#CharlieHebdo must be shut down immediately by French authorities. This racist, Islamophobic rag is causing community relations to completely break down with its repeated provocations. They are literally crying fire in a crowded theatre. Freedom of speech isn't worth civil war.

A Muslim commits a brutal murder in the name of Islam and in accord with its teachings. In response, a Muslim editor calls not for soul-searching within the Muslim community, not for reform of Islamic blasphemy law, not for classes in mosques on the importance of the freedom of speech and tolerance, but for the shutdown of the “blaspheming” entity.
The principle is always and everywhere the same: in Muslim countries, one should conform one’s behavior to Muslim sensibilities. In non-Muslim countries, one should conform one’s behavior to Muslim sensibilities.

“racism”?
He talks about racism:the koran calls Jews a people ‘to be despised and hated'{koran 2:65}while
his ‘prophet’ muhmmed was the owner, buyer and seller of black African slaves{sahih Muslim 3901}.
islam is not a race and ‘islamophobia’ is contrived nonsense. Why should people not criticize any religion that behaves badly?islam is the worst of all cults and the most murderous.
“community relations”?
Hilarious!What relations?
The koran tells muslims NOT to be friends with Jews and Christians{koran 5:51}
The koran insists all non-muslims are the ‘WORST of created beings'{koran 98:6}in its APARTHEID SYSTEM whilst the muslims are the BEST{koran 3:110}
How can you have ‘community relations’ with infidels when the holey koran teaches otherwise?
“crying fire in a crowded theatre”?
Speaking of a theatre, does he mean like his fellow muslims shouting “allahu akbar”in the BATACLAN theatre massacre?
“freedom of speech isn’t worth civil war”
Yes that islamic ‘Free speech is BS’ attitude. And it is muslims causing the problem.
Free speech is worth fighting for.It is the muslims that have revealed themselves to be the fifth column within.

Yes, criticizing ideologies, including religion, is a core part of freedom of speech.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι has said this before–the irony being that Muslims savagely insult other faiths, including lying about them. The worst of it is that Muslims murder people based on theirt being of other faiths.
And yes–free people have the right to be critical of others, including those who might have children. The only exception is if they spead untruths about someone in a public forum, which is slander.
The irony of this Muslim here is that Islam insults women in its core texts–claiing they are deficiant in intelligence because the Qur’an says so. It also allows Muslim men to beat women, to rape them, and to “Honor Kill” them.
Note that Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι here says *nothing* critical of his pious coreligionist beheading a teacher. Of course he approves. Damn barbarian.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says

Of-course not.

No. Prophet Muhammad (saws) killed those people who made crimes and insulted muslims (especially those who insulted muslim women).
“What sort of soul-searching does Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι have in mind here? He makes clear in the next part of his post that he *does not* mean that Muslims should think twice before beheading innocent people.”
They should not behead innocent people. They also should not behead guilty people. The law should be implemented in a muslim country by jurists, police and persons in charge. I condemn terror and terrorists.
“this appalling Muslim apologist is fine with people being imprisoned or murdered for saying anything critical about Islam.”
No, i didn’t say this. Blasphemy and saying anything critical are not the same.

Firstly, even Ali’s apologia here is appalling–they idea that it would be fine to slaughter people for insulting Muslims is just grotesque.
Here is the assassination of Asma bint Marwan, murdered for daring to say that Islam is violent:
This, from Sirat Rasul Allah:
When the apostle heard what she had said he said, “Who will rid me of Marwan’s daughter?” `Umayr b. `Adiy al-Khatmi who was with him heard him, and that very night he went to her house and killed her. In the morning he came to the apostle and told him what he had done and he [Muhammad] said, “You have helped God and His apostle, O `Umayr!” When he asked if he would have to bear any evil consequences the apostle said, “Two goats won’t butt their heads about her”, so `Umayr went back to his people.
…

Right–that is, it is fine to murder peoploe so long as Muslim jurists are doing it in Dar-al-Islam. But as Ali knows, France is not a Muslim country–ergo, the state is not going to murder people for pointing out the horrors of Islam. In that case, Muslims have the right as they see it to enforce Shari’ah law themselves.

Once Allah’s Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o ‘Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, “O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women).” They asked, “Why is it so, O Allah’s Apostle ?” He replied, “You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.” The women asked, “O Allah’s Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?” He said, “Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?” They replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn’t it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?” The women replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her religion.”

Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
The story of the killing of ‘Asma bint Marwaan is false
Praise be to Allah.
Firstly:
Allah, may He be exalted, has told us in His holy Book that He only sent His Messenger Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) as a mercy to all people. Allah, may He be glorified, says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) not but as a mercy for the Alameen (mankind, jinns and all that exists)”
[al-Anbiya’ 21:107].
The one who accepts this mercy and gives thanks for this grace will be blessed in this world and in the Hereafter; the one who rejects it and denies it will be a loser in this world and in the Hereafter.
End quote from Tafseer Ibn Katheer, 5/385
Al-Haakim narrated in al-Mustadrak (100) that Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “O people, I am but a bestowed mercy.” Saheeh
The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) is the one who pardoned all of Quraysh, even though they had let him down, opposed him, expelled him, waged war against him and incited the Arabs against him. When he conquered Makkah, he pardoned them and did not punish them or take revenge on them for their bad treatment.
He is the one who pardoned the Jewish woman who had poisoned the mutton for him. al-Bukhaari (2617) and Muslim (5834) narrated from Anas ibn Maalik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Jewish woman brought the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) some poisoned mutton and he ate some of it. Then she was brought to him and it was said: Will you give us permission to execute her? He said: No.
‘Aa’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) never took revenge for his own sake, unless one of the sacred limits of Allaah had been transgressed, then he would take revenge for the sake of Allaah.
Narrated by al-Bukhaari (6126) and Muslim (2327).
Al-Bukhaari (4838) narrated from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning this verse in the Qur’aan – “O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Verily, We have sent you as witness, and a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner” [al-Ahzaab 33:45] – that he said: In the Torah it says: O Prophet! We have sent you as a witness and as a bearer of glad tidings, a saviour to the unlettered. You are My slave and My Messenger, and I have named you al-Mutawakkil (the one who puts his trust solely in Allah). He is not coarse or uncouth, shouting in the marketplace; he does not repay evil with evil, rather he overlooks and forgives.
The reports that speak of his patience in putting up with annoyance, and his forgiveness and tolerance, his not holding things against people and his returning evil with good are innumerable. These people only want to undermine the status of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) as a sign of their increase in kufr and because of the jealousy, resentment and hatred they have in their hearts, and because they hope and wish to extinguish the light of Allah. “But Allah will complete His Light even though the disbelievers hate (it).” [as-Saff 61:8].
It is proven that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade the killing of women. Abu Dawood (2669) narrated that Rabaah ibn Rabee‘ said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) on a campaign, and he saw the people gathered around something. He sent a man to find out what they were looking at, and he came back and told him that it was a woman who had been killed. He said: “Such a one could not have been a fighter.” Khaalid ibn al-Waleed was leading the vanguard of the army, so he sent a man to him and said: “Tell Khaalid: Do not kill any woman or hired worker.”
Secondly:
As for the report about the slaying of ‘Asma bint Marwaan, it is a fabricated report. It was narrated by al-Qadaa‘i in Musnad ash-Shihaab (856), al-Khateeb in at-Tareekh (13/99), Ibn ‘Asaakir in his Tareekh (51/244), and Ibn ‘Umar al-Harbi in his Fawaa’id (50), all via Muhammad ibn al-Hajjaaj al-Lakhami Abu Ibraaheem al-Waasiti from Mujaalid ibn Sa‘eed from ash-Sha‘bi from Ibn ‘Abbaas, who said:
A woman from Banu Khatamah wrote poetry lampooning the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and news of that reached the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and upset him. He said: “Who will deal with her for me?” A man from among her people said: I will, O Messenger of Allah! She was a seller of dates, so he went to her and said to her: Do you have any dates? She said: Yes. So she showed him some dates, and he said: I want something better than this. So she went inside to show him and he followed her and looked right and left, but he did not see anything except a small table, and he kept hitting her head with it until he killed her. Then he went to the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, I have taken care of her for you. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The validity of what you have done is something that no one could dispute.”
This woman was ‘Asma bint Marwaan.
This is an invalid isnaad and a fabricated report that was narrated by Muhammad ibn al-Hajjaaj of whom al-Bukhaari said: His hadeeth is to be rejected. Ibn Ma‘een said: (He is) an evil liar. Ad-Daaraqutni said: (He is) a liar; and on one occasion he said: He is not trustworthy.
Mizaan al-I‘tidaal, 3/509
Ibn ‘Adiyy said: Muhammad ibn al-Hajjaaj fabricated the hadeeth about the woman who used to lampoon the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), according to which when she was killed he (allegedly) said: “The validity of what you have done is something that no one could dispute.”
End quote from al-Mawdoo‘aat by Ibn al-Jawzi 3/18
It was narrated by al-Waaqidi in al-Maghaazi (p. 173) and via him by al-Qadaa‘i (858): ‘Abdullah ibn al-Haarith told me, from his father, that ‘Asma bint Marwaan, from Banu Umayyah ibn Zayd, was married to Yazeed ibn Zayd ibn Hisn al-Khatmi. She used to revile the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), criticise Islam and incite people against the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). When news of what she said and her incitement of the people reached ‘Umayr ibn ‘Adiyy ibn Kharashah ibn Umayyah al-Khatmi, he said: O Allah, I make a vow to You that I shall kill her if You grant a safe return to Madinah to the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) – as the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was in Badr at that time. When the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) came back from Badr, ‘Umayr ibn ‘Adiyy came to her in the middle of the night and entered upon her in her house when she had a group of her children sleeping around her, including an infant who was still being breastfed. He reached out to touch her and found the infant whom she was breastfeeding. He pushed the child aside then he plunged his sword into her chest until it came out of her back. Then he went out and prayed Fajr with the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in Madinah. When the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) finished praying, he looked at ‘Umayr and said: Did you kill the daughter of Marwaan? He said: Yes, may my father be sacrificed for you, O Messenger of Allah.
‘Umayr was afraid that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would not approve of his killing her, so he said: Is there any sin on me for that, O Messenger of Allah? He said: “The validity of what you have done is something that no one could dispute.” And this is the first time I heard this phrase from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). ‘Umayr said: The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) turned to those who were around him and said: “If you want to see a man who supported Allah and His Messenger, then look at ‘Ubayr ibn ‘Adiyy.”
End quote.
This is a worthless isnaad. Imam Ahmad said concerning al-Waaqidi – whose name was Muhammad ibn ‘Umar ibn Waaqid – : He is a liar; he alters hadeeths. Ibn Ma‘een said: He is not trustworthy. On one occasion he said: His hadeeth is not to be written down. Al-Bukhaari and Abu Haatim said: He is matrook (rejected). Abu Haatim and an-Nasaa’i said: He fabricates hadeeth. Ibn ‘Adiyy said: His hadeeths are odd and problematic. Ibn al-Madeeni said: al-Waaqidi fabricates hadeeth.
Mizaan al-I‘tidaal, 3/663
An-Nasaa’i said: The liars who are known for fabricating hadeeth are four: Ibraaheem ibn Abi Yahya in Madinah, al-Waaqidi in Baghdad, Muqaatil in Khorasan and Muhammad ibn Sa‘eed in Syria.

