Former French Inspector General of National Education Jean-Pierre Obin states that “we have in the National Education, in the administration and even in the classrooms some teachers and officials who are in ideological denial or complacency in relation to Islamism.” He adds that the “extreme left, very present in National Education, that thinks that attacking Islamism is attacking Islam.”
While the relationship between Islamism and Islam may be closer than Obin thinks, he is absolutely correct that the jihad ideology has spread in French schools, and schools all over the West, because of the Left’s refusal to oppose it. The Leftist worldview today centers upon identity politics and the multicultural dogma that all cultures are equal — even those which regard infidels and women as inferiors, those which practice female genital mutilation (FGM), and those which sanction wife-beating and behead people for blasphemy. The Leftist ideology provides fertile soil for the stealth jihad to proliferate.
Too many people place the blame for the introduction of jihadis and Sharia supremacists into the West solely upon those jihadis (stealth and violent). Yet the jihad against the West has gone on for 1400 years. It is Leftists who are to blame for allowing jihadis and Islamic supremacists free entry into European and North American countries via open-door immigration policies, as well as complete freedom to operate on Western soil, in the name of “diversity.” The result: the West is rapidly losing its freedoms and the rule of law, as authorities are seized by the fear of retribution for criticizing Islam. Jihad Watch has been warning about the Leftist/Islamic alliance for years.
“Islamism: ‘In National Education, some of those responsible are in denial,'” translated from “Islamisme: ‘Dans l’Éducation nationale, une partie des responsables sont dans le déni,'” Europe1, October 20, 2020 (thanks to Breitbart):
A history teacher was beheaded on Friday after showing his students caricatures of Muhammad. Jean-Pierre Obin, former Inspector General of National Education, on Europe 1 Tuesday excoriated the “denial” and “ideological complacency” of “some teachers and officials” of National Education in relation to Islamism.
INTERVIEW
In 2004, he published a report on Islamist entryism in schools. Sixteen years later, as a history teacher was beheaded on Friday in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine for showing caricatures of Mohammed to his students, Jean-Pierre Obin does not take offense. This former Inspector General of National Education, author of How We Let Islamism Enter Schools (Éditions Hermann) believes that it is time to stop turning a blind eye. “We have in the National Education, in the administration and even in the classrooms some teachers and officials who are in ideological denial or complacency in relation to Islamism,” he said Tuesday on Europe 1 .
An “extreme left very present in National Education”
Jean-Pierre Obin makes a direct link with the extreme left. “It is this segment of the extreme left, very present in National Education, that thinks that attacking Islamism is attacking Islam. And [who think that] Muslim students are victims, one should not have the same attitude towards them as towards the other pupils.”
According to the former inspector general, “it was not until 2015”, after the Charlie Hebdo and Bataclan attacks, that some came to “realize to what extent the youth, and in particular the educated youth, were penetrated by this ideology of Islamism”. “A very large number of middle and high school students had disrupted the minutes of silence,” he recalls. “Since then, research and polls have given a much more precise overview of this penetration, this impregnation of part of Muslim youth by Islamist ideology.”
The first responsibility is “political”
Jean-Pierre Obin believes, beyond National Education, that “the first responsibility” in the assassination of the professor of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, Samuel Paty, is “political”. “It is that of ministers, governments who have known for twenty years and have pushed the dust under the carpet so as not to have to deal with this difficult issue, which divided the right and the left.”
After the terrorist attack on Friday, the ministry of Jean-Michel Blanquer is working on the development of advice and recommendations to be sent to all teachers and school heads in the event of a dispute or refusal to respect the scheduled minute of silence in homage to Samuel Paty.

