any transfer of evidence to begin or the pair will face justice in Iraq – where ISIS fighters are sentenced to hang after five-minute hearings.

But MailOnline has learned the climbdown has currently changed nothing for the frustrated Home Office and government who are still banned from sending evidence over.

Their hands are tied by the Supreme Court judgement on data protection which said providing evidence for criminal proceedings where they could be executed breached their human rights….

It takes a brutal minute or two to decapitate a human being. And it takes an agonizing long period of time for justice to briefly appear. Still better than Shàriah, the legal system designed to appeal to a 7th century Arab male.

Why have there not been war crimes tribunals and a concerted hunt for all the Islamic State murdering raping mongrels?
How is the head of state still alive?

You silly goose. Don’t you know that special war crime tribunals are only assembled when they are IN FAVOR of the muslims? Just ask the Serbs. They know a thing or two about being tried in kangaroo courts as well as being vilified in the eyes of the world by leftist politicians and mainstream media for daring to resist the muslim onslaught of their people.

Israel is in similar position today, only the Jews aren’t being tried by special tribunals; the UN itself is the one doing it.

Where did they bring this kind of thinking and since when?

Two of the main aspects of the liberal European mindset are

        1) Equality (achieved via nivellation)
        2) The concept of “Tabula Rasa”

In general, liberals believe that people are intrinsically good and “do bad things” only because of their upbringing and circumstances.

Thus, any transgressions are in the core caused by the failure of society (i.e. the Government) to provide the proper environment.

One of the more curious consequences of this mindset is that disclosing negative information about “people who have committed missteps” (i.e. criminals) would “tarnish their good name and reputation”.

These Jihadists were finally extradited to the US, but only after the US promised Britain not to seek the death penalty. And now Britain is also withholding evidence to protect the Jihadists further. Just appalling.

I see. Well then, if the U.S. can’t prosecute them without the evidence Britain is withholding they must be returned to Iraq (in chains, of course) for whatever “justice” Iraq might impose.

If one watches old movies where the Brits and Americans worked together to solve crimes, one might get the idea that all is peachy between the two.

On the other hand, AC, in her writing of Hercule Poirot, showed some disdain for Americans.. And when Britain quit executing criminals….no matter how evil the crimes…they quit allowing many criminals caught there to be tried in the U.S. without a promise that the person wouldn’t be croaked.

Because the U.K. has gone dark, allowing moslims a free hand to do just about anything….rape children, for example, while arresting little old ladies and others who tell the Truth about islam…or even just complain a little…it is no surprise that they don’t wish to allow these murderers to be tried by the U.S.

This is because the Truth will come out. moslims just must hide the Truth and the U.K. authorities are helping them do just that.
Divine Justice won’t be stopped, however. There will be no “protection” when True Judgment is executed upon them.

  6. Huh!?! says

So then…the U.S. goes back to seeking the death penalty. No point in keeping The Deal.

    • gravenimage says

I don’t see that happening. Hopefully the US has enough evidence of her own to put these Jihadis away for life.

  7. Bulldog says

I am British and thoroughly ashamed of our establishment in this open support of this Moslem filth! Stop all this pussy footing around these blood crazed thugs, and return them to Iraq for trial and punishment…maybe they’ll get let off! The UK government must withdraw from the international treaty that has suspended the death penalty, we the people will decide who hangs and who doesn’t, not a bunch of unelected judges and lawyers who are clearly inoculated against common sense and natural justice!

The most dangerous thing about these blood-thirsty savages is their IDEOLOGY … ISLAMISM.

No one on either side of the Atlantic is doing anything to kill the IDEOLOGY of ISLAMISM.

It should be a priority of secret police worldwide to KILL ISLAMISM and the SOURCES of it in the Islamic texts by proving that Islam is a hoax invented by the caliphs for political reasons.

The law protects the guilty from receiving the severe punishments they deserve. They are being allowed to escape the worst punishment on a technicality.

Politicians and leading members of the public need to be convinced that the enemy is Islamism … political Islam.

    One thing is certain:

It won’t be over till the fat lawyers sing.

    £££$$$:music to their ears.

Some really easy ways to make a few bucks is for legal eagles to delay documentation processing,’accidently’ misplace files, sit on your money for as long as possible etc
It is in their {financial} interests to delay handing over documents anyway:it pays to delay.
