Boris Johnson: Anti-Brexit Biden doesn’t understand UK’s negotiations with EU

Sep 19, 2020 4:00 pm By Robert Spencer 21 Comments

The issue here concerns Northern Ireland, but it’s really about continuing European Union control over matters that are actually the purview of the British government alone, and its negotiations with the Irish Republic. The European Union is, meanwhile, the chief enabler of mass migration into Europe, including the entry of large numbers of Muslims among whom are Islamic jihadis and people who have no intention of assimilating into British culture and society. So this dispute over Northern Ireland is about more than just Northern Ireland, and a great deal is at stake regarding the form Brexit will ultimately take and the control that the British government will have over its borders. Biden is, of course, demanding that Britain return to the crumbling internationalist order and submit to the EU.

An update on this story. “Boris Suggest Anti-Brexit Biden Does Not Understand EU Talks,” by Jack Montgomery, Breitbart, September 18, 2020:

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has suggested U.S. presidential hopeful Joe Biden does not understand Britain’s negotiations with the European Union, after the Democrat intervened on Brexit on the EU’s side.

The 77-year-old former U.S. vice president butted into the Brexit talks to threaten he would block a British-American trade deal if the United Kingdom undermines the Belfast or Good Friday Agreement which brokered peace between the British state and the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) terror organisation in Northern Ireland, which is part of the United Kingdom.

The EU and its sympathisers are claiming that Johnson’s current push for legislation to stop the EU from using the Withdrawal Agreement (WA) with the UK to blockade food imports to Northern Ireland from the British mainland, and extend EU control over state in the province to all British business with dealings there.

Controversially, the British government had agreed that the EU will maintain control over Northern Ireland’s regulations and state aid rules if a trade deal between the UK and EU is not struck by the end of 2020, in order to maintain the open border between Northern Ireland and the Irish republic, which is an EU member-state….

There’s not many things Biden ‘does’ understand.

      Agreed.

Biden is clueless on a whole host of issues. This has been the way with Biden ever since he was first elected to the Senate in 1972. He is a man determined to remain as ignorant and as non-sapient as possible.

He’s “managed” to do this exceedingly well. And yet tens and tens and tens of millions are going to vote for this nothing to the highest office in the land. It’s farce on the verge of becoming a very menacing reality.

‘Clueless’? Yes, and brain-damaged from TWO BRAIN OPERATIONS. An old brain is a deteriorating brain.

As we age our brains shrink in volume, particularly in the frontal cortex. As our vasculature ages and our blood pressure rises the possibility of stroke and ischaemia increases and our white matter develops LESIONS. Memory DECLINE also occurs with ageing and brain activation becomes more bilateral for memory tasks.

Biden is visibly feeble and his cognitive acuity is noticeably less than it was 10 years ago. Most presidents have been elected around the age of 60 – 61. Biden is almost 17-18 years older.

Biden’s age is a big problem. In 1988, Biden was considered by the liberal media to be too deceitful to be president. He has not improved, but become enfeebled with age.

          mortimer says,

Cognitive decline with age is variable. That being said, there is always, at least, some mild decline which usually can often be compensated for.

On the other extreme, there are people in their 50s who succumb to Alzheimer’s disease, suffer strokes, etc.

Joe Biden is 77 years old – but is certainly more cognitively impaired than a “very sharp” 77-year-old.

And his two brain operations have certainly had an effect – and his decline will only become more progressive.

If he is somehow elected President of the United States, Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, and the “squad” will be ruining the country – perhaps beyond the point of no return.

Agreed, James. Some 77-year-olds are sharp as a tack where it counts; others anything but. Sadly, Biden’s ideas were not all that good even when he was younger.

But Britain was never part of the ‘open borders’ agreement and it was allowed to opt out of the Schengen Agreement which abolished border controls between member states.

With few exceptions, its immigration problems are of its own making. To repeat a post from another article:

Britain is quick to blame the EU for its immigration problems, but in truth, even now that it has left, things are worse than ever, as thousands pour across the Channel to ‘soft touch’ Britain, safe in the knowledge that generous, immediate (unlike in France) benefits like accommodation, free medical care, free schooling and cash await. And crucially, knowing from those already here, that they are unlikely to be deported.

Also, thanks to decades of policies of forcing multiculturalism and ‘diversity’ onto its unwilling white Christian society (in the absurd belief that there was something fundamentally wrong with that), long before it joined the EU it had already started to invite in and build up what are now the largest populations in Europe of Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Nigerians, Somalis and Jamaicans.

Worse still, the policies continue, and add to that political correctness and the racism industry which have made Muslim and black almost protected species that no one dare criticise. So they are free to do, say and generally behave as they please. No wonder it is the destination of choice for Muslims and black Africans.

The EU had its faults, for sure, but it’s a dangerous distraction to keep blaming it for unwanted ‘migrants’ when the fault lies with Britain itself MAKING THEM WELCOME. What other country would allow its (huge) pro-migrant lobby to project a giant image onto the white cliffs at Dover saying “REFUGEES WELCOME”??

Very very and sadly true. This is despite the fact the majority are opposed to mass immigration. Again the tail wags the dog. Boris is as useless as Corbyn would have been.

Sadly, you are also right, Ecosse! Boris has done nothing to stop the flow of unwanted ‘migrants’ (illegal immigrants) from France. The French try to discourage them, they break up camps, burn tents and disperse the ‘migrants’. And what happens? British charities like care4calais go through the woods looking for them, replace the tents and give them supplies to help them on their way.

It can’t be repeated often enough: it won’t stop until Britain STOPS MAKING THEM WELCOME.

Unfortunately, the E.U. is not responsible for the large presence of Muslims in England, given Britain has always been a special case in terms of border controls. The few refugees yes it has some responsibility because of the Dublin rules, but the vast majority of Muslim immigrants tend to come from the commonwealth, and Britain naturalizes them in mass giving them British passport and access to welfare. Mohammad is the most common baby name for years and the country is finished, entire cities like Birmingham, Sheffield, Oxford and Newcastle are Muslim no go zones, and it has displaced Sweden as the rape capital of Europe.

William, you are right 100%, If only more British like you and me would see the reality of the problem instead of constantly blaming the EU! The major UK cities are finished, as you say, and many other towns and cities aren’t far behind.

Mike and William, it is not serving any cause to make false statements. You give the impression that Oxford, Birmingham, Sheffield and Newcastle are muzz no go areas. They are not; there may be areas where our damned police won’t go but the whole cities are not no go areas. I hope before it gets that bad they will all be removed from uk at bayonet point.
Does anyone know why the police won’t go into certain areas? It should be up for serious debate, exposure and elimination.

The EU is part of the problem–suicidal internal UK policies on immigration are the other part.

He may or may not have any such thoughts of his own (he’s starting to remind me of Maxine Waters that way, who is very clearly someone’s mouthpiece), but his handlers, who are wholly owned by Muslim interests, certainly plan to do exactly that.

Don’t like Biden generally speaking, but I must say I support his stance on the Six Counties. Britain is bound by international treaties (Good Friday Agreement and the EU Withdrawal Agreement) to avoid a “hard” Irish border, but I strongly suspect a “John Bullish” Boris will ignore international law and renege on Britain’s commitments if given the chance. A bit of pressure from Uncle Sam is necessary once again, unfortunately.

This is not about the border with Ireland. This is not where Muslims are flooding into England.
