There have been at least 20 surveys of historians rating the Presidents of the United States from “Great” to “Failure,” since 1948. With some variations, they show a remarkable unanimity: George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, and Franklin D. Roosevelt usually place in the top tier, with Ulysses S. Grant, Warren G. Harding, and Richard Nixon filling out the bottom of the list. Newer lists put Barack Obama near the top and Donald Trump near the bottom.
But these ratings are based on criteria that no patriotic America should accept. What would happen if we evaluated America’s Presidents on the basis of how well they put the interests of the American people first? The results will surprise you.
Rating America’s Presidents: An America-First Look at Who Is Best, Who Is Overrated, and Who Was An Absolute Disaster is an attempt to correct this Leftist bias in the teaching of our own history, and to arm Americans to defend the history and heritage of the United States, so as to incline people to defend our country itself. We will never make America great again without knowing what made it great in the first place. Preorder Rating America’s Presidents here.

Does it take just a President, it takes his party it takes the Citizens as well and the opposition Party that sits in shadow government as that is what they are .
The old saying takes two to Tango not just one .and in this case four
The leader is Strong and looks to the wellfare of all evenly
The Citizens back him ,he is there because a majority voted for him
And the Opposition who lost or were removed because the citizens were not happy with them and voted them out or not in ,accept the referees decision the peole in this case and get to making the country great .
NOT doing what they can to undermine the majority decission as now and can not accept the majority result .
What I see happening will take a long time to fix and percieved grievances have no place .
I have seen great Presidents i have seen weak ones and i have seen corrupt ones in my 82 years
BUT human nature being what it is there will always be those that are bent and those straight as a gun barrel ,they really are as good as their party members in power at the time

Nothing like a leader who puts everything he has on the line and risks his life to inspire the troops to straighten their spines. Although I like some things that Trump has done, he is not that noble warrior. He just inspires the greediest to come out in the open to support him. The Post Office fiasco may be the last straw for me. The last stolen election by the Bush 43 crew got us into Iraq. God knows what another stolen election will do. Although for all of Biden’s weaknesses he may be onto something when he says the military may walk Trump out of the White House if it appears to be an unlawful occupation. And that reminds me, worse than USPS sabotage, Trump has betrayed our troops. They are ready to fight and die for us, but don’t dismiss their injuries when they get concussions from Iran’s retaliatory strikes after he admirably neutralized General Soleimani. Trump stands tall, but far from any battlefield or perhaps from any selfless service. He really could be great if he put aside his ambitions to have his name in lights in Moscow and Istanbul. Choose your priorities and accept the consequences.

So you are fine with an Islamophile in the Oval Office? Biden has said that he will begin importing more Muslims on day one. Are you good with this?
By the way, neither Biden nor Harris served in the military, either.
Michael Chernick says
Good points Mr Image. Generally a Robert Spencer fan, but I honestly believe Biden is making calculated overtures to get Muslim votes. His camp will do anything to win the election, just like Trump’s camp, but after victory they can secretly turn on a dime and only the truly studious will notice. Remember Trump promised something better than the Affordable Health Care, but it may just have been a desire to get Obama’s name removed from history so people might really believe that Donald had the biggest inaugural crowd etc. ad infinitum. It’s really a shame that Donald sees so much but can’t let go of the childhood toys (biblical reference: when I was a child I played with Children’s toys but as an adult…). Things have to fluctuate, and when they get bad enough congress will have to act or get replaced. Perfection belongs only to the Lord, whatever that being may be. Meantime the fight goes on. 10 out of 10 World violent hotspots are Islamist expansion related so I am with you. It’s just so complex. Many Muslims reaching our liberal and peaceful shores give their children freedom to abandon the shackles of their ancestry.

Thank you, Michael. I do not think that Trump is perfect–just far better than the other candidates, which is what ultimately counts.

This is *so true*.

Back to Immigration Issue. Trump says stop. Biden says go. Neither stop or go fits all cases. It has to be careful individual vetting. Great that Trump brought attention to it but he has not evolved to any nuance except to try to heal his big mistake by offending Chad which has the best anti Jihad army in the area but withdrew supporting us bcz of our insulting them

Allowing hordes of Jihadists to flood into the West and attempting to stop this are *not* morally equal.
And the idea that a nation would stop opposing Jihad terror because they had supposedly been insulted by a foreign leader of course makes not sense at all.
And note that in this article there is *no* mention of anything Trump said as a reason that Chad has stopped opposing Boko Haram:

America was made great by critical thought, individualism and the Golden Rule.

I would like to add a fourth factor, that of the courage to innovate. The American republic was a great and bold experiment in government based on reasoned principles. Those reasoned and reasonable principles are being challenged these days by post-modern subjectivity and idiosyncrasy.

Richard Dreyfus said on Tucker Carlson (5:35 mark) that the United States “sells”:
1. Opportunity
2. The ability to rise by merit
3. Mobility
4. Freedom
Fantastic interview, I couldn’t agree more with his positions.

The Democrats are already getting ready to start a new conspiracy about the post office. When will they ever just start working on things like health care and the crumbling infastructure with the President so we can get some things done. Hate Trump is their only platform other than the socialist nonsence Bernie has proposed. America is not that stupid.
Michael Chernick says
Trump is only looking at bottom $ line he thinks will be his legacy. He repeatedly stated he would implement a greater health care system than Obama’s. Where is even a mention of the details? Neither you, I, or the Dems could possibly have a serious chat with Trump about health for the common man. You sound like a wishful partisan instead of an independent thinker.
