Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts

India’s permanent representative to UN rebukes Erdogan’s criticism of India over Kashmir: ‘gross interference’

Sep 26, 2020 3:00 pm By Christine Douglass-Williams 10 Comments

T. S. Tirumurti is right.

Turkey has been an increasing global menace, matching or even surpassing Iran in its brazen attempts to expand its influence and interfere in regional dynamics: “Under Erdogan, Turkey has dramatically escalated its efforts toward foreign military intervention. In 2019, the Turkish military entered and occupied large portions of northern Syria. The following year, the Turkish military deployed to Libya in an effort to prop up the Government of National Accord (GNA) against the forces of Russia-backed warlord Khalifa Haftar. Erdogan has also sparked international disputes with Armenia and Greece.”

In light of all that, Erdogan’s criticism of India over Kashmir is yet another indication of his hope to restore the Ottoman caliphate and position himself as the leader of the entire Islamic world.

Background: The History of Jihad: From Muhammad to ISIS  includes details about the centuries-long and shockingly brutal jihad against India. The current tension between India and Pakistan, as well as the communal tension between Hindus and Muslims in India that still exists today, are rooted in ancient animosities which are still playing out. India, unlike so many other nations, has been astute about jihadist goals and resistant to the jihad, which has earned the Modi government charges of being “Islamophobic.” Pakistan even went to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to complain about rising “Islamophobia” in India. Pakistan also tried to set up an informal group of OIC envoys at the United Nations on “Islamophobia,” claiming that this was necessary because of the supposed “plight” of Muslims in Kashmir and India. Those efforts were foiled by the UAE and the Maldives. But new attempts will be made.

“India Calls Erdogan Kashmir Remarks at U.N. ‘Completely Unacceptable,’” by Ben Whedon, Breitbart, September 24, 2020:

India’s permanent representative to the United Nations (U.N.), T. S. Tirumurti, on Wednesday condemned Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s speech to the U.N. General Assembly (UNGA) in which he called for a multilateral resolution to India’s border dispute with Pakistan in Kashmir, labelling Erdogan’s remarks as “gross interference” and “completely unacceptable.”

Erdogan, head of Turkey’s ruling Islamist Justice and Development Party (AKP), delivered the remarks to a special session of the UNGA in a recorded video on Tuesday. The Turkish leader described the South Asian border dispute as a “burning issue” for regional stability, according to the Hindustan Times.

“The Kashmir conflict, which is also key to the stability and peace of South Asia, is still a burning issue. Steps taken following the abolition of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir further complicated the problem,” Erdogan said.

The Indian government, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, scrapped the Jammu and Kashmir region’s local constitution and divided the Indian-controlled territory in 2019.

“We are in favor of solving this issue through dialogue within the framework of the UN resolutions and especially in line with the expectations of the people of Kashmir,” Erdogan added. He and other world leaders did not address the assembly in person due to Chinese coronavirus concerns.

Tirumurti retorted via Twitter that “Turkey should learn to respect sovereignty of other nations and reflect on its own policies more deeply.”

Under Erdogan, Turkey has dramatically escalated its efforts toward foreign military intervention. In 2019, the Turkish military entered and occupied large portions of northern Syria. The following year, the Turkish military deployed to Libya in an effort to prop up the Government of National Accord (GNA) against the forces of Russia-backed warlord Khalifa Haftar. Erdogan has also sparked international disputes with Armenia and Greece.

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, a fellow Islamist, greeted Erdogan’s speech warmly, taking to Twitter to express his gratitude to the Turkish president for “raising his voice in support of the rights of the Kashmiri people.”

He went on to describe the border dispute as a “struggle for self-determination” by the local Kashmiris….

Doesn’t even need the word “interference.” Just call er dog a wan gross and be done with it. The moslim thug, criminal-in-charge of Turkey is grody to the max….a.k.a. “gross, absolutely disgusting.”
He’s one of those with such a high opinion of himself..delusions of grandeur, and no real brain for actual thinking ability, he tries to order everyone else around. And as long as he lives, he will continue, as he is an rabid moslim and that isn’t ever likely to change. H would have to want to change. The only thing he wants is more power…and not the kind Scotty had.

    …………..

Turkey believes that it has the right to seize sovereign Indian territory for Islam. This is how all pious Muslims think.

I get so tired of this absurd Muslim rewriting of history–and of enabling of same by dhimmi tools.

        Here’s that stupidity:

No proof given of course–but how could there be?
