The moral inversion is astounding: a man was beheaded for teaching the importance of the freedom of speech, and instead of standing up for that freedom himself, Mahmoud Addas uses this heinous and barbaric crime as a justification for Sharia blasphemy laws. And all too many Swedes, accustomed to appeasement and surrender, will agree that criminalizing criticism of Islam is just what the country needs to do in order to ensure that Muslim and non-Muslim Swedes march arm-in-arm into the glorious multicultural future.
“Center leader Mahmoud Addas wants to ban criticism of Islam: ‘Dirty crime – deserves punishment,'” translated from “Centertoppen Mahmoud Addas vill förbjuda islamkritik: ‘Smutsigt brott – förtjänar bestraffning,'” Samhällsnytt, October 18, 2020 (thanks to Marvin):
Mahmoud Addas, a newcomer from Syria who has made a career in the Center Party, has reacted to the Muslim terrorist execution of a teacher in France. But his reaction is not just about the beheading, but also about the “dirty crime” of criticizing Islam, which he claims not to be freedom of speech. The Center Party member, who sits on the district board for Jämtland, writes in both Swedish and Arabic — but the message is different. In Arabic, the politician also writes that the crime “deserves punishment”.
It was on Sunday that Åsa Tallroth, chairman of Medborgerlig Samling Södermanland, published a Facebook post with a screenshot of 47-year-old Mahmoud Addas, who recently immigrated from Aleppo in Syria and is now a center-right politician in Krokom’s municipality.
The Facebook post contains text in both Swedish and Arabic. In Swedish, Abbas is content to state that violation or insult of religions and beliefs is not freedom of speech, but “a dirty crime”.
But then the Center Party politician continues to speak to his constituents in Arabic, adding that the act of criticizing religion “deserves punishment”. What the punishment should be is not specified. In several countries where Islam rules, however, it can be the death penalty.
Murder is a dirty crime. No one has the right to kill as they please. We’re not barbarians. To tarnish religion and belief is not freedom of speech. It is a crime that deserves punishment and responsibility.
On Facebook, Addas wrote that he had previously worked as a teacher in the primary school in Krokom municipality. An online review shows that in addition to municipal politics, he is a native language teacher and also an administrator in the municipality.
The Center Party shows that Addas as a member of the district board for Jämtland.
The party is careful to point out how well integrated Addas is, as he is new in Sweden and already involved in developing the municipality.
After the Danish Islam-critical party Stram Kurs, led by Rasmus Paludan, demonstrated against Islam by burning and playing football with Korans in various places in Sweden, 15 Muslim congregations gathered and protested. They stated that they now intended to work to change Sweden’s constitution to ban “mockery” of religions. It should include a prohibition of burning “holy scriptures.”
Another Muslim organization that protested in Sweden was Hizb ut-Tahrir, which has now been established to be terrorist-linked. On their official YouTube channel, a video was published in Swedish with a call to all Muslims in Sweden to never accept ridicule against Islam.
Furthermore, the organization wants to gather all Muslims to get involved in a religious takeover of Sweden, where they plan to establish an Islamic caliphate — this in order to protect Islam and the Koran. In the video below, a representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir, just like the center-right party Addas, conveys the message that freedom of expression in Sweden does not mean that one is allowed to mock, and that it is “a crime to burn the Koran”.
On Sunday, Samhällsnytt searched for Addas without success in order to hear how he thinks that criticism of religions is criminal. Furthermore, we are also interested in hearing more about what he thinks about the punishment for this crime.
We are also looking for representatives of the Center Party to hear whether it is compatible to represent the party and at the same time to state that the terrorist victim in Paris as a dirty criminal and to advocate for constitutional restrictions on freedom of expression and opinion.
Dave from San Antonio says
Criticism of islam is free speech. When he says, “Criticism of islam”…he means telling the truth about islam. The Satanic islamic cult cannot stand before the light of truth and that’s why they get so…so…’offended’ about everything that is ‘not’ islamic…as it reminds them of the truth and that they are living and believing a lie.

Dave from San Antonio says,
“When he says, “Criticism of islam”…he means telling the truth about islam.”
100% true.
From Mahmoud Addas’s point of view, infidels should only be able to tell complementary lies about islam…

Free speech and Islam are incompatible.

If he said otherwise and was sincere he would have to be a bad Muslim. Effectively, only bad Muslims can be good people and this speaks volumes respecting what Islam is really all about.

