Given the track record of shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain, this chappie’s lawsuit is likely to succeed, and he will be strolling around London within weeks. It’s a wonder that he had to sue at all. After all, British authorities have a decided taste for admitting jihadis.
Pamela Geller and I are banned from entering the country for the crime of telling the truth about Islam and jihad. Recently, free speech and freedom advocates Martin Sellner, Brittany Pettibone, Lauren Southern and Lutz Bachmann were also banned from entering Britain, all for the crime of opposing jihad terror and Sharia oppression.
Meanwhile, Britain has a steadily lengthening record of admitting jihad preachers without a moment of hesitation.
The Muslim migrant teen who bombed the Tube told border officials that he was trained by ISIS, but was admitted anyway.
Syed Muzaffar Shah Qadri’s preaching of hatred and jihad violence was so hardline that he was banned from preaching in Pakistan, but the UK Home Office welcomed him into Britain.
The UK Home Office also admitted Shaykh Hamza Sodagar into the country, despite the fact that he has said: “If there’s homosexual men, the punishment is one of five things. One – the easiest one maybe – chop their head off, that’s the easiest. Second – burn them to death. Third – throw ’em off a cliff. Fourth – tear down a wall on them so they die under that. Fifth – a combination of the above.”
Theresa May’s relentlessly appeasement-minded government also admitted two jihad preachers who had praised the murderer of a foe of Pakistan’s blasphemy laws. One of them was welcomed by the Archbishop of Canterbury.
Meanwhile, the UK banned three bishops from areas of Iraq and Syria where Christians are persecuted from entering the country.
Britain is, as is obvious, finished.
“‘ISIS-linked extremist’ fearful of Taliban retribution tries to return to UK,” by Paul Peachey, The National, October 19, 2021 (thanks to Henry):
A suspected extremist with links to ISIS was removed from a plane leaving Kabul, foiling his attempt to return to the UK after being stripped of his rights to live there.
The Afghan man, identified only as D9, had been living in the UK since 2001 but returned to Afghanistan for Covid-19-related reasons in 2019, only to be barred from returning on national security grounds.
Undeterred, the man tried to travel back to the UK in March and boarded a Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul for the first leg of his journey. But the British government intervened and he was taken off the aircraft in Kabul because of the security risk he posed, court papers say.
D9 is now suing Home Secretary Priti Patel so he can leave Afghanistan where he believes his life is at risk because authorities may conclude that he is an extremist.
His legal action was launched before the Taliban takeover of the country and lawyers for D9 say that he was at risk under both the new and old regimes. He has not been in touch with his legal team since mid-August when the Taliban took over Kabul.
A political analyst told the court that Afghan intelligence services’ files containing information about D9 may have fallen into the hands of the Taliban after its forces took Kabul.
“If those files contain information and … shows that he is connected to Islamic State in any way, he would be at real risk given the enmity between the Taliban and Islamic State,” a High Court ruling said on Monday….
Michael Copeland says
“His” legal team – and such teams are very expensive – is paid for, we can be assured, by UK taxpayers.

Yes, a jihadist who believes in jihadism, the imperial caliphate, Islam’s misogyny, hatred directed by Muslims towards kafirs, beheading of apostates, war against Shi’ites and other Muslim ‘heretics’ and other canonical Islamic teachings that are opposed to human rights will be offered tax-supported lawyers to get him into UK, while Geller and Spencer who merely quote those Islamic doctrines (and do not believe in them) are not allowed to enter UK.
Conclusion: one MUST be a DANGEROUS, BELIEVING JIHADIST to enter UK … while those who can identify jihadism (but don’t believe in it) are BANNED from UK.
Only self-declared Muslim terrorists have no problem entering.

Not really wanting to get too far off the main topic ofthe above article. Nevertheless it still seems very important to mention that the exact day ,10/21/21, of this posting Facebook removed my post about the Taliban because it was viewed by them as a “violation” of their “community standards.”
In other words Facebook’s pro-Islamic, pro- Taliban pro- Biden politically correct “standards.”
So here , below, is what Facebook found so offensive.
” It’s totally absurd and unrealistic of Joe Biden and other governmental leftist to feel that a genuine lasting peace agreement can be made with and kept with those misogynistic monsters.”
That is the statement that so upset the Facebook people.

Walter, this looks like a perfectly reasonable–and completely true–comment.

If Britain allows this, the logical question that should follow should be:
In what way is IS-K a better organization than the Taliban?

Islamic State jihadi in Afghanistan sues British Home Secretary to return to UK, says he’s afraid of the Taliban
……………
What gall. Still, in today’s unhinged UK, he may just be allowed to return to wage violent Jihad against Britons.

He “returned to Afghanistan for Covid-19-related reasons in 2019”. Something is off. Covid-19 wasn’t a pandemic until early 2020.
