Abduction of Infidels is sanctioned in Islamic law and subject to particular rules: “As for the captives, the amir [ruler] has the choice of taking the most beneficial action of four possibilities: the first to put them to death by cutting their necks; the second, to enslave them and apply the laws of slavery regarding their sale and manumission; the third, to ransom them in exchange for goods or prisoners; and fourth, to show favor to them and pardon them. Allah, may he be exalted, says, ‘When you encounter those [infidels] who deny [the Truth=Islam] then strike [their] necks’ (Qur’an sura 47, verse 4)” — Al-Mawardi, al-Ahkam as-Sultaniyyah (The Laws of Islamic Governance).
“Yazidi girl rescued during ISIS raid in Ankara,” by Holly Johnston, Rudaw, February 24, 2021 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – A Yazidi girl taken captive by the Islamic State (ISIS) in 2014 has been rescued during a raid in the Turkish capital Ankara, police said on Wednesday.
Two foreign nationals, one of whom was said to be a senior ISIS member from Iraq, were arrested during the raid, Ankara police said on Wednesday morning. Another suspect remains at large.
The girl, 7, was handed over to local social services, according to DHA news agency, who said the suspects had been under surveillance for some time.
According to figures from the Yazidi Abductee Affairs Office in Duhok, more than 6,400 Yazidis were abducted when ISIS took over their heartland of Shingal in August 2014, launching a brutal genocide against the ethnoreligious minority.
Over 2,800 remain missing.
Several Yazidi survivors have been found in Turkey in recent years….

The girl was 7 and taken captive in 2014, so she was born in captivity or shortly after birth?
Keith O says
Yep, and the sad thing is, she will have some serious mental issues because she will hve been raised to think this is normal.
This animal was probably grooming her to be his wife.

I wonder what happened to her parents? I shudder to think.

Muslims own over 24,000,000 slaves in today’s world, why is this tolerated?
Walter Sieruk says
That this Yazidi girl was kidnapped and made a slave in the first place is an human rights violation as well as a crime and an affront to all that is good and right.
For the subject of Islam and slavery it’s been explained from three well researched books on the topic of Islam that “Slavery is recognized as an institution, and the slave is considered both a thing and a person.” [1] Likewise, it’s also been revealed that “Islam has enslaved more people than any other culture.” [2] Furthermore , yet another scholar has exposed this Islamic violation of human rights by revealing that “the Senior Council of Clerics which is Saudis Arabia’ highest religious body had declared “Slavery is part of Islam and whoever wants it abolished is an infidel.” [3]

Those vile ISIS jihadists who committed such heinous crime and affront against that Yazidi girl further proves that there is no evil that ISIS is incapable of . Those jihadists of ISIS have no sorrow of remorse for this and the many other evils they commit .For, as the Bible teaches, such men because of their false and violent religion they have had “their conscience seared with a hot iron” First Timothy 4:2.[ K.J.V.]

Just like Osama’s discovery near Pakistan’s capital exposed the fact that Pakistan was secretly playing both sides, similarly the discovery of this ISIS member in Turkey’s capital exposes the fact that Turkey is very happily but secretly supporting ISIS. I know that the Biden/Harris administration won’t care, but it’s worth factoring in while determining our policy in Europe and the Middle East
Keith O says
Infidel, Mate, if Turdogan is supporting ISIS, then why was this arsehole arrested?
Was he becoming a threat to the perfect mudslime paradise the Turdogan is tying to create? Or was the security forces acting on someone else’s orders?
Infidel says
That’s an interesting question, but the fact that ISIS fighters feel safer fleeing to Turkey than remaining in Syria pretty much tells one who’s supporting them. They weren’t found in hidden places in Damascus or Baghdad or Raqqa or Erbil or Mosul or Aleppo. They were found in Ankara – Turkey’s capital, no less!
Maybe there was a fallout b/w this ISIS member and the Turkish authorities for some other reason?

I think you answered the question yourself–he likely presented a threat to Erdogan. Other than this, his support for ISIS has been obvious.

It’s no secret that convoys of trucks with oil and slaves were being transported from Syria to Turkey during ISIS caliphate. ISIS fighters were known to have been treated in Turkish hospitals. There was also a report a while ago which says that there are slave markets in Turkey even after the collapse of ISIS. So yeah, ISIS-Turkish alliance is very real.
As for why Erdogan nabbed these two guys… One of two things: they weren’t playing by Erdogan’s rules, or they became too much of a liability (as in they weren’t exactly keeping a low profile with their… “activities”) so Erdogan’s hand was forced. Either way, it was definitely NOT because ISIS is Turkey’s enemy.
gregbeetham says
I think it was the usual Muslim/Turkish duplicity and self interest.
Ankara had sleazy dealings with ISIS while they controlled a large part of Syria and Iraq because of the oil in that region, remember the vast number of oil tanker trucks in ISIS controlled Syria? But once ISIS was defeated the lowlife leaders who Erdogan inc. had dealt with were now hiding in Turkey had become a potentially embarrassing liability internationally so they needed to be dealt with in some fashion, a newsworthy arrest would do to demonstrate how morally clean Turkey is.
Walter Sieruk says
That brutal ,cruel kid kidnapping and forced slavery of that poor young Yazidi girl serves and an example of the harsh misogyny that is so much part of Islam.
The scholar of Islam ,Brigitte Gabriel revealed in her book which is entitled THE MUST BE STOPPED that “Women in Islam are considered unclean deemed inferior even to dirt. ” page 172.
In addition , in the same book is also exposes that in Islam “Women are not viewed as equals in Islamic countries ,they are thought of a property .” page 182. Further on the very next page the reader is informed that from ancient times , as observed in ” ‘The Code of Hammurabi ‘ which is the
earliest known set of law acknowledged slavery but Islam was tie catalyst that established its institutionalization. This is the reason slavery in Islamic cultures has survived when it was eradicated elsewhere.”
So slavery is indeed part of Islam and not unique only for ISIS . It also should be made clear that the ancient practice was in was incorporate and put into Islam by the Islamic prophet Muhammad when he manufactured the religion of Islam.
All Muslims look to their prophet Muhammad as the”perfect man” and therefore look up to him as a perfect example of how to behave and live . The founder who started Islam had many slaves , some for sex, some for labor . So it’s no wonder that slavery is still in practice in Muslim countries. So they are hundreds if but thousands of years behind the times in social evolution , thanks to Muhammad
As this page 183 also reads Muhammad himself owned dozens of slaves . His followers thought the centuries have kept slave and continue to do so today. The Koran defines the fundamental inequality between the slave and owner as well as an owner to own slaves . Not surprisingly , the Hadith
also justifies slavery and gives instructions in several chapters concerning ownership.”
So regardless as some may falsely claim the ISIS engaging in brutal cruel harsh misogynistic practice of slavery is very much part of the essence of Islam.

One time, when acquiring a man, Mohammed “bought him for two black slaves”.
This is recorded in Islam’s sources as “Selling animals for animals…” https://sunnah.com/nasai/44/173.

Damn! they said. Only 2 years to go before she was 9 years old.
Walter Sieruk says
The awful tragic reality is that the kidnapping of young girls for sex slaves is not limited to ISIS in the Islamic world.
