The rape was punitive, designed to render the woman unmarriageable and bring her everlasting shame, since the fault for such crimes lies with the woman, for not preventing it by covering herself. This kind of rape frequently takes place in prisons in the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the same underlying motivation.
The stabbing was an attempted honor killing. In the Qur’an, a mysterious figure, known as Khidr in Islamic tradition, kills a boy in an apparently random and gratuitous attack. He then explains: “And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy.” (18:80-81)
And according to Islamic law, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Reliance of the Traveller o1.1-2).
Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. The Palestinian Authority gives pardons or suspended sentences for honor murders. Iraqi women have asked for tougher sentences for Islamic honor murderers, who get off lightly now. Syria in 2009 scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but “the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour ‘provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.’” And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.” In Iran, according to the New York Times, the legal system “treats parents who murder their children with relative leniency, as the maximum sentence for the crime is only ten years.”
“Loire-Atlantique: after her father is convicted of rape, it is her brother, accused of attempted murder, who goes to prison,” translated from “Loire-Atlantique : après son père, condamné pour viol, c’est son frère, accusé de tentative de meurtre, qui part en prison,” by Laurent Fortin, Actu 17, October 18, 2021 (thanks to Medforth):
In early October, the juvenile court of the Loire-Atlantique region sentenced the young Chechen, who was charged with “attempted murder” in Gorges in February 2017 after stabbing his “too Westernised” sister, to one year in prison.
The young man, who was not yet 18 years old at the time of the events, was also given four years in prison with a probationary sentence: for three years he will be forbidden to recontact his victim and to appear at the parental home, he will have to submit to care, and finally he will be obliged to compensate his sister “according to his financial means.” The Loire-Atlantique juvenile assize court has finally banned the young Chechen for ten years from holding a weapon, subject to administrative authorization.
The hearings – which were held behind closed doors – did not reveal more about this “attempted murder” for which the accused, who was at large, appeared. But the trial of the father of the accused and the victim, the previous week, this time before the criminal court of Loire-Atlantique, for incestuous rapes of his daughter, had already lifted the veil on the climate of “fear” which reigned in this family that was “capable of anything and everything for its honor,” in the words of the young woman.
“French culture pleases me”
“The older I got, the more I wanted to become a young Western girl, and the less they liked it,” she began by explaining at the opening of the first trial to the five judges of the Loire-Atlantique criminal court.
“I like French culture: I like being able to wear pants or tie my hair, and not be locked in their stuff, in their clan,” the 20-year-old had also told the Nantes magistrates. “They do not want to accept French law: they already did not accept Russian law, for them it is only Chechen law that counts.”
It was in this context that her mother and brother began to suspect the teenager of having “lost her virginity” in view of the development of her hips and breasts. The father then set himself up as a “protector” of his daughter and “emotionally blackmailed” her to achieve his incestuous ends, which ultimately earned him ten years in prison.
Teenager stabbed by brother for lifestyle
“I just wanted a normal family, nothing else… That would have been a lot,” she said in tears on that difficult day. “For years I suffered from those three. I still have problems eating and sleeping, while they have a good life… It’s not fair!”

I am sure that incest occurs frequently in Islamic households ( I will not say homes as homes are should be places of love and sanctuary). Muslim men cannot keep their hands of women and the fact they will have multiple wives if they can, supports this theory. We can read the words of Ayatollah Khomeini as well
“A man can marry a girl younger than nine years of age, even if the girl is still a baby being breastfed. A man, however is prohibited from having intercourse with a girl younger than nine, other sexual acts such as foreplay, rubbing, kissing and sodomy is allowed.
A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not committed a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged. If the girl, however, is permanently damaged, the man must provide for her all her life. But this girl will not count as one of the man’s four permanent wives. He also is not permitted to marry the girl’s sister.”
– Ayatollah Khomeini, Tahrir al-Vasyleh, Fourth Edition, Darol Elm, Qom, Iran, 1990.

