Iran and Venezuela have grown dangerously close in recent times. Now comes this news.
Biden is a laughingstock to America’s worst enemies, who are emboldened by his weakness.
Iran is already enriching uranium, now at levels only found in countries making bombs. Iran has openly admitted to violating the previous nuclear deal. Should sanctions be lifted, it would be disastrous, since Iran would only increase its aggressive activity.
“Iranian Warships Possibly on Way to Venezuela,” by Daniel Sonnenfeld, The Medialine, May 31, 2021:
A clash with US Navy may occur if Tehran tries to subvert American sanctions on the Islamic Republic and its far-left ally
Two warships flying Iranian colors are sailing south along the east coast of Africa and may be headed to Venezuela, Politico reported on Saturday.
The US national security apparatus is monitoring the ships’ progress. The vessels, a frigate and the Makran forward staging base, are believed to be headed toward the Islamic Republic’s South American ally, but their destination, cargo and goal are unclear.
If the ships are indeed headed for South America, Tehran has chosen a puzzling moment in which to send military vessels to the US’s backyard. Negotiations on the return of both Iran and the US to compliance with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), or Iran nuclear deal, have been ongoing in Vienna and the sides have expressed cautious optimism. If success is achieved, the White House will lift crippling economic sanctions placed on Iran.
The Makran is a repurposed oil tanker, and it is important to note that Iran has sent oil shipments to its ally in the past, as recently as April.
Dr. Nancy Gallagher, director of the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland, told The Media Line, “Iran has sent oil to Venezuela before because Iran does not think that the US has the right to use sanctions to stop Iranian oil sales.”
Gallagher adds that “the Iranians may also be trying to send the message that if the US has the right to have its warships in international waters near Iran (which it does under international law), then Iran has the same right to have its naval ships in international waters in the Western Hemisphere.”…

I see there is news today that Iran’s biggest warship just caught fire and sank in the Gulf of Oman. What a shame.

Isn’t this part of the threat that the mozlum said about crushing the “head” of the U.S. and Rome?
Perhaps this is why he claimed it was going to happen. They must believe that it won’t cause a stir in D.C. that would adversely affect biden’s plans to be extra friendly toward them.

“Biden is a laughingstock.” – and the joke is more ridiculous every day.
The Bribed-man is the world’s greatest YES-MAN and seen to be so. He is also the world’s greatest 98-lb weakling.
Bribed-man was installed by globalist OLIGARCHS like Dorsey, Zuckerberg and Bezos who think they know better than the voters … so they STOLE the election with their big tech minions and the unspeakably corrupt Dem Party.
Wellington says
Unreservedly seconded, mortimer. Even Obama, with all his bad ideas and nefarious actions, examples being having AP reporters, who are left-leaning in the first place, monitored (N.B., Trump had no reporters monitored), and instructing the IRS to go after conservative organizations (N.B., Trump never instructed the IRS to go after liberal organizations or go after anyone), was at least his own man.
But Biden is a shell of a man. He’s a front man for Rice, Klain, Ricchetti, Obama himself et al. He is indeed the ultimate metaphorical 98-lb weakling as you stated and the many bad guys of the world are absolutely delighted with this fraudulently elected nothing holding the most powerful office on earth.
I have for decades asserted that we never had a dumb President. Well, we do now—and a dummy with early dementia no less.
America is drifting and this is not only not good for America, it is not good for all the world, especially what’s left of the free world. So once more I want to “thank” all the fools who ACTUALLY voted for Biden. As I have no respect for him (or for his handlers behind the scenes), I have no respect for any of you.
James Lincoln says
Wellington,
Spot on post, my compliments.
Maybe, just maybe:
At this point, the dwindling percent of JFK-type Democrats who *actually* voted for Biden are – at least some of them – likely starting to deeply regret their decision…
The true Leftists like Biden just fine…
Wellington says
I am, James, ready to forgive those who actually voted for Biden but they must fully realize the error they committed. No waffling.
GreekEmpress says
Here close to Mexico, many of his voters are having “Biden Remorse”. I don’t know what they thought would happen since he said during the debate to “surge the border”. And yet, some are so clueless that they don’t see that words have consequences.
gravenimage says
Yes–not even Obama went after those who voted conservative.
But I think it is less that Biden is more evil than Obama, and more that things are even more far-gone in 2021 than they were in 2009.
mortimer says
Actually, “America’s worst enemies” are the Globalists within it who wish to destroy the greatest democracy in history and make it a one-party state.
Walter Sieruk says
Be he Juan Guaido ,the President of Venezuela who might might possible be scheming with that mullah President Hassan Rouhani of Iran, let hope not. Nevertheless if they in some type of Red/Green alliance scheme together ,in the very end with their very insidiously evil plains will fail and it will only backfire against then both in time,
For the Bible informs its reader in Proverbs 11:21. “Though they join forces ,the wicked, wil lnot go unpunished.” [N.K.J.V.]