Quran 8:39 – “And fight with them until there is no more fitna and religion should be only for Allah”
Let’s read a better translation for Q. 8:39,
Pickthall Quran 8:39 And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is all for Allah. But if they cease, then lo! Allah is Seer of what they do.
The ‘fitna’ mentioned in the above verse (Q 8:39) means persecution, oppression, as shown by Pickthall’s Quran translation. When the verse says, “And fight with them until there is no more fitna”, it gave Muslims permission to fight until there is no more persecution (fitna), 1400 years ago. Critics elude to this passage claiming that the Arabic word ‘fitna’ used here does not really mean ‘persecution’ or ‘oppression’, according to these self-made scholars who have no formal education on Islam, to them the word ‘fitna’ means ‘unbelief’. When it is used in that sense, they’re trying to portray the verse to non-Muslims who don’t know the Arabic language that the passage sanctions Muslims to fight non-believers on account of them of being non-Muslim. However, when we consult Arabic-English dictionaries critics’ deception is exposed. In the following article which can be seen here, I have provided many Muslim and non-Muslim scholarly evidences that the Arabic word ‘fitna’ means, ‘persecution’, ‘oppression’.
Non-Muslim Quran Translations for 8:39
Arthur John Arberry Quran 8:39 Fight them, till there is no persecution and the religion is God’s entirely; then if they give over, surely God sees the things they do…

“1120. Muslims were enjoined to fight till religious persecution had ceased and men were free to practice the religion of their choice. Islam undoubtedly is the greatest upholder of freedom of conscience (2:194).” [2]
The Holy Quran Arabic Text with English Translation, Commentary and comprehensive Introduction – Maulana Muhammad Ali:
“39a That is, desist from fighting and put an end to their mischief, God’s decree of punishment will not be executed. God sees what men do, and if they mend their ways, He will not punish them. “No. Prophet Muhammad (saws) killed those people who made crimes and insulted muslims (especially those who insulted muslim women).
……………………..
Firstly, even Ali’s apologia here is appalling–they idea that it would be fine to slaughter people for insulting Muslims is just grotesque.”
Insulting muslim women is not and never will be permitted.
“France is not a Muslim country–ergo, the state is not going to murder people for pointing out the horrors of Islam. In that case, Muslims have the right as they see it to enforce Shari’ah law themselves.”
No, no-one has the right to enforce the Sharia Law. Shariah can be enforced only in a Muslim country by a Muslim government.
“Muslims consider saying *anyting* critical of Islam to be insulting.”
Anything critical DOESN’T mean that is insulting.
““free people have the right to be critical of others, including those who might have children. The only exception is if they spead untruths about someone in a public forum, which is slander.”
I agree.
……………………..
*Really*? Then why did he sneer at the legality of saying anything about other’s mothers?”
I said this for Macron. Because he said that insulting others is part of freedom of speech.
“Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
–Sahih Bukhari 1:6:301″
To give a brief introduction, here are 12 quotations depicting women’s status in Islam – belonging to the Qur’an and the ahadith (sayings/teachings) of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
“The most complete believer in faith is the best in morals, and the best among you is the best to their wives.” (Tirmidhi)
“And among God’s signs is this: He created for you mates from amongst yourselves (males […] for females and vice versa) that you might find tranquility and peace in them. And he has put love and kindness among you. Herein surely are signs for those who reflect.” (Qur’an, 30: 21)
“They (your wives) are your garment and you are a garment for them.” (Qur’an, 2: 187)
“O Messenger of Allah! Who is most deserving of my fine treatment?” He said, “Your mother, then your mother, then your mother, then your father, then your nearest, then nearest.” (Narrated by Abu Hurairah – Bukhari and Muslim)
“Observe your duty to Allah in respect to the women, and treat them well.” (Prophet Muhammed’s Last Sermon)
“I went to the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) and asked him: What do you say (command) about our wives? He replied: Give them food what you have for yourself, and clothe them by which you clothe yourself, and do not beat them, and do not revile them.” (Narrated by Mu’awiyah al-Qushayri – Abu Dawud)
“Verily, women are the twin halves of men.” (Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi)
“And for women are rights over men similar to those of men over women.” (Qur’an, 2: 228)
“Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: and Allah is well acquainted with all that they do. And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms.” (Qur’an, 24: 30-1)
“When one of them gets a baby girl, his face becomes darkened with overwhelming grief. Ashamed, he hides from the people, because of the bad news given to him. He even ponders: should he keep the baby grudgingly, or bury her in the dust. Miserable indeed is their judgment.” (Qur’an, 16: 58-59)
“Their Lord responded to them: “I never fail to reward any worker among you for any work you do, be you male or female – you are equal to one another.” (Qur’an, 3: 195)
“The believers, men and women, are helpers, supporters, friends and protectors of one another, they enjoin all that is good, and forbid all that is evil, they offer their prayers perfectly, and give Zakah (obligatory charity) and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah will bestow Mercy on them. Surely Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.” (Qur’an, 9: 71)
Abuses against women in the name of culture and through ignorance and a lack of understanding of Islam, do not represent Islam and are contrary to the rights that Allah had ordained and bestowed upon women.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
““It also allows Muslim men to beat women,”
It doesn’t.
……………………..
Qur’an 4:34:
Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and beat them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them. Lo! Allah is ever High, Exalted, Great.”
There is nothing in the Qur’aan that suggests that a man is allowed to bite his wife.
1 – The Qur’aan enjoins good treatment of one’s wife: she is to be honoured and treated kindly, even when one no longer feels love in one’s heart towards her. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“and live with them honourably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allaah brings through it a great deal of good”
[al-Nisa’ 4:19]
2 – The Qur’aan explains that women have rights over their husbands, just as their husbands have rights over them. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect) to what is reasonable, but men have a degree (of responsibility) over them. And Allaah is All-Mighty, All-Wise”
[al-Baqarah 2:228]
This verse indicates that the man has additional rights, commensurate with his role as protector and maintainer and his responsibility of spending (on his wife) etc.
3 – The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) enjoined kind treatment and honouring of one’s wife, and he described the best of people as those who are best to their wives. He said: “The best of you are those who are the best to their wives, and I am the best of you to my wives.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 3895; Ibn Maajah, 1977; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.
4 – The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) spoke beautiful word concerning kind treatment of one’s wife, stating that when the husband feeds his wife and puts a morsel of food in her mouth, he earns the reward of doing an act of charity. He said, “You never spend anything but you will be rewarded for it, even the morsel of food that you lift to your wife’s mouth.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6352; Muslim, 1628.
4 – And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Fear Allaah with regard to women, for you have taken them as a trust from Allaah and intimacy with them has become permissible to you by the words of Allaah. Your right over them is that they should not allow anyone to sit on your furniture whom you dislike; if they do that then hit them but not in a harsh manner. And their right over you is that you should provide for them and clothe them on a reasonable basis.” Narrated by Muslim, 1218.
What is meant by “they should not allow anyone to sit on your furniture whom you dislike” is that they should not allow anyone whom you dislike to enter your houses, whether the person disliked is a man or a woman, or any of the woman’s mahrams [close relatives to whom marriage is forbidden]. The prohibition includes all of them. From the words of al-Nawawi.
The hadeeth may be understood as meaning that a man has the right to hit his wife, in a manner that is not harsh and does not cause injury if if there is a reason for that, such as her going against his wishes or disobeying him.
This is like the verse in which Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“As to those women on whose part you see ill‑conduct, admonish them (first), (next) refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allaah is Ever Most High, Most Great”
[al-Nisa’ 4:34]
If a woman rebels against her husband and disobeys his commands, then he should follow this method of admonishing her, forsaking her in bed and hitting her. Hitting is subject to the condition that it should not be harsh or cause injury. Al-Hasan al-Basri said: this means that it should not cause pain.
‘Ata’ said: I said to Ibn ‘Abbaas, what is the kind of hitting that is not harsh? He said, Hitting with a siwaak and the like. [A siwaak is a small stick or twig used for cleaning the teeth – Translator]
The purpose behind this is not to hurt or humiliate the woman, rather it is intended to make her realize that she has transgressed against her husband’s rights, and that her husband has the right to set her straight and discipline her.
And Allaah knows best.

