The groveling Biden is not only an inferior kaffir leader in the eyes of America’s worst jihadist enemies, he is a vacuous, weak man and an easy pushover. The Taliban has ordered the “leader of the free world” that the US will face “‘consequences’ if it does not stop flying drones over Afghan airspace.”
Given the record of the hapless Biden, this command from the Taliban just may prove to be positive in one way: it could prevent a new catastrophe like the American drone “strike on August 29 which the US said targeted ISIS-K bombers preparing an attack on Kabul airport actually blew up a family-of-10.”
“Taliban’s ultimatum for Biden: Afghanistan’s new rulers warn of ‘consequences’ if US drones enter country’s airspace,” by Chris Pleasance, MailOnline, September 30, 2021:
The Taliban has warned the US it will face ‘consequences’ if it does not stop flying drones over Afghan airspace.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the group’s chief spokesman, accused Washington of violating a peace deal it signed in Qatar by continuing drone patrols over the country.
‘We call on all countries, especially United States, to treat Afghanistan in light of international rights, laws and commitments … in order to prevent any negative consequences,’ a statement posted on Twitter added.
American forces fully withdrew from Afghanistan on August 30, handing control of the country back to the Taliban after the government which it spent 20 years and trillions of dollars constructing imploded within a matter of weeks.
But President Biden vowed to maintain ‘over-the-horizon’ capability in Afghanistan, allowing the US to strike terrorist targets within the country.
That means drones are still flying within Afghan airspace, which Mujahid said violates international laws and should stop.
He did not make it clear what he meant by ‘negative consequences’ if the drone flights are allowed to continue.
The continued presence of American drones in Afghanistan has already become mired in controversy after a strike on August 29 which the US said targeted ISIS-K bombers preparing an attack on Kabul airport actually blew up a family-of-10.
The strike in Kabul – one of the US military’s last acts before its withdrawal – did not kill a single terrorist, senior US general Frank McKenzie has since admitted.
Having originally described the strike as ‘righteous’, McKenzie was forced to admit that it had actually been ‘a tragic mistake’.
Rather than killing a bloodthirsty terrorist, the strike had actually killed an aid worker…
Kesselman says
How low do we have to get with the current administration? No one counts Biden among those leaders with influence. He’s a nobody as we already knew before he even got VP. As a nobody with mental health problems makes the whole scenario worse. How long a line do his caretakers give this old fart? With a shortage of competent Dem politicians, Biden’s shadows will stretch the line all it can take.
Kesselman says
Biden even makes me think of the movie “The Constant Gardener” starring Peter Sellers as a dude some sense could more than his evening prayer. The gardener, of course, makes a comedy of it all.

“Biden even makes me think of the movie “The Constant Gardener” starring Peter Sellers”
————————————————————————————————–
The film was called “Being There” – Peter Seller’s character was Chauncey Gardiner.
(The major difference is that Chauncey Gardiner was a simpleton who wouldn’t hurt a fly, and whose gnomic utterances were mistaken for pearls of wisdom.
Joseph Marionette Biden, on the other hand, is a vicious career criminal who couldn’t care less what harm he causes, and whose garbled utterances have to be written out beforehand in large print.)
mortimer says
Marionette Bribed-man the equivalent of Chauncey Gardner as played brilliantly by Peter Sellers.
The doddering, white-haired ghost of the White House reminds me of El Cid propped up dead on his horse and led by the reins before the troops to make them think they have a leader.
Beijing Bribed-man was never a leader. He was always a yes-man and still is.
wpm says
If Bribed -man steps down we will be stuck with heels up Harris who scares the Democrats because she is as popular as a herpes score with most voters. The Democrats were sold a bill of goods thinking they would be getting a “nice old Grandfather like old man” instead they got angry old grifter who is in the middle stagers of dementia. He has been in only 10 months and every week this country gets closer to either an economic collapse or the start of a world war in my opinion. Biden was never a very smart man ,or a morally good man ,but with his increasing mental decline even his handlers cannot predict the outcome or control this dangerous child man in the Whitehouse, Everything they smeared Trump with is what Biden is about except I think it is China that has the Biden family by the short hairs not Russia.
wpm says
Herpes sore I meant as I described Harris with voters.

And, by cracky, he means it too. They now have a whole bunch of nice weapons with which to make sure of “consequences” being negative.
Unmanned drones going down won’t hurt the one directing them, but it could hurt innocents on the ground. And, as Mr. Daniel Greenfield made clear, the taliban was directing who got on the planes that arrived in the U.S. and who knows just how many taliban members were on those places?
The “negative consequences” could happen right here on U.S. soil. Probably will whether the drones keep going or they are stopped completely.
Of course, biden could say, ‘oh, so sorry,’ and keep doing it, or he could stop. Doesn’t matter in the long run because his words mean nothing.

I guess this Taliban piece of crap, when he talks about “consequences”, is threatening to unleash some of those terrorist scum that they would have definitely planted among the Afghanis that the USA, and other countries, have just taken in after the recent chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. In time, I’m sure that many of these “refugees” from Afghanistan will turn out to be terrorists and a complete disaster for the countries that have taken them in.
gravenimage says
Likely so, Tim.
tim gallagher says
Yes, gravenimage, there are bound to be quite a lot of terrorists that the Taliban would have planted in among those recent arrivals from Afghanistan. The opportunity presented would have been too much for the taliban not to have taken advantage of. Then again, maybe this Taliban member is like all those big talkers from Iran who are constantly making dire, over the top, threats against the USA.

And now they are just walking off US bases and disappearing.

As Robert Spencer says, what could possibly go wrong?
Walter Sieruk says
Of course the Taliban had issued an ultimatum to Joe Biden in strong and in no uncertain terms.
They will also continue to make further demands to Biden because they well understand what a weak feeble- minded old man he actually is. The Taliban will just carry on with using that worthless Biden as the stooge and tool to pursue the many thing on their list of their Islamic agenda.
The outcome of the horrible Biden seems to have no end or limit. That fiendish Biden created a catastrophe of the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan and simultaneously inspired more zeal in Islamic terror organizations around the world.
Walter Sieruk says
Joe Biden so totally quickly destroyed all the progress that was achieved in almost twenty years in Afghanistan is so terrible severe that it’s now completely irreversible.
As Abraham Lincoln had said “You can’t unscramble eggs.”
Keith O says
The really shitty part of this is that, like it or not, the Taliban are now running Afghanistan and it is a sovereign nation.
This means that under international law the US and anyone else for that matter can’t fly drones over the country.
This can all be laid squarely at the feet of the denizens that now inhabit the white house and that run, and I use the term loosely, the US government and military.
This situation will continue for as long as these clowns are in control of the US.
James Lincoln says
Keith O says,
“…like it or not, the Taliban are now running Afghanistan and it is a sovereign nation.”
Yes, that is my understanding.

Taliban issues ultimatum to Biden, warns of ‘consequences’ if US drones enter Taliban airspace
…………….
The Taliban and other Jihadists know that Biden is weak–and they love it when the Infidels are weak.
Those like Biden who appease Muslims think that they will like them–but it doesn’t work like that. It just emboldens them.

The Chinese are strengthening their ties to the taliban and moving in to the abandoned Bagram air base so the taliban are probably right. American taxpayers funded a base that has been given over to the CCP completely intact. General milley, please pick up the CCP courtesy phone. Milley is straight out of Dr Strangelove and he looks the part.

China is denying this–not that I necessarily trust them, of course.
