Let’s see. What religion forbids pork and says that its god transformed disobedient “People of the Book” (i.e., primarily Jews and Christians) into “apes and pigs” (cf. Qur’an 2:63-65, 5:59-60, 7:166)? It’s a mystery the Malmö police may never solve, as they’re too busy investigating bacon left outside an Arab cultural center.

Domestic. An 11-year-old boy was beaten in Malmö by a gang after he declared that he was a Christian, Skånska Dagbladet reports.
The boy was in Varvsparken in Malmö and played football at lunchtime on Monday. An “unknown number of boys” approached him and asked why the boy was wearing a cross, according to Skånska Dagbladet.
The gang wanted to know if the cross “was due to his religion” and when he answered yes, he was asked if he “ate pig” and was called “pig bastard”.
The gang then knocked over the 11-year-old, who injured his arm. When he managed to run home, they took his football and shoes.
On Tuesday, the police had not yet arrested any perpetrator. Hate crime motives are suspected, writes Skånska Dagbladet.