“Ali has already noted that Muslims may murder anyone who is a “blapshemer”, and has said that it is not permissible to “insult” Islam.”
Shariah Law can be implemented only inside a muslim country.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi , one of the most influential clerics in Sunni Islam and head of the European Council for Fatwa and Research, has advocated non-painful wife-beating.
In his 1984 book ‘The Lawful and the Prohibited in Islam,’ he wrote:
“Because of his natural ability and his responsibility for providing for his family, the man is the head of the house and of the family. He is entitled to the obedience and cooperation of his wife, and accordingly it is not permissible for her to rebel against his authority, causing disruption. Without a captain the ship of the household will flounder and sink.
“If the husband senses that feelings of disobedience and rebelliousness are rising against him in his wife, he should try his best to rectify her attitude by kind words, gentle persuasion, and reasoning with her. If this is not helpful, he should sleep apart from her, trying to awaken her agreeable feminine nature so that serenity may be restored, and she may respond to him in a harmonious fashion. If this approach fails, it is permissible for him to beat her lightly with his hands, avoiding her face and other sensitive parts. In no case should he resort to using a stick or any other instrument that might cause pain and injury.Rather, this ‘beating’ should be of the kind which the Prophet (peace be on him) once, when angry with his servant, mentioned to him, saying, ‘If it were not for the fear of retaliation on the Day of Resurrection, I would have beaten you with this miswak (tooth-cleaning stick)’ [as reported by Ibn Majah and by Ibn Hibban, in his Sahih].
“The Prophet (pbuh) admonished men concerning beating their wives, saying ‘None of you must beat his wife as a slave is beaten and then have intercourse with her at the end of the day.’
“It was reported to the Prophet (pbuh) that some of his Companions beat their wives, whereupon he said, ‘Certainly those are not the best among you [as reported by Ahmad, Abu Daoud, and al-Nisai. Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim classify it as sound, as narrated by Iyas ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Abu Dhiab].’
“Says Imam Al-Hafiz ibn Hajar, ‘The saying of the Prophet (pbuh), ‘The best among you do not beat,’ could imply that beating wives is in general permissible. To be specific, one may beat only to safeguard Islamic behavior and if he (the husband) sees deviation only in what she must do or obey in relation to him. It is preferable to warn (her) or something of the sort, and as long as it is possible to achieve things through warning, any use of force is disallowed because force generates hatred, which is inimical to the harmony expected in marriage. Force is applied only when sin against Allah Ta’alah (masiyah) is feared. Al-Nasai has reported ‘Aishah as saying, ‘The Prophet (pbuh) never beat any of his wives or servants; in fact, he did not strike anything with his hand except in the cause of Allah or when the prohibitions of Allah were violated, and he retaliated on behalf of Allah.’
“If all these approaches fail, and the rift between the husband and wife deepens, the matter then devolves on the Islamic society for solution. Two individuals of good will and sound judgment, one from the wife’s and one from the husband’s side, should meet with the couple in order to try to resolve their differences. Perhaps the sincerity of their efforts may bear fruit and Allah may bring about reconciliation between the spouses.” [4]

The ‘fitna’ mentioned in the above verse (Q 8:39) means persecution, oppression, as shown by Pickthall’s Quran translation…
………………..
Here is the Qur’anic Arabic Corpus, which cites seven of the classic translations of the Qur’an:
http://corpus.quran.com/translation.jsp?chapter=8&verse=39
“Fitna” is either not directly translated, or is translated variously as tumult, oppression, and persecution, but also as “idolotry”, and “disbelief and polytheism”. Mohsin Khan is most explicit of all, saying “And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.”
Clearly, cartoonists and teachers murdered by Ali’s coreligionists were not oppressing or persecuting Muslims in the way civilized Infidels use the word–but they were doing just that as pious Muslims see it.
In fact, the mere fact that *any* Infidels have not converted to Islam is “oppression” as pious Muslims see it. Jihgad is waged on just this basis.

