Any action against jihad violence and Sharia oppression is denounced as an “Islamophobic” exercise in victimizing Muslims. This is true all over the West, and the Leftist establishment eagerly aids and abets this.
“France closes Muslim publishing house for ‘legitimising jihad,’” 5PillarsUK, September 18, 2021:
The French authorities say they will close the Muslim publishing house “Nawa Editions” because it has distributed several books legitimising jihad.
The right-wing Interior Minsiter [sic] Gerald Darmanin announced the decision in a tweet, saying: “I have initiated the procedure for the dissolution of the Islamist publishing house ‘Nawa,’ in particular because of the distribution of several works legitimising jihad. A measure to freeze assets targeting the association and its leaders has also been taken.”
Government sources say the publisher, which is based in Ariège in southwestern France, has an editorial line which is “clearly anti-universalist and in direct contestation of Western values.”
On its website, Nawa publishing house describes itself as an organisation that aims to “promote human and political sciences born of Islamic heritage” and “contribute to the revitalisation of these disciplines by studying the Western world and sciences, modern political ideology and doctrines.”
It is not clear which books the government has identified as “legitimising jihad” and the website of Nawa Editions is not functioning at the moment. However, the books available for sale on its Facebook page seem to be the usual books one would expect to find in an Islamic bookstore on the Quran, hadith and Islamic history, as well as prominent Islamic political figures such as Sayyid Qutb.
Nawa Editions said the accusations are without foundation and the decision was purely political….
Idriss Sihamedi, the head of the Muslim charity BarakaCity, said: “The government has become radicalised. We are facing an ideology which simply wants to fight against Islam and Muslims, to regulate Islam and Muslims and impose on them administrative punishments.”

France: Socialists and right-wing conservatives forge electoral alliance against ruling Islamists in Trappes
It is a more than astonishing alliance. In view of the local elections in Trappes, former Socialist Party (PS) mayor Guy Malandain and his right-wing opponent Othman Nasrou of Valérie Pécresse’s Libres! movement have joined forces. Their aim: to dethrone the current mayor of Trappes, Ali Rabeh (Génération.s.), reports Le Monde on Thursday September 16. The municipal elections had been postponed to October 10 and 17. The Council of State had accused Ali Rabeh of campaigning between the two ballots, leading to the annulment of the election.
The right-wing mandate holder Othman Nasrou confirmed this alliance on his Twitter account. He wants to “bring together all those who want to help Trappes succeed”, but also those who want to ” change the tide of Ali Rabeh’s sectarian and clientelistic administration”. The vice-president of the Ile-de-France region also told Le Monde that the mayor of Trappes “has thrown the city into turmoil”. For him, “we are no longer fighting between the right-wing and the left-wing, but between the republic and clientelism”.
This link between the left-wing and the right-wing has, unsurprisingly, put Jean-Luc Mélenchon on the map. The leader of La France Insoumise spoke of a ” disaster “. On his Twitter account, he also called on the mayor of Paris and the presidential candidate to react: “In Trappes, the Socialist Party has allied with (Valérie) Pécresse against the mayor Ali Rabeh, member of the Génération.s. Anne Hidalgo must condemn this!
Since Didier Lemaire’s accusations, Ali Rabeh has been doing his best to improve the town’s image. As a reminder, Didier Lemaire, a philosophy teacher at La Plaine de Neauphle high-school, dared to denounce Islamist influence in Trappes on February 5. Under pressure and threats, he later announced that he would leave the national education system. He also had to be under police protection especially on his way to and from school. “The Islamists have won a battle in Trappes. It will take time to make them give up,” he announced to Le Figaro on February 19. Didier Lemaire also published a book on Thursday September 16 entitled: Lettre d’un hussard à la République.

