The jihad imperative to “drive them out from where they drove you out” (Qur’an 2:190), even though it is not actually true regarding Israel, is not “radical” or “militant,” but mainstream. Bennett is nevertheless to be applauded for saying what most non-Muslim leaders do not dare to say.
“Radical Islam seeks to ‘dominate the world,’ Bennett tells Christians,” World Israel News, November 12, 2021:
“Israel protects the rights of Christians as we protect the rights of all religions,” the Israeli prime minister declared at he Christian Media Summit.
At the fifth annual Christian Media Summit Thursday evening, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett stressed that the Jewish state protects the rights of all faiths.
Israel is the only country in the Middle East that fully protects Christians, he said.
The Christian polulation [sic] in Israel is “growing, thriving and prospering,” he said. “More than ever, Israel stands united with Christians. We’re brothers and sisters. We are united. We won’t let anyone extinguish our light.”…
“Here in Israel were [sic] are also fighting a very visible enemy, radical militant Islam,” Bennett stated, adding that the danger extends throughout the Middle East.
“The terror that begins in Tehran seeks to destroy Israel, dominate the world and drive it into a dark abyss,” he said….

The political system we see now in Teheran could be in a century the political system of European countries

“Radical militant Islam” (shouldn’t a comma come between the two adjectives?—yes, I am indeed old-fashion, no greater example being my thinking there are only two genders—ah, what an anachronism I am—made all the worse because I’m proud to be so—but I digress yet again).
In any case, I keep getting the sense that loads of non-Muslims like Bennett keep hoping and wishing that Islam is something it isn’t.
A fool’s errand. Guaranteed. Yes, I do comprehend why a tactical approach to Islam (translation: pretending Islam is something it is not) has to occur in the short run, but eventually all of mankind must come to the conclusion that Islam is rotten to the core and there is no saving it.
Not there yet. But way overdue. Especially in our era which keeps making enormous errors about Islam in the name of mutual respect or some such rot.
Islam is evil. This should always, ALWAYS, be the starting point for the West. Used to be. No longer. Damn that decade, the 1960’s, which started all this destructive nonsense.

Most non-Muslim Israelis know Islam and the Koran.
Many non-Muslims leaders know and think that the jihad imperative to “drive them out from where they drove you out” (Qur’an 2:190), is mainstream. but dare not say it.
You are talking about someone’s religion so you have to go slow?
or you will need 24 hours protection like Geert Wilders.
James Lincoln says
So, just what is “radical militant islam”?
Answer:
islam as is practiced by devout muslims.
Boycott Turkey says
What does he mean radical Islam ? So was the prophet muhammed a radical or moderate Muslim ?
Fitna says
Agreed, it is a mistake to attach that ‘radical’ modifier. It might seem subtle but it’s not. By saying ‘radical’ it implies Islam is completely fine, aside from some extremists, which continues to perpetuate the lie that started on 9/11.
You’d think western leaders would be stronger and smarter by now. If this was a clever tactic by the elites to not rouse suspicion while they work to dismantle all of Islam, then I’d be fine with it. But I think it’s cowardice and they don’t want their face posted up on thousands of mosques for Muslims to target them.
Our leaders have the duty and the power to crush Islam but they shirk their responsibility so ordinary folk keep suffering. Islam is like a group of robbers showing up at your house. Your life until then was going great, you were happy, but suddenly this gang of evil people show up and threaten your existence.
Sadly nobody cares until they feel it’ll affect them one day, otherwise it’ll be somebody else’s problem. The day Muslims get state power will be exactly as it was with the Nazis taking over Germany and rounding up Jews to throw into concentration camps and ovens.
We can keep ignoring Islam, kicking the can down the road, but Muslims will keep pushing to take over our countries and if we do nothing one day they will win and make life a short living hell for us.

Well put, Fitna. The gradual infiltration was the anaesthetic – now the operation is underway with tens of thousands swarming the coasts of England, meeting no resistance – in fact being welcomed with benefits the native Briton has to fight for… What is wrong with this picture?…
Fitna says
Thanks Valhella likewise. Could anyone imagine Christians or any other religion infiltrating Muslim countries in this way? Why do we allow it?
Nobody in power seems to want to take a stand against Islam, they think they’ll end up like Theo Van Gogh.
But the difference is that they are best positioned to fight against Islam because they have a ton of security at their disposal that we ordinary folk do not.
If I was Boris Johnson I’d be openly calling Islam an evil death cult, then I’d tell the Muslims to “come at me bro” with a gang of Marines covering my 6.
But I think it’s worse than that. Firstly most of them are uninformed on Islam, secondly they don’t think it’s their problem, thirdly they’re probably more focused on banging interns and the next soiree than they are about protecting the country.
Unfortunately I think it’s going to take more mass scale attacks for the people to get fired up, for the politicians to take action or for a civil war to occur. All bad scenarios-since it’s better to be on top of this situation than scrambling to catch up from behind.

Wonder whether his ‘Joint List’ allies in his coalition – Arab muslim members – consider themselves separate from this ‘radical militant islam’?

Bennett: ‘In Israel we are fighting a very visible enemy, radical militant Islam’
……………..
It’s really just Islam.
Still, this from Bennett is damn close to the full truth, Kudos to him for saying so.
Thomas Richard says
It’s not radical…..it’s fundamental……it’s not militant….it’s traditional….that’s what makes it……..Islam!

The Aryan/Iranian dualistic dream has taken hold in the world. The little Satan in Europe is now an apartheid state. The Christians Bennet speaks to are rare. They have no voice.

Bennett is to be commended. He is the prime minister of a small Jewish-Arab country in a Muslim sea with some Muslim allies of convenience and a complex relationship with the faraway United States. He can’t be expected to crusade against all Islam.
Infidel says
Not to forget that his coalition includes a treacherous Arab muslim party called the ‘Joint List’, so it’s a wonder that he says anything about islam at all!
Walter Sieruk says
Yes,many times the violent and murderous jihadists are very visible ,when they start to engage in and continue shooting in their jihad attack .
Not always , as in before they begin in their actions Islamic terrorism. For example on 9/11 in the airport and in the plane , for short time ,they blended in with everyone else .
Furthermore it’s good to remember that the word “Radical ” that was used in this jihadwatch article heading is unknown in the Islamic world. For what most Westerner view as “Radical” in the Islamic world many Muslims see as “devolt Muslim” or a “Good Muslim who is totally dedicated to the jihad for Islam”.
A rather good example of this is that “mullah regime” of Iran which many many Muslims who are totally committed to Islam with its jihad. As Bennett has said “The terror that begins in Tehran seeks to destroy Israel, dominate the world and drive it into a dark abyss,”
