“It is absolutely incomprehensible that such conflicts are brought to Austria by the unsuccessful refugee and migration policy.”
Yes, and the same policies are being implemented all over the West. What could possibly go wrong?
“Chechen bomb terror in Bregenz thwarted,” translated from “Tschetschenischer Bombenterror in Bregenz vereitelt,” zur Zeit, July 20, 2021 (thanks to Medforth):
The refugee wanted to kill a comrade with a car bomb. The police observed the resident in Vienna and were able to prevent the attack.
“They (the police) told me that they followed the man for months and overheard every word he said. They discovered that he was planning to install a bomb under my car to kill me,” the rescued Magomadov told the STANDARD.
The background to the foiled act is said to have played out on July 4, 2020. On that day, an attack was carried out on a critic of the Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov. The dissident Anzor Umarow was shot dead in Gerasdorf near Vienna. Magomadow then published a YouTube video in which he accused three people of having been involved in the assassination attempt in Gerasdorf. The Chechens, who came to Austria as refugees, are said to have been arms dealers and supporters of the radical Islamic Kadyrov regime.
After the publication, Magomadov’s relatives in Chechnya are said to have been threatened. “They threatened to cut my four-year-old niece’s throat if I didn’t publish an apology,” says the critic.
Magomadov agreed, but on the other hand he could not help criticizing Kadyrov. His brother and uncle were to pay for this in a torture cellar in Chechnya. They had to distance themselves from Magomadov in a video recording and apologize to Kadyrov. Then they were released and peace returned, at least temporarily – until the Austrian police informed them of the planned assassination attempt on him.
It is absolutely incomprehensible that such conflicts are brought to Austria by the unsuccessful refugee and migration policy. Anyone who still claims that Islam and its sometimes militant adherents do not have to be monitored is probably living in a world of do-gooders that is far from reality. Because obviously there is an ongoing and increasing threat. It is better to monitor one too many than one too few. That is not discriminatory, but unfortunately up to date.
