Imagine the outcry if any Muslims had been arrested in the West for spreading Islam. But no one among the elite media will find anything worth reporting in this.
Meanwhile, the arrest of the baby aside, this is not “extremist” behavior on the part of Somaliland authorities. The death penalty for apostasy is prescribed in Islamic law, as is explained here.

On 21 January, police in Hargeisa, Somaliland arrested Mohamed and Hamdi and their new born baby. The same day an Ethiopian woman, Aster, was taken into custody.
Police searched Mohammed and Hamdi’s house the following day. Besides confiscating material belonging to the couple, they arrested Hamdi A, a woman living with Mohamed and Hamdi. All four, and the baby, remain in police custody.
On 25 January they were brought before a judge and informed they are suspected of spreading Christianity. At a 10 February court appearance they were told the investigation period is being extended. (The law allows the prosecutor up to 45 days from the day of arrest to finish his investigation and file charges.)
Their lawyer says all were in good health and being treated well on his initial visit, but since then he has been denied access, despite a verbal complaint and assurances from the public prosecutor’s office.
In September 2020 another Christian couple was arrested and later deported to Somalia….

There was a serious risk that the baby might start making birds out of clay. Things can get out of hand very quickly. The arrest of the baby was therefore not surprising. I long ago stopped worrying about Muslims behaving like Muslims in Muslim countries. I am more concerned about Christians behaving like cowards in western countries.

Back during WWII, a Christian family I later came to know, were jailed in Texas, USA, for distributing a book that discussed the Bible Book of Revelation. The book discussed the Kingship of Jesus Christ, and was banned for a time in this country.
The couple had a two-year-old daughter. She was jailed with them…because there was no one to take care of her.
In this case of the Christians in this moslim-ruled country, there may be no one to care for this baby. But, none of them should have been jailed and then denied legal assistance. However, islam is evil from satan the devil and its adherents do the demon’s desire and not what is right and good. satan the devil hates Christ, hates Christians and Christianity and will do all in his power to stop the “good news” from being preached.
Currently, there is a war on Christianity in the U.S., although many may deny this. islam is being promoted and moslims are gaining control in the government. Who can predict just how far they will get?

Ukhti here does not, of course, note what sort of figure satan is in Islam–and, even more saliently, what sort of figures “Allah” and the “Prophet” Muhammed are.
In Islam, the perfect man is a warlord, pedophile, slaver, rapist, and mass murderer. “Satan” is anything that opposes such horrors.
So the Islamic view of satan has almost nothing in common with that of Christianity, where satan is actually evil.

That first is Qu’an 2:256: “Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.”
In other words, this only applies to those who accept “Allah”–that is, only Muslims. Far more salient is the last of the “revealed” verses, such as Qur’an 9:5: “So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”
That is, slaughter all non-Muslims if they don’t submit to Islam.
Then, the “Prophet” never allowed Muslims to follow Islam just part of the year–this is utterly false. In fact, he had those who converted to Islam and then backslid murdered as apostates. The closest Islam ever came to this was the “Satanic Verses”, where the pagan tradition of “Allah” having daughters was briefly acepted by Muhammed as a political expediency. To say this has been controversial is an understatement. Pious Muslims put out a death Fatwa on Salman Rushdie and murdered several of his professional associates merely because he mentioned this incident in his work.

Actually, I do know what I’m “talking about.” And since islam is the evil beast from satan the devil, and his “peace” is no peace at all, you can keep it. I’d rather go without your “blessings” too.
You would be showing wisdom to take in some accurate knowledge of the True God and get rid of your worship of the fake ‘prophet’…the mass-murdering, raper of children, slave trading, sex-mad, sack of slug slime, son of satan the devil. It means your eternal life, which you won’t have if you stay in islam.