……………………………………….
None of the Taqiyya that follows disproves Islam considering women deficient in intelligence. In fact, under Shari’ah law women are never the equals of men. Women in Dar-al-Islam are frequently prevented from leaving home without “Mehrams” (male owners), cannot divorce without an Imam’s approval (compared to Muslim men, whio can use the “Triple Talaq” instant divorce), and can be beaten without penalty.

Here is what Qur’an 2:228 *actually* says:
Divorced women must wait three monthly cycles ˹before they can re-marry˺. It is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they ˹truly˺ believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands reserve the right to take them back within that period if they desire reconciliation. Women have rights similar to those of men equitably, although men have a degree ˹of responsibility˺ above them. And Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.

In other words, most of this Sura is about women specifically, and noting that men have responsibility over them.
Ali has to prevaricate, because he knows how Islam persectues women.

Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
`A’isha said: the Messenger of Allah (saws) never struck a servant or a woman. [Sunan Abu Dawood;]
A leading Meccan scholar from the second generation of Muslims, Ata’ bin Abi Rabah, counseled a husband not to beat his wife even if she ignored him but rather to express his anger in some other way. Darimi, a teacher of both Tirmidhi and Muslim bin Hajjaj as well as a leading early scholar in Iran, collected all the Hadiths showing Muhammad’s disapproval of beating in a chapter entitled ‘The Prohibition on Striking Women’. A thirteenth-century scholar from Granada, Ibn Faras, notes that one camp of ulama had staked out a stance forbidding striking a wife altogether, declaring it contrary to the Prophet’s example and denying the authenticity of any Hadiths that seemed to permit beating. Even Ibn Hajar, the pillar of late medieval Sunni Hadith scholarship, concludes that, contrary to what seems to be an explicit command in the Qur’an, the Hadiths of the Prophet leave no doubt that striking one’s wife to discipline her actually falls under the Shariah ruling of ‘strongly disliked’ or ‘disliked verging on prohibited’. [Jonathan A.C. Brown, Misquoting Muhammad: The Challenge and Choices of Interpreting the Prophet’s Legacy, Oneworld Publications (2014), pp. 275-276]
Al-Tabari (839-923 AD) wrote that, “The Prophet never raised his hand against one of his wives, or against a slave, nor against any person at all.” In fact, when the Prophet faced rebellion of his wives, rather than beat them, Al-Tabari accounts that he instead, “stayed away from his wives for 29 nights.” [Mernissi, Fatimea (1991). The Veil and the Male Elite: A Feminist Interpretation of Women’s Rights in Islam. Cambridge: Perseus Books. pp. 156]
‘Ata’ said: I said to Ibn ‘Abbaas, what is the kind of hitting that is not harsh? He said, Hitting with a siwaak and the like. [A siwaak is a small stick or twig used for cleaning the teeth – Translator]
Domestic violence is explicitly forbidden in Islam:
“Do not strike the female servants of God.”
(Sunan Abi Dawud 2146, Sunan al-Darimi 2122)
“Do not hit them and do not revile them.”
(Sunan Abi Dawud 2144)
In one incident, the Prophet ﷺ invoked God’s wrath upon a man who beat his wife.
(Musnad Ahmad (1303))
The Qur’anic verse (4:34), often used to justify hitting wives, CANNOT be understood to permit any violence.
The famous early Makkan Qur’anic exegete said about verse 4:34:
“A man does not strike his wife, rather he may only show his anger.”
Ataa ibn Abi Rabaah
The Prophet ﷺ NEVER raised his hand against his wives.
His wife, Aisha (RA) said he “never once hit a servant, a woman, nor struck anything with his hand.”
(Sunan Ibn Majah, 2060)
Doesn’t the Qur’an instruct men to beat their wives if they are disobedient?
Verse 4:34 in the Qur’an prescribes a step-by-step process for husbands to address a wife’s behavior if she is acting in a manner that would threaten the integrity of the family unit (such as promiscuous behavior). The Arabic word that has often been translated as “beat her” also has many other meanings, such as “leave her.” Scholars who choose the translation of “beat” emphasize that it is symbolic and can leave no mark or injury. These scholars suggest that the husband might use the equivalent of a tissue or blade of grass to make his point. Abusers may take this verse out of context and forget the multiple teachings that emphasize equity, mutual compassion and respect in the marital relationship (Qur’an 4:1; 30:21; 42:38; 49:13; 65:6).
The Quran clearly says, “Live with your wives in a good manner. If you dislike them in any manner, it may be that you dislike something in which Allah has placed much good for you” (Quran, 4:19). So, God commands man to be good to his wife even if he dislikes her. What more can be said? Even the biggest feminist wouldn’t come up with a statement like that!
There are also many Hadiths which one needs to take into account:
“Admonish your wives with kindness”.
“A Muslim must not hate his wife; and if he be displeased with one bad quality in her, then let him be pleased with another that is good”.
“Do you beat your own wife as you would a slave? That must you not do”.
“I (Muaviyah b. Haidah) said, “O Apostle of God! What is my duty to my wife?” He said, “That you give her to eat as you eat yourself, and clothe her as you clothe yourself; and do not slap her in the face nor abuse her, nor separate yourself from her in displeasure.”
“Give your wife good counsel; and if she has goodness in her, she will soon take it, and leave off idle talking; and do not beat your noble wife like a slave”.
Muhammad said, ‘Beat not your wives.’ Then Omar came to the Rasul (Muhammad) and said, ‘Wives have got the upper hand from hearing this.’”
“He is the most perfect Muslim whose disposition is best; and the best of you are they who behave best to their wives”.
“A virtuous wife is a man’s best treasure.”

