Clearly in every other class he will have different opinions, right? Go back to sleep.
“Toulouse: a college student defends terrorism, his establishment excludes him … but only sculpture lessons,” translated from “Toulouse : un collégien fait l’apologie du terrorisme, son établissement l’exclut… mais uniquement des cours d’arts plastiques,” Valeurs Actuelles, June 30, 2021 (thanks to Medforth):
A college student from Toulouse opposed a teacher who displayed Greek statues in class and justified the murders perpetrated by the Kouachi brothers [who carried out the Charlie Hebdo jihad massacre]. His school excluded him, but only from sculpture classes.
The sculpture professor at Bellevue College in Toulouse did not think that the nudity of the Greek statues shown in class would create such a stir. It was the Toulouse teacher and whistleblower Fatiha Agag-Boudjahlat who drew attention to the affair that took place in September 2020, reports the daily La Dépêche. “In a Toulouse college, a young man, grandson of an imam, opposed a sculpture teacher who had dared to show (naked) Greek statues, going so far as to declare that the Kouachi brothers were right. Disciplinary Council, the punishment will amaze you,” she wrote on Twitter.
The disciplinary council did not consider it necessary to exclude the student from the school, and contented itself with exempting him from art lessons, where the altercation had taken place. Fatiha Agag-Boudjahlat specifies in another tweet that the professor was not “supported, including by a large part of her colleagues, because the kid in this middle-class college comes from Mirail,” a district of Toulouse made up largely social housing.
The public prosecutor seized
The facts were confirmed by the rectorate of Toulouse, which explains that the case was closely followed by the academic “Values of the Republic” and “radicalization” advisers, as well as by the cabinet of the academic inspectorate. Even the public prosecutor, Dominique Alzeari, was informed, leading to the questioning of the college student by investigators from the Toulouse police station, which ended in a dismissal. The school’s disciplinary council decided to suspend him on probation.

The student could have just asked the teacher to be excused and explained the reason in a respectful way instead of becoming hateful about it. Might have worked out better for everybody. Maybe he should be assigned to attend a class in good manners.

France: Religious separatism in juvenile detention centres highlighted in report – The problem is the Muslim caregivers there
While the detention centres for minors are meant to ensure the protection of their residents and sometimes bring them back to the right path, the principle of secularism is often disregarded in favour of practices of separatism, according to a report by the Inspectorate General of Justice revealed by Le Figaro on Monday July 5. What is particularly worrying is that the investigation points to the role of educators in these abuses and the acquiescence or impotence of superiors. In these homes or closed educational institutions, the violations of rules mainly concern Muslim separatism and are particularly evident at meal times.
While pupils have the right to receive ” faith-based meals ” at the request or with the permission of their parents, teachers are subject to the principle of neutrality. But in practice, many of them do not abide by this rule and would even encourage minors, regardless of their religion or customs, to follow their example. “Some educationists say that everyone should eat halal because it makes no difference to non-Muslims that way. “Employees are served denominational food on request, under different conditions and with different frequency, depending on the institution,” the report says.
In some cases, it is the more practical constraints that lead centres to turn a blind eye to the issue of religious meals. But the authors of the report denounce behaviour that goes far beyond this: “Some educators wake up young people to fast during Ramadan and break the fast with the minors. Some improvise themselves as spiritual advisors or write ‘Ramadan protocols’ that do not match the reference texts. Others refuse to shake hands with their female colleagues or discuss in Arabic with minors “in the presence of other young people and other colleagues”.
The causes for this situation are to be found in the lack of staff and other resources. In addition to a glaring shortage of spiritual care workers, the hierarchies are said to have little to counter the demands of the scarce educators. This is a point the report warns against, as “it is not uncommon for candidates with criminal records or reported suspicions of violent radicalisation to apply for recruitment interviews or to fill positions as contracted professionals where minors are involved”.

How about if these ”special” guests of the state are told that if they want to free to eat things halal free of charge then they should obey laws that may or not be halal and that if they don’t like democracy then they can go back to wherever they came from.

France: Muslim student defends jihad massacre of Muhammad cartoonists, is suspended — but only from art class
…………………
Yes–this is insane. This Muslim no doubt finds many aspects of what is taught in this college so offensive that he is happy with murdering people over it.
