The case of Rohingyas in India appears to be somewhat similar to the famous folk tale of the camel and the Arab. The status of the Rohingya Muslims in India, as asserted by the Supreme Court, is that they are “absolutely illegal immigrants,” and not hapless refugees, as the media portrays them.
The Rohingya people never sought “refuge” from the Indian government; nor were they granted any. They just came in over India’s porous borders. Now having gained numbers and the patronage of leftist political parties, two illegal immigrants, Mohammad Salimullah and Mohammad Shaqir, filed a petition in India’s highest court against the elected government’s decision of systematic deportation of the immigrants. They evoked the Constitution of India to seek equality before India’s judiciary, overlooking the fact that the Indian constitution grants equality to Indian citizens, not to infiltrators.
The central government held that India can’t be a haven for illegal immigrants, and the Supreme Court, concurring with the government, allowed the deportation of Rohingya Muslims back to Myanmar, lawfully.
Now the narrative promulgated by international media is “if the Rohingya infiltrators are sent back to Myanmar, they will be slaughtered,” suggesting that this slaughter will be carried out by the Buddhists there. Contrary to popular belief, the reality is that Islamic Rohingya jihadis slaughtered as many as 99 Hindus in the Kha Maung Seik area in Myanmar in August 2017. Armed jihadis dressed in black (the color of the black flag of jihad) and carrying knives, rods, spades were joined by Rohingya villagers and rounded up dozens of Hindus. They robbed, bound, and blindfolded them, separated the men from women and young children, and executed them.
Myanmar authorities discovered mass Hindu graves near the village of Yebawkya in Rakhine. At least 20 men, 10 women, and 23 children were massacred, as per a list shared with Amnesty International. Some Hindu women witnessed the slaughter of the men in their families; several of them forced to convert to Islam. The Rohingya jihadis followed up this act of terrorism by launching fatal attacks on police posts. As reports of the mass atrocities began to come to light, Rohingyas in large numbers started to flee Myanmar and gather in countries such as India.
This was not the first time these infiltrators trespassed into Indian territory. This infiltration dates back to the 1970s, but the secular government, liking the idea of a prospective voting bloc, allowed them to gather and grow. How fast did this population grow? Well, an estimated 108,037 babies were born in Bangladesh’s Rohingya refugee camp in the past couple of years.
“A child is a gift from Allah, and we wanted it so that we can forget our sorrow,” says Sulaiman, who “teaches” at one of these camps.
The rapidly growing Rohingya population is not the sole concern. Last month, a Rohingya man, Shahid, was arrested at a slaughterhouse in Unnao by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS). The Squad found eight passports, several bank passbooks, and a lump sum of cash in his possession.
In January 2021, Azizul Haq was arrested by the Uttar Pradesh ATS. He had forged documents and had been living in India for 19 years, illegally. “We are also probing the terror funding angle, as a hefty amount has been transferred into Haq’s bank accounts from different places,” concluded Inspector General of Police, ATS, G.K. Goswami.
During the election year of 2019, three Rohingya men were held for illegally obtaining National ID cards and Voter ID cards. They proved to be habitual offenders when it came to sourcing Voter ID cards unlawfully. In June 2018, Telangana Police recovered over 180 such IDs from Rohingyas. Were they trying to influence the country’s election process?
Back in 2018, a Rohingya gang led by Noor Gul Ameen was arrested for running a racket selling minor girls brought from Myanmar into India. FIRs were lodged with the police against several Rohingya people on suspicion of theft, black marketing and rape. No country is free of crime. India, being home to over 1.366 billion people, is already struggling with a staggering crime rate. It is not easy to be vigilant with that mammoth population. A developing third world country, is India even prepared to check for crimes by people coming into the country illegally with no government records?
Moreover, with Islamic Pakistan at one end and communist China at another, India isn’t blessed with the best of neighbours. Add to that reports of Rohingya terrorists having links with pro-Pakistani militant groups that have been carrying out jihad activities in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The jihad terror outfit Harkat-ul-Jihad Islami-Arakan (HUJI-A) is commanded by a Pakistani national of Rohingya origin, Abdus Qadoos Burmi, who has now developed a network in Bangladesh through the hills that Bangladesh shares with the Myanmar border. Security forces of both countries confirm that all too many Rohingyas are thoroughly radicalized; camps of Rohingyas in Chittagong, Bangladesh have reportedly logged an upsurge in Islamic jihad activity.
While international “news” establishments thrive on slandering India, India is refusing to welcome those who entered in a deceitful and unlawful manner and is sending a strong message of being unwilling to entertain any kind of infiltration. This is an exemplary decision from which the West should draw inspiration.