I see that the appalling Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι is also a fan of marital rape–no surprise there.
And he knows taht while Muslim men can simply invoke the “Triple Talaq” and divorce their wives whenever they so desire, that a woman has to be granted a divorce (Khul`) in Islam:by a Shari’ah judge. These divorces are seldom granted–usually the victim is sent back to her rapist.

Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Did prophet Muhammad ever hit Aisha?
People have been trying to cast shadows of doubt on the character of prophet Muhammad pbuh since the beginning of his prophetic career and they are certainly making their marks today.
Such an incident is when Aisha followed prophet Muhammad one night after being with him, while he did not want to awake her after being instructed by angel Gabriel to go to the grave yard and pray for his companions. What an innocent and pure event, what an amazing characteristic of our beloved prophet, at a time when most of us are in dream land, prayer being the last thing in our dreams, the prophet used to pray. The prophet used to leave his warm bed and go out in the cold or stay for long periods of times (1000 some years before central heating) and pray.
Any way the allegation of the crtics is that prophet Muhammad hit Aysha. We will analyze the allegation (God Willing). Firstly, let us mention it was reported that the prophet never hit any woman or slave, he only hit the enemies of Allah in fights. He never hit a child, he never back bit, he never spoke ill.
The hadith in question goes as such :
Sahih Muslim, Book 004, Number 2127:
Muhammad b. Qais said (to the people): Should I not narrate to you (a hadith of the Holy Prophet) on my authority and on the authority of my mother? We thought that he meant the mother who had given him birth. He (Muhammad b. Qais) then reported that it was ”A”isha who had narrated this: Should I not narrate to you about myself and about the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him)? We said: Yes. She said: When it was my turn for Allah”s Messenger (may peace be upon him) to spend the night with me, he turned his side, put on his mantle and took off his shoes and placed them near his feet, and spread the corner of his shawl on his bed and then lay down till he thought that I had gone to sleep. He took hold of his mantle slowly and put on the shoes slowly, and opened the door and went out and then closed it lightly. I covered my head, put on my veil and tightened my waist wrapper, and then went out following his steps till he reached Baqi”. He stood there and he stood for a long time. He then lifted his hands three times, and then returned and I also returned. He hastened his steps and I also hastened my steps. He ran and I too ran. He came (to the house) and I also came (to the house). I, however, preceded him and I entered (the house), and as I lay down in the bed, he (the Holy Prophet) entered the (house), and said: Why is it, O ”A”isha, that you are out of breath? I said: There is nothing. He said: Tell me or the Subtle and the Aware would inform me. I said: Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be ransom for you, and then I told him (the whole story). He said: Was it the darkness (of your shadow) that I saw in front of me? I said: Yes. He struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you? She said: Whatsoever the people conceal, Allah will know it. He said: Gabriel came to me when you saw me. He called me and he concealed it from you. I responded to his call, but I too concealed it from you (for he did not come to you), as you were not fully dressed. I thought that you had gone to sleep, and I did not like to awaken you, fearing that you may be frightened. He (Gabriel) said: Your Lord has commanded you to go to the inhabitants of Baqi” (to those lying in the graves) and beg pardon for them. I said: Messenger of Allah, how should I pray for them (How should I beg forgiveness for them)? He said: Say, Peace be upon the inhabitants of this city (graveyard) from among the Believers and the Muslims, and may Allah have mercy on those who have gone ahead of us, and those who come later on, and we shall, God willing, join you.
“Struck” is a bad translation here. The word used is ‘lahaza’ , which could be translated as “Push” and at most “slap with an open palm” but not a hard, violent slap (and note translating it as “slap” is weaker and less probable). A correct translation would be:
– He pushed me (lahadani) in the chest (fi sadri) with a push (lahdatan)which made me sore (awja’atni).
It is very interesting to note that “pushing” of the Prophet does indeed convey meaning – usually to drive away evil influence and thought.
– Amir ibn Raba and Sahl ibn Hunayf went out to bathe. Amir took off his woolen robe. He [Sahl] narrates: “I looked at him and I cast the evil eye on him. He went down into the water then I heard a noise coming from him. I called out to him three times but there was no answer. I went to call the Messenger of Allah who came on foot and waded his way in the water. Then he slapped/pushed his chest with his hand, saying: “O Allah! drive away from him its heat and its coolness and its harm.” Then he rose up and said: “If one of you sees something that pleases him in his brother – whether in his person or property – let him invoke blessing for him, for the evil eye is a reality.”
(Tafsir ibn Kathir)
Similarly, in a narration it states:
– Ubbay said: There occurred in my mind a sort of denial which did not occur even during the Days of Ignorance. When the Messenger of Allah saw how I was affected, he slapped/pushed me on the chest. I broke into a sweat and felt as if I were looking at Allah in fear.

