An update on this story. “Boko Haram kills at least 110 civilians in this year’s ‘most violent direct’ attack,” by Anugrah Kumar, Christian Post, November 30, 2020:
Armed men on motorcycles, believed to be from the Boko Haram terrorist group, killed at least 110 farmworkers in rice fields in Nigeria’s conflict-hit Borno state. A United Nations official called it “the most violent direct attack against innocent civilians this year.”
“I am outraged and horrified by the gruesome attack against civilians,” Edward Kallon, the U.N. resident and humanitarian coordinator in Nigeria, said about the assault in the village of Koshobe and other rural communities near the northeast city of Maiduguri on Saturday, according to Bloomberg.
“At least 110 civilians were ruthlessly killed and many others were wounded in this attack,” the official said.
Kallon feared that several women may have been kidnapped.
“I call for the perpetrators of this heinous and senseless act to be brought to justice,” he added.
Boko Haram and its faction, the Islamic State in West Africa Province, are known to be active in the area.
Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari condemned the killing of “our hard-working farmers by terrorists in Borno state,” according to Al Jazeera….

It is as you said a while ago Robert.
“We will win in the end. But it will be by the Cross.”
God receive in His great mercy all slain by these deluded followers of an undoubtedly deluded, probably insane, very likely possessed false prophet.
A cult spawned by evil.
God comfort the berieved and receive those so evily slain.
How He deals with the murderers I shall leave wth Him.

With the left, the issue is “never” the issue, its’ the narrative that matters.
An interesting interview with Candace Owens:
“Why are many Black immigrants from Africa politically conservative? If America is a land of systemic racism, why are so many of them thriving today? Melissa Tate, author of Choice Privilege and an immigrant from Zimbabwe, joins Candace this week to discuss. Don’t miss it!”

It has always mystifyed me why the victims (the herd) never group to eliminate the predators. Yet the victims (humans and animals) have a history of fighting among themselves, many species to the death, while being completely unwilling(yet capable) to eliminate the predators. Perhaps immediate fear is more motivating than rational thinking?
A pride of lions could be defeated or killed by a herd of wildebeest yet they run and scatter, leaving the weak to face the predator. Elephants seem to be more aware of their strength in numbers.
Boko Haram has been around long enough that no one in Nigeria should be unaware that it is a predator. The citizens must already realize that their government is too compromised to defend them from Boko Haram and their only hope is to arm themselves and remove Boko Haram as a cooperative citizen’s endeavor.
Perhaps the preparation for war, as happens in military training, is what transforms the previous immediate individual fear into puposeful action as a team.
Will the Nigerian citizens unite or be victims of Boko Haram criminals? Criminals who were created by Quranic verses and those of previous criminal behavior who found justification for their actions in the Quran and a home with Boko Haram.
