The salient question here is not about Trump, who will be out of office in two days, but about Qazwini’s loyalties, and the loyalties he is inculcating in his followers.

“Detroit Shi’ite Imam Qazwini: Trump’s Humiliation Is Divine Retribution For Assassinating Qasem Soleimani And Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis,” MEMRI, January 8, 2021:
Hassan Qazwini, an Iraqi-born Shi’ite Islamic scholar who is based in Detroit, Michigan delivered a Friday sermon at the Islamic Institute of America on January 8, 2021, following the storming of the Capitol by Trump supporters on January 6. He said that Allah humiliated the “arrogant dictator” Trump because he had assassinated “one of the most distinguished leaders of Iraq,” deputy leader of the PMU Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and a guest, referring to IRGC Qods Force commander Qasem Soleimani. Qazwini said that Trump, who had portrayed himself as a hero, showed his true face as a coward. The sermon was posted on the Islamic Institute of America’s official YouTube channel.

Hassan Qazwini: “This man, Trump, a month ago, two months ago, had over 75 million people voting for him. He had congressmen and congresswomen, senators lining up – excuse my language – to kiss his boots. Overnight, the closest people to him turned against him.

“If you would have asked me a week ago how one person can lose all this popularity and leverage he enjoys, I would tell you it is almost impossible or [it is] difficult. But overnight… When Allah wants to humiliate an arrogant [person], when He wants to teach a dictator a good lesson, He can turn things around in a matter of hours.

“What happened Mr. President? You always acted like a hero. What happened over night? You showed your real side, you are so cowardly, you are afraid, and committing yourself to a peaceful transfer of power. Explain this for me, my dear brothers and sisters, there is one explanation.

“Do you remember last year… a year ago, exactly a year ago, what happened? When this man sent his drones to Iraq, causing a big carnage there, in Iraq, killing one of the most distinguished Iraqi leaders, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, along with a guest [Qasem Soleimani], a guest, who was protected by all international treaties – that was visiting Iraq. What happened? See how Allah teaches those dictators a big lesson. With so much arrogance he did what he did a year ago, but not even one year later, he is so humiliated. He is begging for support.”

No doubt, Imam Qazwini would complain about any American action to penalize the venial, vicious and corrupt mullahocracy of Iran.
Imam Qazwini is loyal to the mullahocracy. He wants Americans to submit to its authority as he himself has.

+1 Yoda Mike. Should we be surprised that the representative of this proto-nazi ideology
should spew this traitorous rhetoric defending sworn enemies of America?
From his accent one can surmise that he was raised in a hellhole Islamic cesspool.
Perhaps he should return to the rat hole from which he emerged and where these anti-American sentiments are supported and encouraged.
Michael Casmer says
Wait a minute. How is he able to spew hate and not be arrested? But convervatives are being banned from expressing their views?

trump.lost the election. There was no massive voter fraud.
Westman says
Yes, Biden won the election. As far as fraud goes, yes there was cheating as there always is in elections. Anyone remember the Chicago Machine? Whether it was enough to make a difference is both unknown and unknowable because of the disjointed non-uniform semi-transparent way the US conducts elections.
Frankly, we don’t even know if Trump actually lost or won the former election popular vote because a small amount of generalized cheating might have made the difference. The Electoral College was created to skirt this issue and declare a winner via state majority votes.
If the Biden Admin wants a lasting legacy – simply unifying accountable voting methods and procedures that preempt state laws for national elections would be enough. No sensible person wants a repeat of this mess.

Following an evaluation of the Nov. 3, 2020, Pennsylvania presidential election, 17 Republican lawmakers said 6,760,230 people voted in the state and 6,962,607 votes were counted (Simply put, there were 202,377 more votes than voters). According to one congressman, Pennsylvania officials should not have certified an election with 202,377 fraudulent votes. Several Pennsylvania representatives said they will contest their state’s electors.
On Dec. 29, 2020, it was reported that Georgia law requires ballot transfer forms to be filled out, dated, signed, the time recorded, and the number of ballots sent by officials to document how many ballots were sent to counties.

On Dec. 30, 2020, prophecy teacher Tom Hughes reported that there are about 133 million registered voters in the U.S., and Trump got about 74 million votes. Biden should have received about 59 million votes (133-74 = 59), but it was reported that he received about 81 million votes. According to this, there were 22 million more votes in the U.S. than registered voters.

It doesn’t have to be massive fraud, just plain old fraud. But yes there was MASSIVE fraud in the 2020 election. The sorry dhimmicrats couldn’t have “won” without the fraud.

Mr. Trump could say to this fool, “well your fake ‘god’ allowed the terrorist to come within view of the drone, so take it up with your ‘god..’
And this is not “incitement” because the left doesn’t want it to be…only those people who don’t agree, who don’t have the same goals, the same “targets” to silence are said to be “inciting,” and ‘lying,’ and need to be censored for the good of the ‘democracy..

I cannot imagine a Catholic priest (my family is Catholic and I am not a believer but I have been to Mass many times and I know the boring Christian rituals, ceremonies and sermons) making these kinds of statements from his pulpit and if he did he would not be giving a religious discourse. Islam is not a religion. This type of speech is very common in the Islamic community and world.