Bravo!
Jean-Pierre Obin has clearly identified the precise problem, namely, that many of France’s leading intellectuals “are in ideological denial or complacency in relation to Islamism.”
Fr. Henri Boulad SJ defined ‘Islamism’ thusly:
“Islamism is not a caricature, nor a counterfeit, nor a heresy, nor a fringe or atypical phenomenon versus classical, orthodox, Sunnite Islam.
To the contrary, I think Islamism is naked Islam, Islam without a mask and without paint, Islam perfectly consistent and true to itself, an Islam that has the courage and lucidity to go all the way to its ultimate conclusions and final implications.
Islamism is Islam in all its logic and in all its rigour. Islamism is present in Islam as the chick is present in the egg, as the fruit is present in the flower and as the tree is present in the seed.
But what is Islamism?
Islamism is political Islam, the bearer of a project for a model society and whose aim is to establish a theocratic state based on Sharia, the only legitimate law—since it is divine—since it was revealed and enshrined in the Koran and Sunna—it’s a law that applies to everything.
Here is an all-inclusive and all-encompassing project, one that is total, totalizing and totalitarian.”
…………………………………………………………

But what is Islamism?
A theocratic state based on Islam.
But that is Saudi Arabia, with Mecca, the most holy place of Islam, with has as the constitution the Quran and the Hadith, and as the law the sharia law.
“In 2005, a court in Bokeria found Muhammad Al-Harbi, a high school chemistry teacher, guilty of blasphemy for talking to students and teachers about Christianity, Judaism, and the causes of terrorism. The court sentenced al-Harbi to 40 months in prison and 750 lashes.”

Millions of Muslims go every on pilgrimage to Mecca, to Saudi Arabia, which they are supposed to do once in their live and can admire the only holy acceptable truth, in all its aspects.
The 56 IOC countries have declared that their human rights are based on sharia law.
Is Islamism really clearly separable from Islam? I doubt it.
I know, it sound Islamophobic, and I have to admit that I have these right wing extremist doubts, and with these doubts might come near the border of allowable thinking, in the Dutch context.

I wrote a letter to Senator Feinstein in 2006 concerning Islam’s true teachings.
Her response? The boilerplate “We can’t blame the entire religion for the behavior of a few.”
So wrong on several levels, this being one: the substitution of ‘religion’ for Muslims.
Pretty sure she doesn’t know what the word ummah means.

An “extreme left very present in National Education”
Islam is creeping into our schools, and it’s granted too much reverence as a peaceful religion while ignoring its bloody past. For years there have been justifiable complaints by parents who object to what is basically an indoctrination of their kids for islam. Islam is promoted and taught while other religions are practically ignored. Students are forced to memorize the Shahada and other Pillars, for example, but nothing comparable is taught about the other major religions. As an example, Wisconsin students were “given an assignment to “pretend you are Muslim,” while public school students in Florida were instructed to recite the Five Pillars of Islam as a prayer, make Islamic prayer rugs, and perform other Muslim rituals. Suspiciously, the textbook discussing Islam had chapters missing. Which chapters? Those on Christianity and Judaism.” As the article I’m quoting so apty stated, …imagine the outcry from the ACLU, Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), and other leftist and angry atheist organizations if a study guide stated, “Jesus is the Son of God,” and forced children to recite the Lord’s Prayer. So true, but muslims are easily offended for their demon so we better do what they want. Bullsh*t! Better we should burn their koran as a lesson in good morals.
People have every right to be angry that their kids are getting bamboozled with whitewash teachings about a violent and immoral religion. Indoctrinating our kids to have a favorable view of islam is as immoral as what Hitler did for corrupting the minds of their youth for race hate, and I make that comparison with my sincerest conviction. Our schools are suppposed to be neutral on the subject of religion, yet reports are flooding in that they are promoting islam at the expense of fair and honest teaching. And guess what, I believe those reports as true, because I see every damn day how politicians and others lie for islam, and I know just how far they’ll go to protect that evil creed from the honest criticism and censure it deserves. Keep that filth out of our schools, and stop promoting their supremacist ideals as a peaceful religion when in truth it threatens the peace and freedoms of everyone on earth. We know the bloody history of islam. So we don’t buy your bill of goods that islam is peaceful and worthy of respect, any more than the Nazis deserve respect for the underlying race hate that drove them to mass murder millions.