Astonishing. France seem to realize how terrible situation is if you give power to the muslim murderers.
America, and UK should follow France

France does seem to be getting tough with islam sometimes, which is great to see. And the political party of the Le Pens seems to have a really substantial following, which is also excellent. However, with 8% of the population being Muslim, which is far too many for any non-Muslim country which wants to have peace, France may have waited far too long before waking up to the evil nature of islam. Good luck to France. I hope they do really wake up and hammer the Muslim enemy that is fouling up their country.
somehistory says
If it’s “purely political” it’s because islam is a political entity that has satan as its ruling source, a demonic tyranny that all good people who understand this, oppose.
The word that mozlums would use if they were English speaking, is terrorism, but it is not an English word that they use in their everyday lives and this may hide the simple truth from the masses. Especially since some of them have lied and claimed that their ‘jihad’ is an inner struggle and their shouting war cry is just a celebration of feeling good about something.
So this mozlum ‘publisher’ is whining and lying because he has been found out.

To control the Jihad, we need many more “radicalized” governments around the World.

If “legitimising jihad” is the new criterion for banning a book in France, then I say, “WAHOO! We in the counterjihad have won big!”
The Koran, hadiths, Sira, classical commentaries, sharia law manuals and all the modern jihadist literature must be banned. That would be about half of all Islamic literature.
When ALL jihad becomes illegal, then Islam will die rapidly. No will be able to read about jihad or write about it or preach about it. Islam will have no way to stop people from exposing the stupidity of this Death Cult.
Kepha says
The goenrment of France has probably done the wrong thing for a the right reason–and revealing its own irrationality in so doing. Much as I hate jihad, I pray that such an action never becomes a power of the US government. Freedom of speech is simply too important for our Constitutional republic. As for France, it has always allowed Communists to publish propaganda for the Soviets and the PRC, and to publish things advocating another violent revolution. I cannot see how jihadism is any different.
Instead of shutting down publishers, citizens and groups of citizens should continue to have the right to publish. If Muslims publish works supporting jihad, Christians must insist on their right to publish proselytory works and critiqes of Islam. If the Left and the Muslims scream “hate speech!” at my stating or publishing that Islam is a blasphemous pack of lies, I insist that I have the right to publish what I believe.

Kepha–with all respect–one right that people *don’t* have in a democratic society is that of inciting vioence. The First Amendment vaguely allows incitement in the indefinite future, but *not* immanent incitement, which is what most preaching of Jihad does.
Then, your implying that inciting murder is the same thing as proselytizing and criticizing any idiology is much mistaken–the latter are not in any way violent; the former certainly is. Readers can accept preaching and criticism if they so desire, or not. The threat of violence offers no such free choices.
Kepha says
Then what you’re implying…Sorry, I’m a teacher by trade ;).
I by no means imply that violence is the same as proselytizing. I am simply observing some important implications of the US Bill of Rights.
Isn’t the whole of Communist literature, with its glorification of class warfare and crushing “the fascist insect” (a the campus radicals of the Silly ‘Sixties and Sillier ‘Seventies were fond of saying) as much an incitement to violence as the anything from Islamic pens?
The threat of violence offers no free choice true. But, since I am neither QUaker nor Mennonite, if push comes to shove, I can invoke Augustine’s just war theory (which I see as understanding the Bible correctly).
There are many things said and published in the USA which I utterly despise, and see as little more than fumes wafting up from Hell. itself Yet I cannot deny that I have benefited much from the protections of the First Amendment. I will tolerate these Hellish belches and f–ts as long as I am allowed to counter and refute them, and speak of the Gospel of the Messiah.
I remain fully cognizant of how the violence of the Qur’an and Hadith is intrinsic to the Islamic message, and how the jihad of the sword remains Muhammad’s last “marching order” to his cult.By the same token, preaching and discipleship, not violence, are the last “marching order” God has given to those who would follow Jesus Christ. This is a reason why Uncle Kepha will always see the real Jesus Christ and Islam as incompatible. Sure, I believe that there’s a Hell, and probably ost of this generation is headed for it, but as I read how biblical revelation unfolds, I find no reason to hurry anyone on his way thither.
As for free speech and freedom of the press, I won’t cite Voltaire’s “I disagree with what you say, but will fight to the death for your right to say it”. On the lips of too many on the Left, it is a trite and thoroughly insincere platitude, and I count the silver after hearing someone say it. But, I will still condemn the action of the French government mentioned in the article; and could see it as a precedent for cracking down on those Christians still brave enough to condemn the sexual revolution. The post-Christian West has lost any reasonable moral compass, and its attempts to regulate what it calls “hate speech” are very dangerous.
France is betraying “liberte”.
gravenimage says
Kepha, I still believe that incitement of immanent violence is different both morally and legally from other forms of freedom of speech–even speech evincing ideas that I heartily despise.
To see this from France as an attack on Christianity is, I believe, mistaken. (They may descriminate against Christianity at other times, but this is a separate issue).

