“Of Algerian nationality, the man suspected of having violently beaten the photographer, Anas Saïd Khebbeb, also aged 21, has been in pre-trial detention since Wednesday, after being indicted for “attempted aggravated murder.” Eight times convicted, he was in an irregular situation on French territory.”
What possible benefit has Anas Saïd Khebbeb brought to France? Why is it incumbent upon France, the rest of Europe, and the U.S. and Canada to bear the burdens of the world’s Anas Saïd Khebbebs? Why can’t France take elementary measures to protect itself without being excoriated as “Islamophobic”?
“L’union photographer attacked in Reims: second suspect released under judicial supervision,” translated from “Photographe de L’union agressé à Reims: le deuxième suspect libéré sous contrôle judiciaire,” by Fabrice Curlier, L’Union, March 6, 2021 (thanks to Mason):
The second man arrested after the assault on our photographer Christian Lantenois was released under judicial supervision. He was indicted for “participation in a group with a view to preparing acts of violence or degradation.” The “non-assistance to a person at risk” charge was not retained.
Presented this Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Reims courthouse as part of the investigation that was opened after the violent assault of our photographer Christian Lantenois in the Croix-Rouge district on Saturday, February 27, Abasse Dianka, 21, came out three hours later, free under judicial supervision after being indicted.
The day before, knowing that he was wanted, he was taken prisoner at the police station, where he was taken into custody for “not assisting a person in danger” and “participating in an armed group with a view to preparing violence.”
Penalty incurred too low to be imprisoned
At the end of his first questioning before the judge, Abasse Dianka was finally indicted for “participation in a group with a view to preparing acts of violence or degradation, the only charge retained by the investigating magistrate with regard to the elements of investigation,” the public prosecutor of Reims, Matthieu Bourrette, announced in a press release released at 2:40 pm.
“The penalty incurred for this single offense, one year, did not make it possible to consider, from a legal point of view, requests for placement in pre-trial detention, which are only permitted if the penalty incurred is at least three years,” specified the prosecutor. He confirmed the placement under judicial supervision, “in accordance with the requests of the prosecution, with a prohibition against going to the Croix-Rouge district, obligation to respect a curfew (in addition to the administrative curfew linked to the Covid), obligation to check in at the police station, and a prohibition against coming into contact with other protagonists of the case.”
When asked while he was leaving the courthouse, the young man’s lawyer did not wish to make any statement.
According to the elements of the case communicated on Wednesday by the prosecutor, Abasse Dianka is described as being the individual “seen striking several times with a stick-type” walking stick “in the direction of the victim,” who was lying in the parking lot of the media library after having been severely beaten by the main suspect, but “it seems that these blows with a stick were struck on the ground and not on the head or on the body of Christian Lantenois.”
Two convictions for extortion and possession of narcotics
French-born in Reims in June 1999, Abasse Dianka is already known to the courts. “He was sentenced twice by the Reims Criminal Court for acts of extortion, and possession of narcotics, between 2017 and 2019,” said Bourrette.
Of Algerian nationality, the man suspected of having violently beaten the photographer, Anas Saïd Khebbeb, also aged 21, has been in pre-trial detention since Wednesday, after being indicted for “attempted aggravated murder.” Eight times convicted, he was in an irregular situation on French territory. His family previously domiciled in Stains, in Seine-Saint-Denis, had been relocated to Reims three years ago.
This Saturday morning, a week after the assault, Christian Lantenois is still hospitalized in “critical condition,” but is “stable,” with a life-threatening prognosis that remains unresolved.

That’s why my personal law makes so much sense: try to kill me, you die on the spot.
So I’d change your mind, Jihadi-Jack, right now, because you won’t be able to depend on the pussy government to declare you insane – I will just declare you dead on the spot. Welcome to paradise, you feeble-minded idiot.

France: Muslim migrant with eight previous convictions violently assaults photojournalist
“…Eight times convicted, he was in an irregular situation on French territory.”
………………………
Why was Khebbeb still on French territory at all at this point? Why hadn’t he been deported long since? Will he finally be deported now?
Crusader 666 says
He will NEVER be deported! That would be “Islamo-phobic”!
The powers-that-be have waved the white flag to Islam-fascism! They think that their grovelling to Islam will make them safe. It will not.
Alfredo says
It Is incredible there are still useful fools who believe that appeasing Islamo-fascism will make Europe safe. Previous generations since the times of Charles (the Hammer) Martel knew what they were dealing with. They were not confused as too many people are nowadays.
They have fallen easy prey to that old Islamic deception, Taqqiya.
They have been fooled by the term “Islamophobia” which is simply an oxymoron, because a phobia by definition is “an imaginary fear”
Can we call it an imaginary fear when there are psychopaths like this criminal with 8 previous convictions roaming the streets?
What are these criminals doing in France? Now we know. How many more Christian Lantenoises will it take for the French to understand that appeasing thugs never works?

You are, sadly, probably correct.

He is an Algerian: That’s when France’s problems started. When they were thrown out of Algiers, they took along “home” with them a host of their “friendly” Algerians to France. As muslims will do, they over bred and besides invited more and more muslims to join them.
Now France is overrun with rag heads that demand everything be given to them ! Rioting and burning cars is FUN ! ! The occasional stabbing and maiming of you infidels should be expected.
Lesson to be learned : You cannot befriend a muslim. You can never can trust a muslim. They will always demand to be given special favors. They will kill you when they get a chance, or when their 6th century brain Snaps, and jihad occurs. You ae safer with a jackal or a snake than with a muslim !

France was in Algeria to begin with, way back in the early 19th century, because Algeria would not stop pirating Infidel shipping in the Mediterranean. That they later allowed Algerian Muslims to flood into France shows they have fogottent their own history.

Hey French……in case you couldn’t figure it out the last seven times around……incapacitate this bastard.

I keep wondering about the blind eye that “progressives” most consistently keep turning towards Islam. I wonder what these storm troops of merciful allah are meant to play in the “Great Reset”. Leftist and their ilk maybe dellusional and wicked in may cases, but they are not that dumb. Are allahs armed troops in for the dirty work? Should they be meant to create so much strife that one day it will become necessary to finally implement dictatory measure? Just like strife was created in the Ukraine to create a pro-Western regime?
It clearly should be the main task of the free West to prevent any authoritarian doctrine to emerge in any place. Why is this consistenly not done? At this scale, it cannot be a coincidende.

I’m totally puzzled. Why can’t the BBC identify the name and nationality of the, mysterious ’21-year-old man’, an immigrant, who has left a French photojournalist in a coma?