There is no marital rape. If a woman doesn’t want to make sex with her husband, he could divorce.
………………………………
“No marital rape”–ergo, Ali here doesn’tr consider forced sex to be rape. Many Muslims are the same not just with marital rape, but also Muslims forcing sex on child brides, Infidel women, sex slaves, and small boys. They think they have the *right* to force sex. And why not? This is what the texts of Islam tell Muslim men.
Then, note–Ali says that if he doesn’t like it that the *husband* can divorce. He makes no reference of the victim being able to divorce. So if these thugs are fine with forcing their wives, then there is no problem as he sees it.
More:
“usually the victim is sent back to her rapist.”
Should not happened this.
………………………………
Well, this completely contradicts What Ali said in the first part of his post. If forced maritical sex is not rape and is perfectly Islamic, and only men have the right to divorce, then why should it be a problem to keep wives in this hell?
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
“Muslims forcing sex on child brides and small boys.”
This is forbidden.
“forcing sex on small boys”
This is punishable by death.
“Ali says that if he doesn’t like it that the *husband* can divorce.”
No, i say that the wife can divorce if she doesn’t like sex with her husband.
“He makes no reference of the victim being able to divorce.”
Exactly the opposite. The wife has the right to divorce her husband. But if she doesn’t divorce, she doesn’t have the right to refuse sex.
“usually the victim is sent back to her rapist.”
……………………
“only men have the right to divorce”
I didn’t say that.
“why should it be a problem to keep wives in this hell?”
If the husband doesn’t have good behavior towards his wife, the wife can divorce her husband.

Did prophet Muhammad ever hit Aisha?
People have been trying to cast shadows of doubt on the character of prophet Muhammad pbuh since the beginning of his prophetic career and they are certainly making their marks today.

I only cited the canonical texts of Islam itself. Clearly, Muslims themselves don’t think that beating women and children is a bad thing. It is only when civilized Infidels criticize such barbarism that Muslims become enraged.

There is no mention of Muhammed praying in a graveyard before he hit his child bride. This is typical sand-throwing.

Ludicorus semantics. If he hit his chid bride hard enough to cause her pain, then tnis is indeed a beating.
And the idea that he only hit his childbride to ward away evil makes no sense–in factl he describes hurting her as “just”.
And if he was *really* concerned about warding off evil, he would not be beating and raping his child bride–in fact, he never would have subjected the girl to such brutality in the first place.

And beating women is rife in Islam. Again, Muhammed’s poor little child bride noticed this, as well:
Narrated `Ikrima:
Rifa`a divorced his wife whereupon `AbdurRahman bin Az-Zubair Al-Qurazi married her. `Aisha said that the lady (came), wearing a green veil (and complained to her (Aisha) of her husband and showed her a green spot on her skin caused by beating). It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) came, `Aisha said, “I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! ……………………….
Note that Muslims are targeting Infidels on exactly this basis–they hold that saying anything critical about islam calls for “revenge for the sake of Allah”.
And in fact Muhammed regularly has women and chidren killed, saying that women and children of Infidels were fair game, because “they are of them”.
Again, if Ali *really* had a problem with this, he would take it up with his fellow Muslims, who regularly murder women.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Zaynab bint Al-Harith (Arabic: زينب بنت الحارث; died in 629) was a woman who lived in Khaybar, Arabia, in the early seventh century. She poisoned prophet Muhammad (and his companion) with a lamb shoulder.
Narrated Ibn Shihab:
Jabir ibn Abdullah used to say that a woman from the inhabitants of Khaybar poisoned a roasted sheep and presented it to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) who took its foreleg and ate from it. A group of his companions also ate with him. The Messenger of Allah then said: Take your hands away (from the food). The Messenger of Allah then sent someone to the woman and he called her. He said to her: Have you poisoned this sheep? The woman replied: Who has informed you? He said: This I foreleg which I have in my hand has informed me. She said: Yes. He said: What did you intend by it? She said: I thought if you were a prophet, it would not harm you; if you were not a prophet, we should rid ourselves of him (i.e. the Prophet). The Messenger of Allah then forgave her, and did not punish her. But some of his companions who ate it, died. The Messenger of Allah had himself cupped on his shoulder on account of that which he had eaten from the sheep. It has been a Jewish knowledge that there will be a prophet at the end. He will not be killed and will die natural death. Banu Nadhir’s Jews made many attempts to kill Prophet Muhammad to prove that he is not a true prophet but failed. This attempt was perhaps last one. Abu Hind cupped him with the horn and knife. He was a client of Banu Bayadah from the Ansar.
Sunan Abu Dawud 39:4495
Ibn Ishaq states that she considered if he was a real prophet, he would be informed of her deed; and that the Muslims believed that the poisoning led to Muhammad’s death:
When the apostle had rested, Zaynab d. al-Harith, the wife of Sallam b. Mishkam prepared for him a roast lamb, having first inquired what joint he preferred. When she learned that it was the shoulder she put a lot of poison in it and poisoned the whole lamb. Then she brought it in and placed it before him. He took hold of the shoulder and chewed a morsel of it, but he did not swallow it. Bishr b. al-Bara b. Ma’rur who was with him took some of it as the apostle had done, but he swallowed it, while the apostle spat it out, saying, ‘This bone tells me that it is poisoned.’ Then he called for the woman and she confessed, and when he asked her what had induced her to do this she answered: ‘You know what you have done to my people. I said to myself, If he is a king I shall ease myself of him and if he is a prophet he will be informed (of what I have done).’ So the apostle let her off. Bishr died from what he had eaten.
Marwan b. Uthman b. Abu Sa’id b. al-Mu’alla told me: The apostle had said in his illness of which he was to die when Umm Bishr d. al-Bara came to visit him, ‘O Umm Bishr, this is the time in which I feel a deadly pain from what I ate with your brother at Khaybar.’ The Muslims considered that the apostle had died as a martyr in addition to the prophetic office with which God had honoured him.
– The Life of Muhammad, p. 516
Another version says that when she attempted to kill him, Muhammad declared that Allah wouldn’t allow her. However, it still left an effect on his mouth:
Anas reported that a woman came to Allah’s Messenger with poisoned mutton and he took of that what had been brought to him (Allah’s Messenger). (When the effect of this poison were felt by him) he called for her and asked her about that, whereupon she said: I had determined to kill you. Thereupon he said: Allah will never give you the power to do it. He (the narrator) said that they (the Companion’s of the Holy Prophet) said: Should we not kill her? Thereupon he said: No. He (Anas) said: I felt (the affects of this poison) on the uvula of Allah’s Messenger.
—Sahih Muslim 26:5430
The Muslims asked if they should kill Zaynab, but Muhammad replied, “No.” [Bukhari 3:786, Bukhari 2:617 and Tabari 8, pp. 123-124]
gravenimage says
Zaynab bint Al-Harith was killed soon afterwards by the thug followers of Muhammed, as Ali here well knows. The relativies of Bishr ibn al-Bara killed her.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Bishr ibn al-Bara died because of Zaynab. Zaynab was handed over to Bishr’s relatives. They exacted their right of blood-vengeance and killed her. (Ibn Saad, p. 249)