Dysfunctional cultures and nations are a burden to mankind and the fault overwhelmingly lies not with the cultures and nations that at lest somewhat work but with the massively dysfunctional cultures and nations.
The old line that every people have the government they deserve I think valid and would add to this that every people have the culture they deserve. If your nation and/or culture sucks, don’t parasitically blame others. Rather, do the right thing and take responsibility yourselves. Get rid of what sucks and keeps you down. Latin America as a whole has failed to do this and so has the Islamic world. There are other examples but these two come foremost to mind.
So, with India here, which is the largest democracy on earth and has surely had its fill of dysfunctional Muslims just as my country, the USA, has had its fill of dysfunctional Latin Americans, I contend that it is sound and ethical to stand up for one’s country and reject the rejects. Self-preservation demands it and so does truth.
Am I being too harsh here? No, I think not. Tough love and all that, i.e., tell the dysfunctional that their many dysfunctions are their fault first and foremost and they need to clean up their act. I’m sick of excuses masquerading as arguments to the contrary.
Wellington says
“…at least…” and not “…at lest…”
Aussie Infidel says
Wellington, You are not being too harsh at all; in fact you have hit the nail on the head. Dysfunctional societies beget dysfunctional politicians, who promote dysfunctional policies, which lead to dysfunctional governments, which tolerate dysfunctional officials who turn a blind eye to illegal activities. It quickly perpetuates a vicious circle of crime and corruption; which as you point out, characterizes much of Latin America and the Islamic world. Nations must learn to enact just and workable laws – and live by the rule of law. There must be government of the people, by the people and for the people.
But back to the core of this article, the Rohingyas – like all other Muslim groups – are also dysfunctional, and deceitfully trying to use India’s democratically enacted laws against them.
Thdere have also been earlier deadly conflicts perpetrated by the Rohingyas.

The “West” might learn from India, but it’s obvious at this time, that they wish to remain ignorant of what islam and its adherents are all about. They close their eyes to the Truth, to the reality of the goals mozlums have and the means they use to get there.
Wellington says
Prediction, somehistory: Not only will the West not learn from India but there is a high likelihood that the current woke and ignorant West will blame India.
We live in a time when those primarily responsible for their own low status have shifted the blame to others in exponential fashion. No better example do I know of here in America than the way much of black America (black American conservatives excluded of course) continues to blame white America for its own social pathologies, which include massive out-of-wedlock births (around 77%), young black men killing other young black men in huge amounts, and continued idiotic reliance on the very political party, the Democratic Party, which has been the party of rebellion, the KKK, Jim Crow (real Jim Crow and not the faux Jim Crow that Dementia Joe has recently mentioned), substituting the white plantation master with itself and which I call the Democratic Plantation, and, in general, fostering a victim oriented mentality which ensures that any black American who buys into this victimology will never discover where the truth really lies respecting the greatness of America or even the truth about themselves.

Wellington,
Your prediction is likely right on target. As Steve Wariner sings, “Some Fools Never Learn,” and my really fantastic professor says, “Psychopaths never accept responsibility for their errors.”
Put those two together, and voila! There is your prediction.