The truth is: the arrogant criticism of other religions by Islam reveals the darkest depths of naivety and foolishness of Islam.
They think that God, in eternity, suddenly changes His mind about murder, robbery, rape and enslavement. No – it is they who want these things, for they are lazy, perverted and wicked beyond imagination. Therefore they fight against God, under the pretense of serving God, for only they love God so much that they can do the abominable unthinkable for Him. That is, only they are diminished enough to believe this pleases Him.
Only idiots and thugs and miscreant perverts see logic in such evil. To hold on to their illogical delusions of grandeur and their devilish lifestyle they can only rely on violence – incapable of supporting their philosophies and ontologies with rational understanding.
It is like debating philosophy with a tiger. Walk away. Keep them caged in the desert, until they destroy themselves completely.

The “dirty crime” is islam. It is a nasty, filthy, evil, demonic crime against humanity, and the guilty perp is satan, and by extension, moslims who do all they can to carry out his evil desires. With them as conspiritors in this most disgusting and demonic criminal enterprise are those who support what moslims are trying to do and aiding and abetting them at every turn. These ones are in heart and spirit doing just what the moslims do…furthering islam, furthering evil…but without “committing” to the outward appearance.
By doing this, they can pretend to be “objective” and “fair.” Like referees calling a game…but they aren’t really like refs at all…they are fully committed to the one side winning.

Somehistory, You are right that the “dirty crime” is Islam, and agree with most of your other sentiments. But the perpetrator was not some mythical Satan; he was just an indoctrinated Muslim whose head was filled with Islam’s ideological hatred of the kuffar. And that hatred has been conveyed down through the ages in the pages of the Quran from Muhammad himself. This brainwashed young man was radicalized to the point that he would avenge the display of any image of his Prophet – which is forbidden in the Sharia – by murdering the person responsible.
The fact that in his country of residence (France) this man would also be breaching someone’s right to freedom of speech, was of no consequence. In his indoctrinated mind, Islamic law was supreme, and he would obey its dictates to avenge any such “enormity”. Under Sharia Law, the most serious crime is blasphemy – insulting Islam or Muhammad in any way – and perpetrators may be killed by anyone with impunity (Reliance of the Traveller o8.7). That is motivated further by Islam’s apocalyptic concepts of Heaven and Hell – which it borrowed from the earlier Egyptian, Greek and Christian religions. What effect do you think that has on the mind of some young deeply indoctrinated Muslim psychopath seeking to ingratiate himself in the eyes of Allah?
The sooner we base our arguments in fact, and leave supernatural beliefs for religion, the sooner we can confront Islam with its shortcomings.

I appreciate your comment. But, I believe in a Divine Creator and His Son. I believe that these Divine Beings tell the Truth and they have both testified that satan the devil exists and is bent of the destruction of mankind.
Suppose years from now, someone began to say that charles manson did not really exist, that his gang just had an evil idea and that they began to gather others to their ’cause.’
One could bring up that photos exist, that books were written, that his gang testified to his existence and they followed his instructions.
Would the fact that someone could claim that he did not exist make him non-existent? Would his evil deeds just be laid at the feet of imperfection and that there was no real ‘person’ to blame?
I have made a a lifetime of study of spiritual matters, of what it means to have faith in a True God, a Loving Creator Who wants what is best for us and His enemy who only wants us to worship him and this, even tho he knows doing so means our death and destruction.
Just as a human father expects the best from his children, and wants them to succeed and be happy, some fathers find that some of their children choose to do wrong and disappoint their parents, this is what happened with the angel that became satan.
When people recognize that God wants what is best and knows what will make us happy and that satan wants the exact opposite, it gives that person a real reason for hope and to know that evil will be defeated. We who have faith are assured that God will win this fight between good and evil and that mankind as a whole will be blessed for it.
Just as a human father puts rewards and punishment in front of his children depending on their obedience to the rules he makes, our Creator has put ‘life and death’ before us and we choose for ourselves which is to our destiny. Whether we realize it or not, or recognize it or not. A loving father lets his children know what will happen if they are obedient or not. It is a loving thing.. Our Heavenly Father has done the same so we can know what we want to do with the consequences known to us.
I cannot think any differently and don’t see any reason to try that path. It is up to each one to choose how life is lived and to Whom to give credit and on whom to place the blame.
Whether one blames an evil creep, mass-murdering raper of children, lying desert filth for islam or satan the devil, there is no excuse for what this moslim did. There is no excuse for the other moslim posing video to incite others to murder.
But, I must point out, and you can disagree, that a demon known as satan the devil is at the bottom of it all; he is the source of evil.
I hope I haven’t made an abundance of typos. Still dealing with my eye issues, I hope soon to be over.
Aussie Infidel says
Somehistory, It all comes down to what we as individuals believe – and we all have different beliefs, and reasons for those beliefs. But no matter what our beliefs are – religious or otherwise – since the days of the Enlightenment, most people growing up in Western countries would agree that murdering those who think differently from ourselves, is not the way toward a more civilized existence. Only Muslim jihadis (and other psychopaths) think that way – because that’s what Muhammad did.
As you say, “there is no excuse for what this moslim did”, or “for the other moslim posting video to incite others to murder”. Morally, that is going about as low as one could go. Depriving another person of his life for no reason other than a difference of opinion, or some perceived insult to some long dead Prophet, is the most egregious crime I can imagine. Let’s hope this terrible incident spurs the French government on to deal with Islam in more meaningful ways.
I’m sorry to hear about your eye problems; and hope they will be resolved soon. I’m now having to wear glasses – to read and drive – but I guess at 83, I have to expect that.