France closes Muslim publisher for ‘legitimizing jihad,’ Muslim leader says ‘Government has become radicalized’
……………..
Ah, yes–because what is more “radicalized” than objecting to Muslims murdering Infidels? sarc/off
gregbeetham says
Muslims are proclaiming the ultimate hypocrisy with this one.
Victims of Jihad aren’t allowed to object to or prevent being slaughtered by Muslims when they practise Jihad or they will be labelled Islamophobic.
Yeah, like as if people are going to prefer to die rather than be labelled Islamophobic, HEY LEFTIES! HAVE YOU WOKEN UP TO THE MUSLIM SCAM YET?
Alfredo says
Sadly too many Lefties are still fast asleep.
They have fallen for the great lie that Islam is the “religion of peace.”
Nothing could be farther from the truth. All it takes is to research the history of this death cult.
Now the Abdools are crying “Islamophobia” all over again because the government of France is finally taking steps to arrest the Islamization of the French Republic.
Better late than never!
For way too long the French have stoically endured attack after attack by bloodthirsty Jihadis.
Like the tragic massacre at the Charlie Hebdo office.
The brazen murder of the poor teacher who was decapitated by a hateful Abdool for having the temerity of showing his students a cartoon of their “prophet” wearing a turban with a bomb cleverly disguised in the turban.
The self-entitlement of too many Abdools is highly offensive. If they don’t like French values and customs, the door is wide open. Nobody forced them to come to France.
They can go back to where they came from.
In fact we have a farewell message for them and all their Leftie supporters: GOOD RIDDANCE!
Kepha says
Victims of Jihad aren’t allowed to object?
I beg to differ. Those who falsely accuse the worshipers of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit of turning the Son and Mary into “lesser gods” must understand that either Muhammad, Jibril, or both were either ignorant or lying. Same for seeing Moses as the Uncle of Jesus; or accusing the Jews of making Uzair into the Son of God as Christians say about Jesus.
These are among the reasons why Islamic “golden ages” peter out as soon as the number of Dhimmi in Islamic society falls to too low a number. Islam is a lie. If Hence, i should allow the bigotry and folly of Islam to so completely over whelm our alternative society, I would be traitor not only to myself, but to those Muslims who need to be freed from their folly.
Gregbeetham, if you hold your breath waiting for the Left, with its hatred of Christ acting as its central nervous system, to wake up to the Muslim scam, you will surely suffocate. We are nearing the time when we must subvert, boycott, and starve the Left. It will always see Islam as a strategic ally.
gregbeetham says
Just like you I’m not holding my breath waiting for the Left to get some sense, not with their propensity for committing public self harm without even realizing it.
But yes, apparently Muslims class anyone objecting to or preventing being killed because they are unbelievers as terrorists against Islam. You have to stop and try to get you head around that one for a while because of the inverted morality involved but eventually you have to come to the conclusion that their head is so fucked up they are beyond redemption.
Neither group, Muslim or the Lefties have any real knowledge of history, accurate history that is, not some perverted convenient concoction or wishful thinking, the various early Caliphates and Sultanates adjusted history to suit the current religious/political narrative and the Left seems to have forgotten what happened to those communists who helped the Jihadists overthrow the Shah, they all came to a sticky end once the revolutionary guard and the ayatollah became the totalitarian Islamic government Iran.

It is better to read what they are thinking?

Uncle Kepha is not in favor of burning books–even bad ones.
However, we must be aware that nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come–even if it’s a very bad idea.