These scum will use any pretext for their demonic lusts.
A young woman will “develop” without having any intimate contact with a male. It’s a matter of hormones and genetics. It’s going to happen.
But, these maggots use it as *proof* that one the “father” wants to rape, the “mother” wants to cause to suffer….due to envy and jealousy…and the ‘brother’ wants to murder in order to get his lusts further fulfilled in the fake paradise of carnal and drunken behavior that is all inspired by their false ‘god,’ satan the devil.
They should…all three…be thrown into a dark, dank, dungeon and given foul water and old, rancid pork for the remainder of their miserable lives.
And the people of the world should wake up to what they are encouraging by their support of islam’s evil filth.
Wellington says
The sickness which is Islam is never ending. It is the longest-lived curse placed upon mankind by mankind himself. It needs to be ended. Whether it will be is another matter but that Islam should exist no more should be crystal clear to anyone of sense and knowledge.
Fitna says
I feel exactly the same way Wellington. In a way religion is like a mind-altering drug or a mental illness. Those who are deluded by these beliefs don’t understand that they are truly crazy. They actually believe they’re completely normal and those who don’t believe in their moon-god Allah for instance are the crazy ones.
As Pascal once said those who believe in absurdities will commit atrocities and that’s exactly what we see coming out of Islam.
If Muslims could see how crazy their religion has made them, they’d stop being Muslims. That actually happens in some cases, esp. with ‘lazy, westernized’ Muslims.
In fact this girl is the perfect example. She started to realize that western life is far better than being Islamic, so she became more sane over time, which is why her family turned against her and raped and tried to kill her.
In short only the smart Muslims find their way out of this madness and become reasonable, but the vast majority never will because they keep reinforcing these cultish beliefs on a daily basis.
Islam will not be ended from within. No imam is going to wake up one day and realize Islam is a dangerous lie, that’d also end their livelihood. So like Nazism the only way to end Islam is from the outside, for non-Muslims to end it.
We could make life easy for ourselves by simply deporting all Muslims except those trying to leave Islam like the girl in this article. The other option is to have detention and reeducation camps like in China, where we teach Muslims Islam is wrong/evil. But I don’t place much hope in that.
And the last option is warfare, which will cause a lot of suffering on all sides, so deportation is really the best answer. If we were truly ‘sneaky’ we could sterilize their population the way we do mosquitos that carry diseases and in a couple of generations they’d disappear. As they are our mortal enemies I take nothing off the table.

This is an apocryphal statement.

Fitna, you are correct in everything you say about Islam; however, I dislike seeing other religions ‘lumped’ in with Islam. I believe Islam is not a religion as such, but a dangerous political ideology, with Allah as their President and Muhammad as their Prime Minister, or ‘righthand man’ if you will (and please excuse the unintentional pun.)
Fitna says
Thanks Eleanor, glad you agree. Not to worry, most reasonable people know other religions are nothing like Islam. Most religions have their own form of the Golden Rule, “treat others as you would treat yourself.”
To their credit, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, etc are not killing unbelievers for their gods. They preach tolerance and equality. Only Islam has such terrible teachings which is why it’s causing so much trouble throughout the world today.
That doesn’t mean they don’t have their own problems individually and have bad or immoral teachings, I say this as an ex-Christian. However we’ve proven over generations we can all get along, except for Islam.
I agree with you, Islam is a political ideology, like Nazism, but it is also a religion which makes it doubly dangerous, which is why Islam must be banned and Muslims need to be deported.
wpm says
The daughter should be given French citizenship the rest of the trash family to be deported back to the boogie land jihad hell hole they came from. Any father who rapes his daughter should be castrated with no anesthesia and have his testes feed to pigs with him forced to watch.
Wellington says
I understand where you’re coming from, wpm, but the problem with castration for any rapist, including that of a father (OMG, how extra sick but how so very Islamic as I know you know) is that rape is more about power control than sex per se and so if you castrate the rapist you still don’t eliminate the underlying warped power element—indeed, it might actually be increased with anger aplenty.
No, I don’t think castration for a rapist is the optimal approach. I would argue for at least thirty years in jail, no parole. Optimally, I would argue for the death penalty and would expand a bit here by asserting once again that being AGAINST the death penalty for such heinous crimes as 1st degree murder and rape of one’s daughter is itself immoral. So sick of those for the death penalty, such as I am, being told we’re in the wrong. No we are not.
And notice that those against the death penalty are completely silent when someone who should have been put to death kills or rapes again. In brief, I think of those opposing the death penalty ignoramuses at best, conscious enablers of evil at worst. And yet still they take the posture of being “the moral ones.” They are anything but. They are hideously immoral in the final analysis.
Infidel says
Wellington
Why not do both – castration AND thirty years jail w/o parole?
Jim J Fox says
Disagree, Wellington. Castration produces eunuchs who are incapable of sexual arousal; often employed in former days as Masters of the Harem.
Does Canada not have a law that rapists can opt for chemical castration instead of a long prison sentence?
I am opposed to prison sentences for mass murder, rape and other such extreme crimes. Taxpayers should not pay the accommodation and entertainment costs of such scum.

You do realize that a Muslim rapist who rapes to humiliate Infidel men, women, or children can still do a great deal of harm even if he is chemically castrated?

To repeat that wise saying which is that “Evil is always looking for an excuse” Is far too much a a mild statement for that vile Muslim rapist of “father” or that brutal cruel vicious “brother:” of that young woman.
Both of those hideous and heinous malicious misogynistic Muslims should stay in prison for the rest of the lives.
Westman says
It seems those against the death penalty believe they and their offspring will never be victims.
And now they are facing a parallel society which has some members who believe that it’s perfectly correct to kill an “errant” child, an apostate, and anyone criticizing the “prophet” or Islam.
The terrorism will go on unabated because prison is just another Islamic education/preaching opportunity at the expense of taxpayers. A good example is Anjem Choudary, all rested up and ready to invite others to commit mahem.
I agree completely that capital punishment is required to stop capital crimes. Islam is a special case since some jihadis don’t mind the “thought” of dying. Perhaps something like hanging, Iran style, could proscibe further murders.