You make good sense for a young whipper-snapper.
There is no good in islam. Everything about it is gruesome and evil and hopefully, before too much longer, it will be a thing not even remembered.
I have had to wear glasses since about the age of 13 when i was told I had lost 80% of my vision due to illness.
Very nearsighted. A few years ago, I began having detachments of my retinas. I have what is called drusen…where the optic nerve sheds and causes problems with the retina as the body does not get rid of the debris as it should. But the RD’s come from my eyes being so very long and so nearsighted, it stretched them further than they could without tearing loose.
I had a cataract…made worse by laser treatments on the retina… removed a few weeks ago, but there were complications. In a few more weeks, I am to have another procedure that, hopefully, will again allow me to see well enough to drive and read what I wish to. I don’t have any glasses at present that will work for me, so I go around trying to see, blinking a lot and squinting like Clint Eastwood.
I’ve been having ops and procedures…some very painful…since the summer of 2011, but I believe I’m just about done…. Thank you.

In the nation of Sweden the Muslim insidious infiltration of the stealth jihad movement into inner workings of the Swedish government should by now be very obvious. The subversion of the Western government of Sweden by the stealth jihadists is even more strongly evident since the Muslim migrant politician has the arrogant gall to archive the Sharia law based goal to have criticism of Islam made in a legal violation under Swedish law and therefore punishment is would thus be required.
Sweden is a Western country and should not be in any subjection of Sharia law in any way or in any form, to any degree. Likewise that same also goes for any other Western nation. No Sharia law, at all.
Furthermore the even such a political suggestion actually brought up that a law for punishment for criticism of Islam should be enacted only further confirms the Islam is, in essence, such a weak and fragile religion, without any firm or sold foundation in truth, reason or logic to hold it up, that Islam can’t be defended by logical augments Sharia law based punishment for criticism of it is needed.

The values of islam are 100% incompatible with the civilised values of the western world, including free speech. I believe Islam is on about the same level as Nazism in terms of its degree of evil. So Islam deserves to be relentlessly attacked. What this Muslim scumbag is saying is that nobody should be allowed to criticise an ideology which is every bit as evil as Nazism is. The Muslim mindset (ie you set up a vile, barbaric ideology and then say no-one should be allowed to point out how evil it is or criticise it in any way – how convenient) is unbelievable and it definitely doesn’t belong in any freedom loving country. I believe Islam is a “dirty crime” against the human spirit and against the nobility that humanity can reach..

“a man was beheaded for teaching the importance of the freedom of speech”
No, he did not teach the importance of freedom of speech. Insulting others’ religions is not freedom of speech.
gravenimage says
The appalling Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι clearly beleives that oppressive Shari’ah law should be imposed in the free world, even beheading its victims. *Ugh*.
Yes, being able to speak freely about religion is a core part of freedom of speech.
And hearing this from Muslims is always grotesque, in any case, given their murderous insuting of people of other faiths. What he really means it that no one should be allowed to criticize Islam, lest Muslims behead them.
This vicious Muslim’s name means, roughly, “Ali the Greek”, although it uses the Turkish name for Greek, Al-Yunis. So this is likely a call for Turkey to reconquer civilized Greece.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
“The appalling Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι clearly beleives that oppressive Shari’ah law should be imposed in the free world, even beheading its victims. *Ugh*.”
I did not say this.
“being able to speak freely about religion is a core part of freedom of speech.”
Speaking freely or criticizing and insulting are different things.
“no one should be allowed to criticize Islam, lest Muslims behead them.”
I didn’t say this.