Sounds like the fallacy appeal to consequences to me. That is, it’s an appeal to emotion for the purpose of making the premise–that jihad is humane–seem valid and morally justifiable for the sake of peace. It isn’t, and it never will be to people who value intellectual and religious freedom more than murder. Just because his “ultimate desire” is peace and the “rule of law” doesn’t make murder for religion any less wrong. The “ultimate desire” of a rapist may be to satisfy women with sexual ecstacy, but that doesn’t make his raping any less heinous or criminal. But that’s his line of thinking, despite the fact that Islamic jihad has never been the source of lasting “peace” to the world, only an endless cycle of death and suffering. These muslims live by a deranged morality, they’re sick in the head and need our moral guidance. And if they aren’t willing to learn then they can get the hell out of our nations.

He is absolutely right , it was the French communist party founded by Ho Cho Minh ,led by Georges Marchais, with the French Socialist party under Francois Mitterrand, who left the door Wide open for islamists to invade France.
In a similar pattern of ignorance, that of Joe Biden and the left leaning Democrat party, unintentionally promote the same horrific agenda in the midst of the presidential elections.

In France that former edcatucation head who blames the extreme left for spread of Jihad ideology in his country .He may have a good point especially since the far left ,mostly made up of Marxists, have embraced the Red /Green alliance.
Getting even more to the point about jihad ideology, there is much talk about rooting out the ideology of Islamic terrorism. What is not mentioned is that the foundation of this type of terrorism is the theology of Islam’s “holy book” the Quran. For the Quran instructs in the use of violence and killing for the advancement of Islam. As found in, for example, 2:191. 5:33. 9:5, 111.123. 47:4. Therefore Islam is a false ,dangerous and deadly religion.

In this main ,top article the bogus word ‘Islamism” and “Islamist” there used.
It this seems to be a need to reiterate that the word “Islamism” is a fake word that used that was made up after September 11, 2001 in order offend or upset non-violent Muslims. The real, actual, word is just “Islam.”
Likewise, the word “Islamist” is also a bogus word that was made up after 9/11 in order not to offend or upset peaceful Muslims. To keep with reality, terms should better be used as “Islamic terrorist” or “Muslim terrorist” . Let’s call people and thing as the really are.

America is experiencing two opposing forces to Christians and faiths, thanks to the Obama/Biden administration. I read Qatar was leading in teaching Arab in some American schools. According to Breibart, we need to stop the financial sources funding our education system at all levels. Will America survive the financial loss of funds, such as billions from 13 foreign nations? He wrote, “China: 680 billion to 87 schools, Saudi Arabia: 649 billion to 63 schools, United Arab Emirates-230.9 billion to 32 schools, Russia, 99 billion to 13 schools, 37 billion from Turkey, and billions from Lebanon, Pakistan, Venezuela, while Syria gave a billion to John Hopkins University and a billion to Harvard University. The paid or bribed educational systems can hire their Socialist or Islamic teachers, and I imagine, dictate the curriculum. This explains the rise in anti America, young people, while pushing their agendas. It’s time for Americans to stand up against this rise of propaganda in our education system. The Democrats have allowed it to rise, and it will take a lot of courage and strength to stand up against it. President Trump’s administration has begun to stand against them., but it will take a united America to stop the aggression in their communities.

Obin decries Far Left influence in public education as paving the way for Islamic radicalism. I wonder what Obin’s own political stance is.
We have the same problem in the USA. The immoderate Left, which is prominent in my profession, has long seen Islam as an ally against the oldr, Christian West. But in this, Leftist immoderation has been greatly aided and abetted by a foolish “moderate” liberalism, which sees no enemies on the Left, and reserves its energies for decrying conservatism, especially of a Christian character. We will see worse in Dopey-soon-to-go-Joe wins the US election in November.