After what happened yesterday and today, it would be a shame if something happened to those ships. A darn shame.
I’m beginning to think that allah hates muslims. I get that.

I wonder if these two Iranian warships are destined to add to the mysterious reputation of the Bermuda Triangle. I also wonder whether anyone in this administration can even spell “Monroe Doctrine” anymore. I am certain that Russia and China are watching and waiting.

Perhaps they will have a UFO experience similar to what the U.S. Navy had off the coast of San Diego. A “close encounter” they may attribute to the USAF or Navy Pilots.
CogitoErgoSum says
I am looking forward to seeing what is actually released to the public in the upcoming UFO report to Congress. I’ll be surprised if we learn anything from it but it could be interesting. When I look at such mysteries as how did the ancients move such huge stones to build the pyramids I sometimes think maybe space aliens are possible. Who knows, maybe ancient astronauts did visit the Earth in the past but left for some reason and are now returning. According to the theory of relativity if you can travel at or near the speed of light, thousands of years could pass on Earth while only a few decades or less will have passed for you when you return from your trip. I’m getting way off the topic of Jihad, however, or at least I hope I am and whoever is flying those things isn’t on a jihad of their own.
Wellington says
My money, CES, is on no space aliens of any kind. I think we’re a fluke in a universe composed of billions of galaxies—or even more expansively, via black holes, to yet other universes so that we live in a “multiverse.”
But I’m sticking to the “fluke theory” until I see solid evidence to the contrary. Extraordinary claims, you know, require extraordinary evidence.
I would close here, and mean no disrespect to religion in general (Islam excepted of course) but time and time again religions put forth extraordinary claims without the extraordinary evidence and then require that one accept the extraordinary claims OR ELSE. This is not my way and I have to be true to myself.
After all, if extraordinary claims were actually followed by extraordinary evidence, then what would be the point of faith? But I digress.
CogitoErgoSum says
Anything is possible, Wellington. Everything could be the result of a fluke. I don’t know anything for sure. I just can’t explain to myself how something could have popped out of nothing. If there was nothing to start with there would still be nothing now but there is something and so there must have been something all along. But then I can’t grasp something existing without a beginning so I explain that with God. Everybody has their own explanation that they prefer, I suppose, and I’m okay with that. It sure would be great to talk to some beings from another world to see what kind of explanation they have. And if time is relative, as Einstein said, we could possibly talk to a “person” who may have actually helped to build the great pyramids. What a mind blowing experience that would be.
Wellington says
CES: You put forth, at least implicitly in your reply to me (and thank you for your reply), Thomas Aquinas’ First Cause argument, i.e., that every effect has a cause and on and on “backwards” until you reach the First Cause, i.e., God—that something cannot be created out of nothing and the First Cause, i.e., God, solves this.
But there are two fallacies with this argument that Immanuel Kant (d. 1804) and Bertrand Russell (1872-1970) respectively pointed out. They are 1) existence is not necessarily a category of an idea (Kant); and 2) what caused the First Cause? (Russell)—a legitimate question because you can’t assert that every effect has a cause but the First Cause is not an effect of a previous cause, kinda’ like you can’t have your cake and eat it too.
The great Danish philosopher, Soren Kierkegaard (1813-1855), who was a devout Christian, realized that all intellectual arguments for the existence of God ultimately fail, per Kant’s reasoning (and who also believed in God) so that all the Christian can do is “take the leap of faith.” There’s nothing illogical about this but it does require faith and you seem to have this and I don’t, which is why I remain an agnostic.
Always good to read your posts. Take care, pal.