Note that Ali doesn’t think that this “filthy Kuffar” had any right of vengeance after Muhammed and his gang of thugs wiped out Khaybar. Only Muslims have the right to murder all Infidels.

More again from Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι:
………………………
This is just grimly hilarious. I never said that the Qur’an says that men can *bite* their wives, but it clearly says that men can beat their wives.
More:
………………………
Good lord. This Hadith makes it clear that men can beat their wives if they invite someone over to their own homes who Muslim men don’t like. Does he actually think that this barbarism makes Islam look good?
More:
This is like the verse in which Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“As to those women on whose part you see ill‑conduct, admonish them (first), (next) refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allaah is Ever Most High, Most Great”
[al-Nisa’ 4:34]
………………………
You can see that none of the original translations of this Sura tell men to only beat their wives lightly:
http://corpus.quran.com/translation.jsp?chapter=4&verse=34
And note that Ali, like all pious Muslims, has *no* problem with men being able to beat their wives if Musli, men so much as fear disobedience from them. There are no similar verses saying that women have the right to beat their husbands, of course–nor that men and women should treat each other as equals.
By the way, this is the site that Ali cribbed all his claptrap from:

“Ali has already noted that Muslims may murder anyone who is a “blapshemer”, and has said that it is not permissible to “insult” Islam.”
Shariah Law can be implemented only inside a muslim country.
………………………
Firstly, note that Ali has *no problem* with Muslims crushing freedom of speech and absuing and murdering Infidels if they are under Sharia’ah law.
Then, pious Muslims believe they have the right to personally impliment the horrors of Shariah if the state is not doing so:
Qur’an 3:110 says, “You are the best community that has been raised up for mankind: You enjoin What is right and forbid What is evil, and You believe in Allah; if the people of the scripture deary it, it had been better for them, some of them believers, but most of them are evil-livers.”
This is *exactly* what Ali’s coreligionists were doing beheading this teacher in France.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
“This is *exactly* what Ali’s coreligionists were doing beheadung this teacher in France.”
This is *exactly* the opposite of what my coreligionists should do. Shariah Law can be enforced only in a muslim country.
gravenimage says
First, note that Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι openly admits that he would be fine with peaceful teacher Samuel Paty being beheaded in a Muslim coutnry. *Ugh*.
But then, he lies again about Mslims being taught to enforce Shari’ah themselves if the state is not doing so.
There is also this Hadith:
“On the authority of Abu Sa`eed al-Khudree (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah say, ‘Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.’” (Nawawi 34)
In this case, the “evil” was a cartoon and championing freedom of speech.
If Ali *really* believed that his coreligionists has no right to murder us on just this basis, he’d be trying to convince them, instead of slinging Taqiyya here at Jihad Watch.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
“he lies again about Mslims being taught to enforce Shari’ah themselves if the state is not doing so.”
Muslims should not enforce Shariah Law. The state should do. The persons in charge should do.
“There is also this Hadith:
“On the authority of Abu Sa`eed al-Khudree (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah say, ‘Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.’” (Nawawi 34)
In this case, the “evil” was a cartoon and championing freedom of speech.”
This doesn’t mean that people have the right to implement Shariah Law. Only the persons in charge should do. (Al-Istidhkar)
“If Ali *really* believed that his coreligionists has no right to murder us on just this basis, he’d be trying to convince them”
I try everyday. But i am responsible only for my self.
gravenimage says
Really? Ali here is “trying everyday” to tell Muslims not to wage Jihad? That seems unlikely, given his whitewash here.
As for the claim that Muslims patiently wait for non-Muslim states to enforce brutal Shari’ah law, this is obviously absurd. This is in fact what Jihad is for–to force others to submit to the horrors of Islam.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
“As for the claim that Muslims patiently wait for non-Muslim states to enforce brutal Shari’ah law”
Shariah Law can be enforced only in a muslim country. You don’t have the right to implement the Law in a non muslim country.
gravenimage says
The whole purpose of Jihad is to force Infidels to submit to the horrors of Shari’ah law.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Jihad can be only by the decision of a muslim leader of a muslim country. Not from terror organisations.

Again, if Ali *really* believed that his pious coreligionists had no right to wage Jihad against us, why would he spend his time here pestering Anti-Jihadists, rather than teloung his fellow Muslims that they don’t actually have the right to murder us all the time?
And can he explain why the savage who beheaded that non-violent teacher is being lauded all over the Muslim world if this is not allowed? Really, his Taqiyya here is just pathetic.
Note that the Qur’an does not say that waging Jihad is only permissible if the Caliph announces it.
