Evidently this woman, though trying to do right, has not read what Jesus said in the Book of John, chapter 8. verse 44, where our Lord and Savior, Who knows of what He spoke, said, “You are from your father the devil, and you wish to do the desires of your father….” Jesus went on to tell those to whom He spoke that satan the devil is the “father of the lie,” and was a “murderer” because he caused the death of Adam and Eve…on purpose.

So, in that God is the Creator of man, in that sense, He is everyone’s Father. However, any person who does what Jesus was talking about or what John wrote, has moved over to satan’s side, taking him/herself out of the family and joining satan’s crowd, becoming a part of satan’s “seed” (Genesis 3).

This is the moral relativism of good intentions. It comes in two forms. Other people are the same as we are, and other people are just as good, no matter what they do. It finds expression in statements like people are pretty much the same everywhere. You know you are supposed to respect other peoples’ beliefs. And of course there can be exceptions. Jews are our enemies, they are the worst terrorists in the world. Jews are lascivious and molest women. These beliefs are related to the principle that one should not feel better than other people. But it might be better to make some moral judgments at least, with humility and skepticism, but also without false humility.

Lorena Abello, your heart is in the right place by volunteering, but please read the Quran and learn more about Islam before you lump the Bible and the Quran together. The differences can only be described as light versus darkness.

R.C., please consider Bill Warner’s Abridged Koran in place of the standard koran for a much more direct introduction. Please recall, the standard koran is scrambled in order of the longest chapter first. It contains much that is not useful to seeing what is being taught about war, conquest, slavery and looting. Spencer’s Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam is the most concise introduction, and Gabriel’s Unfinished Battle, being from a person who left islam, is to me the most authoritative. But reading the koran without help is too much like reading a telephone book; much more likely to bore a reader and cause quitting before understanding.
Imagine the whole Bible, Old and New Testaments, scrambled the same way, all books and chapters mixed in order of longest chapter first. What sense could be made from reading that mess?.

R.C., I understood and support your suggestion. Having read several “versions” of the koran, my suggestion is intended to help get to the point of any person “knowing” for themselves instead of “feeling” based on impressions.
I bought the LIE “religion of peace” for 7 years because I trusted the liar who said it and never admitted he lied. My “impression” was false, groundless and dangerous to me and every person to whom I repeated it.
It took people like US today to help me see my error. WE, you and I, can make a difference whenever we help others see the truth instead of washing around like a piece of driftwood in an ocean of lies and delusion. “It is better to light one candle than to curse the darkness.”

SKA, please excuse my omission. I have the highest regard for both Bridgett and Mark Gabriel. Mr. Gabriel has what I consider worthy, stellar credentials to inform non-muslims. He learned the koran and was tested word for word before he was twelve. He taught islamic history at Al Azhar,(sp?) the highest ranked university in sunni islam in Cairo. Then, he had what I would call an epiphany “If islam is such a great deal why were 4 MILLION Egyptians killed forcing it on Egypt?” [Unfinished Battle, page 52, paraphrased]. Obviously he is no longer muslim. He is in my opinion and experience one of the 3 best places for anyone to start learning the reality of islam and its 1400 year war of death, slavery and conquest..

Because of Glenn Beck in 2008, the first book I read was Spencer’s Politically Incorrect Guide. After reading approximately 30 books on related subjects, that remains in my opinion the most concise, direct statement of the danger of islam. Mr. Gabriel’s (PhD) book and Mr. Warner’s (PhD) book are for the reasons explained, to me, the best excellent start to learning for yourself. I cannot imagine being disappointed by reading any or all of them. There are many excellent books and sources. My selection and suggestion is based only on those I have read and pondered.

As a Christian I could never accept Islam which would be to deny Christ!!! That doesn’t mean I hate Muslims or Jews for that matter. On the contrary, we’re commanded to love even our enemies and therefore we should help them, preferably in their own countries, and pray that they come to the truth, which is Jesus Christ who’s the only way to the Father, God. I would also never try to impose my religion upon anyone by force like Islam mandates. I don’t think Judaism is any different from Christianity in that regard, which is why I have no problem at all living side by side with Jews. I can also tolerate Islam in my own country but the problem is that whenever it becomes strong enough it will always seek to dominate and force everybody else to submit to it’s legal regime which is basically tyranny if you’re not a Muslim. That’s why I would never want my country, Denmark, to become majority Muslim and since this is also a democratic country naturally I will vote for parties who have the most restrictive immigration policies. They can try to demonize us all they want because of this, but it’s not going to change anything. I know the spirit behind it..

The woman in this report is obviously a good person and she does get out there and tries to help her fellow human beings. I wasn’t sure whether she is saying that all that any religion or non-religious philosophy, if it is a force for good not evil, must be about being kind and loving people, which I would tend to agree with, or whether she is saying that the Koran, along with the Bible, is all about being kind, etc. If she is saying that the Koran is about loving people and being kind, then she is 100% wrong. People with such ignorance of Islam’s nature, and of the hatred and calls for violence that are in the Koran, are dangerously naive. People have to wake up to what an evil, murderously violent ideology Islam is. Many of these very nice people simply refuse to look at things realistically and they often get around thinking that all people, from all backgrounds, are equally pleasant and peaceful. This woman, and many other people, really do need to read Robert Spencer’s books and find out what islam is really all about.

I have met quite a few people who just won’t be realistic and face up to the fact that some ideologies produce evil monsters and all people are not basically as nice as one another. Some people are far too naive and gullible and I suspect that this woman is one of them.

Air Kayhan, an Iranian émigré publication in the 1989s had an article “Doshanan-e Muselmanan Ki-and?” (Who Are the Enemies of the Muslims?) which presented an historical overview showing that all of the purported enemies were peoples whom the Muslims made into their enemies by attacking and or occupying their lands. Mr X has tried this before–claiming that all Jihad terror is actually “defensive”–including the Hadith about Muhammed waiting until morning to see if the town he was going to sack had the call to Muslim prayer. How is it that the “Prophet” wouldn’t even know if his victims were Muslim, if he only attacked those who had attacked them?
And he ignores the calls in the Qur’an to attack *all* Infidels who had not submitted to Islam. How is that “defensive”?
Then, the idea that ISIS was forced to crucify children who snacked during Ramadan and commit genocide against the Yezidis and use the girls as sex slaves because of the “atrocities” of the US makes no sense at all.