Given the number of planets being discovered, I think it is quite possible that there is some sort of extraterrestial life out there of some kind. But intelligent life? Hard to know. And I have so far seen no real evidence indicating intelligent lifeforms having reached out to us.
Until then, I’m rather a skeptic. Always open to the possiblity, of course.
somehistory says
The last report I saw said there were about 14 or 15 of the things….whatever they are and whoever is controlling them…surrounding a navy ship off San Diego and the recording was of the Navy guys talking about speed, etc.
I have no proof of what they are, but I have an idea. Not one I wish to share, but I think that Earth is unique in the Universe, where our Creator decided to begin with human creation; He had already made spirit creatures to reside in the Heavens with Him..
I have faith, but I also, like the Apostle Paul, know that “Every house is constructed by someone, and He that made all things is God.”
All things that we use…phones, computers, cars, fridge, stove, microwave, watches, cameras, ….didn’t exist, and then were designed and made by humans. Put any one of those items down in the jungle of 100 years ago and what would the people think about them? That they just “popped up,” as you say couldn’t just happen that way.
Our Creator has always Been and will always Be. We may not be able to understand that, but there are other things that man has not come to understand…some of them things that are accepted…for now…to not have an explanation.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see what comes of the evidence for the UFO’s being….??
CogitoErgoSum says
Yes, there are countless stars that we can see and countless more planets which we can not see circling around those stars. It is hard to believe we are alone in the universe but, yes, it is also possible that intelligent life is very, very rare. Also, the distances are so great between star systems and if time works the way Einstein said it works, it is hard to imagine how any of the possible civilizations in the universe will be able to interact with each other.
As for God, yes, I know, ultimately God comes down to a matter of faith. I can’t explain the universe and I can’t explain God. I can only say I like believing in a God that gives me a purpose for my life and tells me how I should deal with the others that I meet in this life. Do unto others as I would have others do unto me. I like that. I also like believing my physical death will not be the end of me. Following the Christian God fills my needs and it seems like a good way to live. That is all I know to say about it. Oh, and I like the way Jesus (the Jesus of the Bible) never seemed to force anyone to believe in Him. So, while I like discussing religion and the meaning of life I won’t ever force my beliefs on anyone else. Wellington and Graven, I always wish you well. I’ll even extend that wish to all who comment here on Jihad Watch although sometimes it’s hard for me not to wish for some people to spend at least a little time in Hell – God forgive me for that.
Wellington says
Thanks for your latest comment, CES. You were gracious as is your wont and I particularly liked the “Hell part” for some people, though not being as gracious as you are I would like such time indefinitely extended to those people, preferably in the 8th and 9th circles.

CogitoErgoSum,
Thank you. I also wish you well and I enjoy your comments.
I, too, really like believing in a God Who cares about me and gave mankind the ability to think, to reason, to work, communicate, and above all, to love Him and to love other humans.
Without Love, where would mankind be? “God is Love,” and shared that so very wonderful quality with us. And I also am so thankful that an earthly death is not the “end” that many think it to be.
Life eternal…what I wish for myself, and for all who will accept that wonderful gift from Christ and His Father. As you say, it is not a gift that we are forced to accept.
A big smile back, and thank you. ?

On the issue of UFOs and aliens, I do not believe that we are alone. Various observations by the navy and air force of phenomenon that violates the laws of terrestrial physics, like objects traveling at 60 knots under the ocean, make me believe that not only are we not alone, but that we are in the process of being discovered by aliens
It’ll be fun getting to know them. Whether they are like Swedes on one extreme, or like muslims on the other. And if it’s the latter, I’d prefer that they take on the earth’s muslims first before taking on anyone else
CogitoErgoSum says
According to an ex-Israeli space program official we are in contact with the space aliens now but it’s being kept secret. However, the reason he is saying this may be due to his age (87) and his brain not being as sharp as it once was. Still, a Canadian government official was telling a similar story a few years ago. Something odd is definitely going on. When the detail about studying the fabric of space is included I think it is not that crazy since space travel over distances measured in light years would simply not be practical if it involves huge amounts of time and differences in the passage of time. A way to warp space or to “rip” through space would be required. But then who knows what happens when you do something like that. The universe is weird beyond our dreams.
