“The company says that the Instagram profile was deleted due to a ‘technical error.'”
That is, Facebook was inundated with complaints from enraged Muslims, and bowed to Sharia blasphemy restrictions, hoping no one would notice or protest. But Sherwan took these fascists to court, and so suddenly his banning becomes a “technical error.” Once again we see that such “technical errors” always and without exception go in the same direction. Leftists and supporters of jihad and Sharia are never victims of any “technical errors.”
“Refugee takes Facebook to court,” translated from “Flüchtling zieht gegen Facebook vor Gericht,” Bild, March 21, 2021 (thanks to Medforth):
Amed Sherwan (22) is loud. Again and again he raises his voice and expresses himself critical of Islam in Germany. He is a refugee and ex-Muslim from Iraq.
Sherwan posted a photomontage in December with a waving rainbow flag as a symbol. The picture shows how he and Mohamed Hisham (29), another activist from Egypt, kiss in front of the Islamic shrine Kaaba in Mecca (Saudi Arabia) to draw attention to homophobia in the Muslim community.
As a result, Sherwan received death threats and Facebook not only deleted a post defending the photo (the Mecca montage stopped), but also blocked his profile. Sherwan did not want to accept this: he took Facebook to court. He wanted to know the reasons for the ban and set an example for freedom of expression. In fact, Facebook suffered a loss in court on Wednesday.
Sherwan is excited because the hearing at the regional court in Flensburg is the next day.
“I posted a photomontage where I kissed an activist, a friend of mine, Mohamed Hisham, in front of the Kaaba in Mecca. With the photo I wanted to show my solidarity with the LGBTQ people in the Muslim community. I wanted to draw attention to the issue of being gay in a Muslim context. That’s why I’ve received a lot of death threats, most of them from Pakistan. They also reported my profile. Then Facebook removed my post (in which he defended his post, i.e. to the editor) and completely deleted my Instagram profile,” Sherwan tells BILD. The company says that the Instagram profile was deleted due to a “technical error.”
After his lawyer followed up on Facebook about this blocking, Sherwan got back his Instagram profile, which was also blocked, and the post on Facebook. Nevertheless, with the support of the Giordano Bruno Foundation and the Institute for Weltanschauungsrecht (ifw), he initiated proceedings against Facebook – in what is known as urgent legal protection.
“It’s not just about my profile; after all, other activists experience that too. Their platforms are blocked and posts are deleted because other believers don’t like it and they feel hurt in their religious feelings,” Sherwan told BILD. He finds it problematic when large digital corporations such as Facebook take action against a post simply because of the number of reports without properly checking it. This is an attack on freedom of expression.
Torture and escape
The 22-year-old blogger started his battle in his native Iraq when he was 15 years old. Because of his criticism of Islam, he was sent to prison as a minor in Iraq. Sherwan grew up in a Muslim family in Kurdish northern Iraq.
“I was very religious as a child. By chance I saw texts critical of religion on the Internet, which at the time seemed to me to be blasphemy because I was a believer. I read on and that was a new world for me, it made more sense to me than Islam,” Sherwan describes his experiences to BILD. “When I questioned my faith and criticized it in public, my father reported me to the police under pressure from neighbors. I ended up in prison at the age of 15 and was tortured – with all kinds of methods: beatings, lashes, electric shocks.”
Due to his age and a committed lawyer, his case received more media attention. After his uncle paid bail, Sherwan was released.
“After that, it wasn’t safe for me in Iraqi Kurdistan. As an unbeliever, I couldn’t live there and therefore had to leave my country later. ”
“I want to refute Islam with facts”
He just wanted to be able to say openly that he doesn’t believe in God, and was threatened with death for it. Now he had to leave his country.
Sherwan came to Germany at the end of 2014, he was 15. As a minor, being alone in a foreign country with a foreign culture was

The Facebook Globalist-Fascists have teamed up with Sharia Fascists in an unholy alliance of evil and suppression of freedom.
The only thing that is important for Facebook is the pursuit of power and wealth for its own sake. Even Facebook insiders believe that it is too powerful.

Seems hypocritical of F/Book & Muslims in general re homosexuality. Arabs have “always been up for it”, even though their sacred texts is dead against it. There’s a saying in the Arab World: “A boy first, if you can’t have one, then a donkey & if a donkey is not available, then a woman.” One can recall from some Films made in the 1940’s – 1960’s, male homosexuals would flee the UK/continent & head for Arab North Africa. Some still do.

Too true, only have to look at what happened to T.E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) at the hands of the turks after his capture.
Whipped with canes and gang raped.

Muslims tend to be fine with pedophilia and homosexual rape intended to humiliate. What they *really* hate is consensual same sex relationships, as presented here.

I find it interesting that Suckarseburg, a Jew is promoting Islamic extremists whilst at the same time said mudslimes are calling for the death of every Jew on the face of the earth.
A good example of the power of greed.

The power of denial, as well.

this is a *WONDERFUL* story!!!
i am a born-again christian and believe that marriage should be between a man (a physical male) and a woman (a physical female); furthermore, i believe that all sexual relationships outside of marriage are wrong. i am *N*O*T* God, however, so it is *N*O*T* up to me to judge anybody. instead, should the subject come up when i happen to be speaking to somebody who is in a non-marriage sexual relationship, and the person is willing to do so, i will politely discuss it, but *NEVER* in an insulting fashion. furthermore, it is neither my business nor that of the State, to determine who has sex with whom. Jesus didn’t smite sinners, even though He could have done so; instead, He loved them and asked them to VOLUNTARILY give up their sins.
the fact that a german court made *any* ruling in favor of an ex-muslim is enormous, and may portend a better outcome for western civilization in its home, western europe.

Do you really think that Facebook would have censored this if the couple were photoshopped in front of the Vatican, say? I *really* doubt it…

Facebook enforces Sharia, bans Iraqi ex-Muslim for photomontage of gay kiss in front of Kaaba
……………
Grotesque–you could use this picture mocked up in front of any other landmark. Facebook *is* enforcing Sharia again here.

Facebook seems to practice “different strokes for different folks”. They bend and adjust their little rules depending on what is advantageous to their appearance of social justice and “hate speech” depending in which country and what cultural “norms” are. So adaptable but destructive of peoples freedom of speech elsewhere. Sick of it.

Ahmed is lucky to be alive…and were they really there at the Kabaa? I am surprised they were not murdered on the spot. You cannot be a Muslim and gay… it is like being a Jewish Muslim or a Jewish NAZI – same difference. The Quran is clear – and you cannot change a word. Sad, but true for 1,400 years.

An Australian Gay friend was in India a few years ago and he told me he was speaking with some muslim guy in a Tea Stall and when the guy found out my friend was Gay, he told him, then the guy mentioned that this is wrong yada yada yada, but, my friend injected, all you muslim guys are bum shagging each other all the time right up until, and sometimes afterwards, you get married, to which the muslim guy replied, “But thats not Gay, thats just a bit of buggering”…
Watching muslims come out of their indoctrination centers every Friday while screaming death to America, and death to Israel/Jews and then post their hate on Facebook, tells me just how remarkably stupid they all are as Facebook is owned by a Jewish American guy that lives in America, and Whatsapp, which they also use to spread their hate, was created by an Israel Jewish guy in Tel Aviv, now owned by Facebook….
Go figure huh?.
