What makes Swiss authorities so confident that if Azad M. returns in fifteen years, he will no longer be inclined to violence? He adheres to a belief system that teaches that in some cases violence is not only warranted, but ordered, blessed and rewarded by the supreme being. Do Swiss authorities think he is going to live in Iraq for fifteen years and then come back an ex-Muslim?
“Ex-Imam gives orders to murder from prison,” translated from “Ex-Imam gibt Mordanweisungen aus dem Gefängnis,” by Philippe Coradi, 20 Minuten, April 9, 2021 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
An ex-imam used his approved phone calls to instruct family members to commit offenses.
The calls were monitored and reported by an interpreter.
He is sentenced to 70 months in prison and then is to expelled from the country for 15 years.
Azad M. has been in the cantonal prison in Frauenfeld since March 2021. The Federal Criminal Court sentenced him to 70 months in prison and found him guilty of involvement in a criminal organization.
But even in custody, the former prayer leader of the Winterthur An’Nur mosque seems to remain active in his convictions. Because he used the phone calls granted to him to call for murder, among other things, as the “Tages-Anzeiger” reports (payment article).
Telephone calls are overheard
In February, for example, he is said to have instructed his brother in Germany not to “let a person get away.” Because the conversations were being monitored by an interpreter, he was given a warning. It then became dramatic during a phone call this March, in which he wanted to give his mother instructions in Iraq how to deal with the death of his nephew. After the beginning of the sentence: “Mom, tell them to let him …” he said the phone was torn from his hands, but he was still able to call out that someone should “go to this man and let him die,” writes the “Tages-Anzeiger.”
Expelled from the country for 15 years after imprisonment
The now 53-year-old Iraqi has lived in Switzerland since 1998. From here he is said to have supported the terrorist militia IS logistically and financially. After serving his sentence, he will be expelled from the country for 15 years. In addition, according to various media reports, he threatened to have his wife killed if she divorced him. The couple is now divorced.
Both Azad and the public prosecutor’s office disagree with the sentence of 70 months in prison, and both plan to move the sentence to the next level.

Looks like the only country which is handling this menace appropriately is the good old Helvetica.

How is allowing this murderous Muslim thug back in after 15 years handling things apporpriately? Of course, some nations are even more clueless.

Instead of eradicating an evil religion, the Swiss authorities chose to buy time.
If they are hoping that things will be ironed out or smoothed, the Swiss are still living in fool’s paradise

This is a mixture of stupidity and arrogance on his part. Thinking that he could get away with trying to get someone murdered from jail. Dickhead!
The Swiss should put a permanent ban on this piece of filth and never let him back into any western country, let alone Switzerland.

If they can deport him, why would they ever allow him back?

If true, it appears that prosecutors and justices are finally catching on to what is at the heart of Islam: criminal activity over all scales.