India’s only wellwisher in the US was President Trump, and he’s gone. Even the US State Department as well as the USCIRF were critical of India’s CAA law that gives refuge to non-muslims from the 3 neighboring muslim countries – Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. One can only hope that the next GOP president, if it’s not Trump, is as sympathetic to India’s case against all these muslim pathogens as Trump was
Hadrian says
I wouldn’t worry about it. Even the most “islamophile” outlets have commented that despite Biden’s initial criticism of India, given his backtracking on Kashmir and contention that its getting better there upon taking office, he probably won’t do any policy change on the rest of India. At worst, the Indian government will have to condemn Bajrang Dal or some other group.
Infidel says
Really? The new US government is already treating India w/ disdain by boasting that one of its ships conducted patrols in the Indian EEZ this week without India’s consent. India was left w/ no choice but to protest this action
https://www.opindia.com/2021/04/india-objects-to-us-navy-operations-near-lakshadweep-without-consent/
The ironic thing is that India is one of the Quad allies of the US against China, so the US would probably have gotten a yes had they simply asked. Under the Trump administration, the US and Japanese navies were operating in the Indian Ocean and Indian navy in the South China Sea, in concert w/ the US Navy. It was a beautiful arrangement that the Biden administration had to upset, just like w/ the wall and the Remain in Mexico plan
I’m just hoping that the US doesn’t start an all-out war on India – fingers crossed. And no, the Indian-Americans in the Democrat Party would encourage rather than discourage such a move, since it would threaten an anti-Jihadist government in Delhi

These so-called refugees naming themselves as Rohingya are actually Bangladeshi Muslims trying to spread Islam into neighboring non-Muslim lands such as nearby areas of India, Myanmar, and Thailand by sneaking into those lands under the guise of pitiful, helpless and persecuted refugees. International non-Muslim world still ignorant of Islamization by way of hijra as enjoined in Quran 2:218, 3:195, 4:100, 8:72,74,75, 16:41, 22:58.
If we non-Muslims remain passive and ignorant of this hijra method and Islam and its long-term impact of demographic conquest of non-Muslim societies, the future will surely be bleak for our children and coming generations. It is time to educate our ignorant folks about this real danger of Islamization.

You’re absolutely right. As I note in my other comment below, the original definition of Rohingya was ‘Bengali muslim from Chittagong’. Since Chittagong is in Bangladesh, there’s no question that Rohingyas belong in Bangladesh and nowhere else

Maybe one of those rich Muslim nations could show some generosity to their Muslim mates and say to India, hey, we’ll take these Rohingyas. But, no, Muslim countries never do that because they want the Muslims to keep invading non-Muslim countries and to try and impose Islam on us all. That’s all Muslims are ever about. That is interesting information about the massacre of Hindus in 2017 by the Muslims in Myanmar. When Myanmar threw the Muslims out, I immediately thought, oh, well, I’m sure that the people in Myanmar were fed up with the usual disgusting behaviour that Muslims always bring with them (terrorism, rape gangs, etc). When I heard about it, I applauded Myanmar for throwing the Muslims out. I think every non-Muslim country should do the same. And India should not have to put up with these Muslim invaders either.

In 2017, when I still had my Twitter account, I recall seeing some Burmese tweets w/ photos of beheaded Hindus that made it, albeit flagged sensitive for obvious reasons: this was before Twitter became all woke. While lamestream news channels like the BBC questioned those sources, I saw no reason to disbelieve them. Given those details, it’s horrifying that so many of them have managed to make it into India
India absolutely must purge them if they can’t deport them back to Bangladesh. Or maybe hand them over to the new Burmese junta, and let them put them in front of a firing squad, or sell them to China to be bunched w/ the Uyghurs
tim gallagher says
That’s interesting, Infidel. In Australia, there was a response by quite a few people, probably a lot of them more on the left, that it was terrible that Myanmar should have expelled the Muslim Rohingyas. It got a bit of publicity. With my dislike of Islam and my expectation that Muslims will always be committing terrorist atrocities, rapes and other crimes, I, although I knew nothing about the Muslims in Myanmar (didn’t even know there were Muslims in Myanmar) immediately thought that the people in Myanmar had probably had enough of the Muslims terrible behaviour and I thought that they were doing the right thing by throwing them out. As you say, there’s no way that India should have to be stuck with them and have to put up with them. I will say that i hope Australia is not taking in any Muslim refugees from among these Rohingyas. I’m not sure whether this country has taken any of them, but it does seem like something that our government would do.
gravenimage says
Spot on, Tim.
tim gallagher says
Thanks, gravenimage. Since we see Muslims being complete pains in the arse in every country that they are allowed into with the inevitable terrorist murders, the rape gangs, the child brides, etc, I always tend to think, unlike so many people who seem to say that it is appalling that Muslims are being treated badly, that the country that is coming down hard on Muslims and even throwing them out in the way Myanmar did with their Muslims are just completely fed up with all the garbage behaviour they have copped from the Muslims. Of course, it is better to never have let Muslims into your country in the first place. As I said, I hope Australia is not taking any of the Rohingyas in, but that is probably a futile wish. This country hasn’t woken up yet and still seems to take in plenty of Muslims. We are bound to end up with a lot of trouble because of these overly generous policies.
Farrokh Workingboxwalla says
These people should be deported at the earliest so that a clear message is sent to prospective infiltrators that India, though it would give asylum to genuine refugees, will not allow infiltrators to settle within its borders and change the demographic structure of the country. If Kashmiri pandits cannot be accomodated in Kashmir valley where they rightfully belong, then how can rank outsiders be allowed to make it their home. No way ! They should be thrown out at the earliest.