One of the greatest lies of our time, roberta—though I know you already know this.
Some cultures are superior. Others are OK. And some truly suck. But the idiocy of multiculturalism, ordinarily accompanied by its foolish and tyrannical companion, i.e., political correctness, denies these realities. Fitting, however, since PC/MC is rooted in non-reality as well as mendacity.

Good to read so many defenses of this poor girl and condemnation of her miserable Muslim excuse for a family. If they ever manage to get this poor girl away from that place and to America — unlike probably 99% of what is coming over the border for the Free Lunch, she deserves asylum — if there is any mercy in you Christians don’t send her to Texas. Because had her savage beast of a father made her pregnant the servants of the loving Lord there have instituted laws that would have made her — in addition to already being unable to eat or sleep — relive every moment of that horrible experience for 9 months and then give birth to… “My sister AND my daughter!”
I know you good Christians will huff and turn up your noses at that. I just think you should be reminded now and then what that law is going to do to some girl or woman whose only “sin” was what all you men want.
Wellington says
I think you direct your ire, revireridesagain, way too much against Christians.
Protecting innocent life, even that conceived in evil action, is not a wrong. Actually, I think it a noble endeavor seen from an ethical point of view, no religious conviction involved.
Hope you get my “meaning” from this devout agnostic which I am. I mean to say here, what if had you been conceived in a terrible crime, should you in fetus form have been “dismissed” because of this? Oh yeah, ponder this scenario. Do so.
Really, and even assuming devout Christians and even the Christian theological blueprint err at times, such “error” pales in comparison to the wrongs perpetrated by the Islamic world.
I hope you will join me in wishing that every Muslim woke up tomorrow a devout Christian. If you do not, I would argue you have a lot of explaining to do.
somehistory says
Thank you, Wellington. I, as one who tries to follow Christ, appreciate your points of reason on this important issue. It means a lot to me.
I have known some young ladies who were raped and each gave birth to a child who was very much loved. It happens much more often than many people realize, or care to admit.
:Yesterday, Glenn Beck made this statement: “The number one cause of death in the U.S. is abortion.”
James Lincoln says
somehistory,
I have struggled with the “big three” generally accepted (even among many Christians) reasons for abortion:
Rape, incest, and to protect the life of the mother – very early in the first trimester.
Still reluctantly believe that it should be legal under these circumstances, but I still struggle…
Infidel says
I used to be pro-abortion in cases of rape and incest, but recently, heard a caller on a radio show describe how his wife could not conceive b’cos of the abortion that she had years ago after being raped, which ended up damaging her uterus. They had to look at the adoption route instead
I still think that abortion should be legal in these 3 cases, but only until the pain-capable point. I do prefer the pain-capable to the heartbeat bill, but nothing beyond that
somehistory says
James,
Yes, you have said you “struggle” with that. I have so such “struggle.” A baby is a baby. A life is a life and in this case, a life that is innocent of any wrongdoing, innocent of any crime and has not done anything to hurt another person.
I have a very good friend who was raped by her older brother. Unlike most in that situation, she did have a baby…gave birth to a little girl whom her parents made her give up.
When I met the woman, she was already mother to other children, but she mourned the baby girl she did not get to raise. She was hesitant to tell me how the baby came to be, and the shame/disgust was evident, but she loved the baby she lost.
As I mentioned above, I’ve known several girls who were raped and became pregnant and actually had the child and raised her/him. The babies who result from rape are the **children** of the rape victim, the grandchildren of her parents, and those who choose to allow the child to live are very rewarded by the choice.
And, as I posted a few days ago, fauci has funded U of Penn to do research on those babies born alive through forcing and they are being scalped alive and their scalps put on the backs of rats to see if the hair will grow; they are having their organs harvested for research while they are still alive and their heart is pumping blood to the organs being taken.
I have no hesitation in calling these ghouls mass-murdering serial killers. I spoke recently on this with a stranger at the laundry and in that conversation, she told me she used to do that…and began describing the “little spines,” I stopped her by asking, “How could you do that?” and she said, “it was my job.” So, I continued with the example below:
This kind of research would be condemned if done to an adult.
This would be shouted to the roof tops if adults were being taken from a warm bed in the middle of the night by a serial killer who was taking their organs while their blood was being pumped through their veins.
The woman couldn’t face me as she made a sound of that’s terrible to think about, shaking her head and putting her hands up.
I said that it’s just as wrong to do that to a baby and then she nodded and said, “that’s right.”
No struggle for me. I know I could never waffle. I feel sure, since man was “made in God’s image,” that He does not waffle either.
No offense to you intended, but I am greatly offended by the whole baby sacrificing, money-making industry that the government not only allows, but funds, big time.
They will all be judged for each tiny life they “take.”
