Vandalism from whom? Before guessing, let’s go back two to three years to see a pattern in Malmo.
Two years ago, the Jewish congregation of Malmö “warned that rising antisemitism is turning the city into a no-go zone for Jews.”
Svante Lundgren, an associate professor in Judaism at CTR, the centre of theology and religion at Lund University, admitted in December of 2017 that migration from countries in the Middle East with a history of antisemitism fueled the rise of incidents in the city.
And after Trump announced that the American Embassy in Israel would be moved to Jerusalem, antisemitism in the area worsened. Supporters of the Palestinians in Malmö reportedly shouted: “We have announced the intifada from Malmö. We want our freedom back, and we will shoot the Jews.”
Archivist Anette Sarnäs was virtually accused of lying, although there is nothing ambiguous about her report:
City archivist Adam Hidestål stated that the incident was a misunderstanding and that the purple blanket, which had been placed over the books, was later taken away. Of course, it sends an unfortunate signal that we absolutely do not stand for,” he said, claiming that the City Archives were “not afraid” to display such material publicly.”
The same old pattern persists: sweep Islamic antisemitism under the carpet. Shame on Adam Hidestål.
As the report below indicates:
Anti-Semitism has been a problem in Malmö for years, and the city’s Jewish community has spoken out about the issue in the past.
In 2019, the city’s Jewish Congregation, which has rapidly declined in membership in recent decades, warned that the congregation could disappear entirely and described the city as becoming a “no-go zone” for Jews.
“Jewish books were hidden – concern for vandalism,” translated from “Judiska böcker doldes – oro för skadegörelse,” by Viktor Nordblad, Expressen, October 12, 2021:
On Wednesday, the “Malmö International Forum for the Remembrance of the Holocaust and the Fight against Anti-Semitism” will be held. Heads of state and government are flying in from all over the world to attend the conference.
To prepare for the event, the City Archives in Malmö presented Jewish literature in the form of books and posters. Last Thursday, everything was ready – but already the next day, everything was covered with a blanket.
“On Friday afternoon, I was informed that there was a security meeting and that this would not be visible during the weekend to avoid damage, that windows could be broken and that the city archives risked major damage,” says Anette Sarnäs, archivist at the City Archives, to Sydsvenskan.
“Damn upset”
The City Archives has an agreement with Unesco to strengthen the City of Malmö’s role as a defender of human rights and freedom of expression.
“I was damn upset and angry. I protested, but the message I received was that it could be removed again on Monday when there would be staff and guards on site,” says Anette Sarnäs to Sydsvenskan.
The blanket that covered Jewish literature on Friday was removed the next day. The whole thing must have been a misunderstanding, according to city archivist Adam Hidestål.
“Of course, it sends an unfortunate signal that we absolutely do not stand for. We work extremely hard for freedom of the press and expression, and have weekly activities in that direction. We are really not afraid to be associated with that type of literature,” he said to Sydsvenskan.

Their concern comes from the simple fact that Malmo has a very large and unruly and steeped-in-the-evils-of-the-filthy-book that mozlums revere…population of those mozlums.
mozlums can’t be controlled once they are allowed to begin doing as they please, are allowed in large numbers to infest a city or community of a city, and have defied authorities to the point that police are in danger from them.
The Swedes may not be opposed to showing the artifacts, but they have to be in fear of the mozlums who are opposed and are easily “offended” to the point of murder and mayhem, destroying all things they don’t just dislike, but have an evil hatred for.
As Mr. Raymond Ibrahim has made clear, mozlums only understand strength and the willingness to use whatever power is available, so that the mozlums must be the ones afraid to step out of line. (not Mr. Ibrahim’s exact words, of course). The mozlums must be aware that the people will not allow themselves to be terrorized and that they, the mozlums, will suffer the consequences of their violence.

Very inciteful articles , both of which demonstrate that humans are idiots who have forgotten the past and as a result are doomed to relive it.
We can only hope that the current Islamic invasion of Europe, and the rest of the civilised world can be brought to an end.

Vandalism from whom?
……………..
Good question. This story is right next to this one:
“Swedish PM: ‘Since 2019, we have seen anti-Semitism increase. We must do what we can to fight this.’”

Most antisemitism in Europe today is Islamic.
