The Taliban’s hostility to journalists is short-sighted. In the West, establishment media “journalists” are among their best friends, always minimizing their motivating ideology and putting the best possible spin on what they do.

Journalists in Afghanistan are suffering from serious threats in conflict areas and have quit working in the Taliban-controlled regions, a country-based media advocacy group said on Tuesday. The group, Nai-Supporting Open Media in Afghanistan, said some journalists have fled areas recently seized by the Taliban. “Some of our journalists in Taliban-controlled areas escaped,” said Sediqullah Tawhidi, head of Afghan Journalist Safety Committee (AJSC). Afghan journalists asked the Taliban to ensure the safety of journalists, and freedom of speech.
“In the areas where fighting is ongoing, the government has looked at a place for journalists, and will transfer them if the situation gets worse,” a local Afghani quoted Mujib Khalwatgar, head of Nai. The Taliban’s offensive has been targeting journalists and innocent civilians. On Sunday, editor-in-chief of Afghanistan’s Paktia Ghag radio station, Toofan Omari was killed in the Deh Sabz district of Kabul. While Niamatullah Hemat, editor-in-chief of the local Boost radio station and reporter of Gharghakht TV channel based in Khost province, was taken hostage by the Taliban in Nawa district of Helmand province….

I would certainly like to know what the US Embassy is doing to protect the local Afghanistan workers who have put their lives on the line since the reopening of the embassy. Those in the neighborhood of the embassy certainly know the names of these innocent people and will use the information to their best interest including protecting themselves from persecution and murder.

It would be wise of those journalists to take heed of the vicious threats make against them by the Taliban and leave the area of land that they now have control of , For no evil action is beyond the limits of the Taliban.
It’s also very obvious that the Taliban don’t want the journalists in the land that the ,de facto, have total power in because they don’t want them observing and reporting to the world the brutal cruel malicious heinous atrocities that they are getting ready to to commit against the people of Afghanistan.
In addition three important things should be mentioned, as they are below.
First aggressive vicious and hostile Taliban won’t stop until they take over all of Afghanistan. They will violate the terms of the peace agreement, for they have no honor.
Second. the brutal, cruel and despicable Taliban are totally evil. They have proven this, time and time again, by own wicked and malicious behavior.
Third, it’s totally absurd and unrealistic of Joe Biden and other governmental leftists to feel that a genuine lasting peace agreement can be made with and kept with those cruel misogynistic Muslim monsters.

I can fully understand why the Taliban don’t want any journalists around in their areas.
Who wants someone who might interrupt your rape, pillage and plunder?
I mean they can’t run the risk that someone might actually grow a conscience and tell the world what is really happening!

Already news has gotten out that Taliban are so viciously misogynist that they been hunting down girls and women, like animals ,and raping them .
It also came out that the Taliban have even chosen specfic women to hunt down and kill for “sport.”
No wonder those Taliban monsters want the journalists out of Afghanistan .
For the Taliban are the epitome and personification of total ,undeluded Islamic evil.