Now this muslim scumbag, ungrateful pig Ali who uses Greek Alphabet and maybe lives in Greece “teaches” us a lesson about “speaking freely or criticizing and insulting are different things”. Isn’t islam insulting the humanity and the very nature you piece of crap !? Isn’t your scumbag false “prophet” muhammad murdered anyone who opposed his terrorist and evil teachings !? Those who defend the TERROR RELIGION of islam like Ali are traitors to humanity and they will of course to be judged and punished.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Pig is you. Bravo!!! Congratulations! Your mother and your father have taught you how to speak to other people.

Muslims consider criticizing or even questioning their foul creed to be “blasphemy”, as Ali here well knows.
Saying anything critical of Islam and Muhammed is deemed insulting by pious Muslims.
Mafya says
I’m sorry Ali, I should not have wrote insults, I apologize. But I still don’t think Islam is a peaceful religion. I guess you are a Greek Muslim, Ali Al-Yunani ? Islamic armies of Turks and Arabs has invaded the Ancient Greek lands like Anatolia, Thrace and Pontus. Today there are not more than 2.000 Greeks in Turkey. Why did this happened ? Didn’t Islam played a role for the eradication of Greeks in Anatolia or is it just an ethnic-tension between Turks and Greeks ? Please accept my apology, I look forward for your answer.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Ok, i accept your apologies. Ye, i am a Greek. I believe that Islam has played a role in the conflict between Greeks and Turks. But as about eradication of Greeks from Anatolia i believe that is was just an ethnic-tension between Greeks and Turks. Young Turks were not religious.
Mafya says
Thanks, Ali, I’m really grateful. About the Young Turks I accept that their ideologies were materialism and social-darwinism with Turkish ultranationalism, this is also according to some sources like Wikipedia. It is true that Christians, Greeks lived in Anatolia under Islamic Ottoman Empire until Young Turks came in power and eradication of them started. This eradication continued with secular Ataturk and later kemalist leaders. I would rather to see Greeks stayed in Anatolia, in their homelands, under Islamic Ottoman Empire than having a secular ultranationalist Turkish state without anymore Greeks. I have a great sympathy for Greeks since I may be of Greek origin as a person living in Anatolia. And I love the Greek Mythology, I wonder what Greco-Islam looks like. There was Hellenistic Judaism in the ancient times.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
Are you from Turkey?
Mafya says
Yes, I’m from Turkey and I may be of Greek origin but I am not sure, I don’t have proof but there were Greeks who later converted to Islam, mainly because of economic reasons.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says
O zaman turkce konus benimle. Turkce konusuyorum, ogrendim. Nerelisin sen? Ben Turkiye’ ye cok kere gittim.

No, the eradication of Greeks in Turkey was *not* just an “ethnic tention”.
This was part of the Armenian Genocided, which virtually wiped out *all* Christians in Turkey–Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians, and Levantines. These were not all the saem ethnic group–they were all Christians, though.
And Mafya is wrong–the Armenian Genocide began under the Ottoman Empire, continued under the “Young Turks”, as well as under Ataturk. They had little in common, but were all fine with butchering Christians.
Besides, Ali acting as though it would ahve been fine for Muslims to wipe out all Greeks on ethnic grouns would have been sickening, as well.
Note that he has *nothing* to say against his coreligionists slaughtering over 1.5 million people. *Ugh*.
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι says

What about 1.000.000 Turks and Kurds who were killed by Armenians in eastern Anatolia?
gravenimage says
Αλή Αλ-Γιουνάνι pretending that Muslims wiping out almost the entire population of Christians in Turkey was just an “ethnic tension” is bizarre. In fact, Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians, and Levantines are not all the same ethnicity–all they have in common is being Christian.
Then, the ludicrous claim that this minority actually wiped out Muslims in Turkey makes no sense at all–not that Muslims have not tried this projection before. Respected citations, please.