This is random, Farrokh. I am assuming that you reside in India and that you are an adherent of Zoroastrianism. In case I’m right, I just want to send you and your ancestors a virtual hug for being brave enough to leave Persia when it began to be be overrun by peaceful hordes who committed all sorts of peaceful acts. Your community began as refugees, today it is an irreplaceable part of the Union of India. Parsis set an example of how immigrants should behave. India loves and respects all of you for being the gems that you are. Lots of love.

For anybody who didn’t know the precise definition of Rohingya, British colonial records explicitly defined them as ‘Bengali Muslims from Chittagong’
As a result, they don’t belong in any country other than Bangladesh. The Rohingyas in India are no different from other Bangladeshi muslims in that country illegally. Hopefully, once the elections in 4 states, particularly Assam and Bengal are over, the Indian government can implement the NRC and NPR and deport all Rohingyas to Bangladesh. If Dacca refuses to take them, India should start encroaching on Bangladeshi territory and declare that it will carve out a proportional amount of territory to compensate for what Bangladeshi citizens (excluding those covered by the CAA) occupy
Andrew Blackadder says
Malaysia deported these BENGALI muslims who entered the country illegally… and FYI… Malaysia is an islamic Nation…
The label they created, out of the blue, as Rohingya, is false as this word means “Old villager”, they are Bengali, they never wanted to be Burmese Nationals when they were offered it, they never spoke Burmese, they never went to the Military Service, they didnt go to Burmese Government schools, they never inter Married, they did not wish to be a part of the larger Burmese Society.
They started this huge problem, and of course the Army reacted as an Army does when you attack the Army… Duh!!!
European pagan says
Rohingyas are originally from BANGLADESH. They should live there.
Jayell says
If my facts are right, I believe we British may have to raise our hands and admit ‘mea culpa’ with these Rohingyas, a number of whom I believe we may have transplanted into Burma (as it was then known) for some economic reason. Not only did they fail to fit in, but I read reports of them behaving in the usual antisocial/criminal kinds of way that we now expect from muslims in other peoples’ countries. The people of Myanmar did not just lie down and tolerate it as we seem to do in the West, but gave them a piece of their own medicine back, whereupon the Rohingyas predictably started playing the ‘victim’ and the West, as usual, just fell for it. Sadly, Myanmar just has to stick to its guns on this one or it will go the same way as Europe.
Infidel says

A telling sign of this is that even w/o the military junta, both the major political parties in Burma – Ahn San Su Kyi and Dr Thet Thet’s parties – are opposed to the ‘return’ of Rohingyas to Burma. First, it’s very inspiring that Ahn San Su Kyi didn’t let the international celebrity that she got from the Nobel prize go to her head, and continued to support the interest of her people, even if it earned her the opprobrium of the west. Second, it bodes well for Burma that none of their major parties are likely to sell them out
If only more countries had all their major parties be willing to be united against muslims, regardless of their other differences
Boycott Turkey says
They are not really Rohingya they are Bangladeshi illegal immagrants it was why Burma tried to send them back there they had no passports to even proof they where Burmese but unfortunately Burma was demonised and slandered by the western islamophille media but what else do you expect the from islamophille Turkophile western media it’s always the poor Muslims sob story of being oppressed screw everybody else like Armenians Hindus Pakistani Christians Middle Eastern Christians western media will never report the persecution that Muslims do instead they contribute to it.
