Why didn’t the French police interrogate Brahim Chnina, the father of a girl at Paty’s school, who circulated a video inciting Muslims to murder Paty? Why didn’t police interrogate Abdelhakim Sefrioui, who aided Chnina? Why, in a country that is supposedly dedicated to the freedom of speech, did the police call in Paty, whose only offense was showing a class material that violated Sharia blasphemy law? The interrogation of Paty is an indication of how much France, and the West, has degenerated and come to accept the de facto imposition of Sharia speech restrictions. The Legion d’Honneur awarded to the dead teacher is another symbol of France’s weakness and failure: why not award it instead to the next teacher who dares to try to teach his students about the importance of the freedom of speech?
“Police interrogated French teacher over Mohammed cartoons four days before his murder following complaint – as it emerges bribed pupils waited two hours with killer to point out victim,” by Ross Ibbetson and Tim Stickings, Mailonline, October 21, 2020 (thanks to the Geller Report):
Police interrogated French schoolteacher Samuel Paty over Mohammed cartoons just four days before his murder after complaints were made by the father of a schoolgirl.
Paty was beheaded by 18-year-old Chechen Aboulakh Anzorov who lay in wait for two hours outside the Bois-d’Aulne school with two boys who identified the teacher in exchange for £300.
The 47-year-old history and geography teacher will today be awarded France’s highest order of merit, the Legion d’Honneur, in recognition of his efforts in trying to explain the importance of freedom of speech.
The allegation put to Paty by police ten days ago – that he showed his class images of Charlie Hebdo cartoons – is the very action for which he will be honoured at a national ceremony at the Sorbonne this evening….
Just days before his murder it was Paty who was questioned at a police station, telling officers: ‘I did not commit any offence.’
The teacher was summoned after a schoolgirl’s father complained that his showing cartoons of Mohammed amounted to ‘dissemination of pornographic images.’
But Paty told officers that the child was absent from his class on October 6 and that her story was founded on ‘student rumours’ with the intention to ‘damage my image, the college and the institution.’
Paty’s colleagues told France Info that the he had been deeply upset by an online video branding him a ‘thug’ which was allegedly circulated by the girl’s outraged father.
Paty told police: ‘I suggested that my students look away for a few seconds if they thought they were shocked for one reason or another.
‘At no time did I tell the students: “Muslims, you can go out because you are going to be shocked.” And I did not ask the students who were of the Muslim faith. My goal when I asked them to look away was that they didn’t feel offended.’
Following the interview, Paty made a complaint of defamation against the father of the girl who had accused him.
The school’s principal had supported Paty at his police interview….

Agree … why are the French cops NOT defending the freedom of expression and telling Muslims that attacks on the freedom of speech will not be tolerated by French law enforcement?
Freedom of speech is considered an “essential freedom” in France. It is protected by the 1789 Declaration of Human and Civic Rights, which is incorporated by reference into the French Constitution.
It is illegal in France to encourage others to commit a crime, but it should stop at that. The idea that we are not allowed to see we hate an ideology stops political reform.

France is behind speed on Islam. Macro thinks he can make a Nice French Islam that is at ease with democratic principles [it is not possible]. M. Darmanin has a better grasp.
Perhaps there will be a trail of posthumous Legions d’Honneur following the future victims of the governing elite’s lack of knowledge.

This puts a new but not unexpected twist to the story. The Muslims know how to try to use the police to cause a fuss and enforce sharia. The father should be charged with making a false police report as well as accessory to murder.

Defamation.
“Following the interview, Paty made a complaint of defamation against the father of the girl who had accused him.”
It is to be hoped that this complaint of defamation – if it is a police matter – will not be dropped. If proven Paty’s widow and child can and should sue the father for damages, even if he is in custody, through the Civil Court. Perhaps some liberty-minded French could start a go-fund-me page for them.

It’s an evil world where the innocent are interrogated and the guilty are rewarded.
I have to think here of Jesus Christ and the murderous criminal Barabbas.
In this present evil world, moslims complain…pakistan: they say their unholy book of filth is disrespected and get innocent people murdered; or in that country or any other moslim controlled country, they get people hanged for telling the Truth about the mass-murdering raper of children…and now in the UK and France, and a growing number of other countries, they are getting the police to further their filthy war on innocent people.

France: Cops interrogated teacher who showed Muhammad cartoon four days before he was beheaded
………….
They interrogated *the teacher* for defending freedom of speech, but not those threatening to murder him?

Sounds a lot like how the police now operate in the UK…
