This isn’t enough. The EU should be aiding Poland with resources to battle the crisis that has been brought on by a conflict between the EU and Belarus, with Poland caught in the middle.
Many propagandists have been using the migrant crisis at the Polish border to continue pushing the agenda of open doors, while Muslim countries slam their doors shut, some even assaulting and murdering migrants. Globalists see mass migration as a human right, even when it involves unvetted Muslim migration that has seen millions of migrants enter the EU during the Syrian crisis.
From the point of view of Poland, the crisis is about sovereignty, security and protection of its state and culture. For the EU, the Belarus border crisis is only about the EU’s confrontation with Belarus President Lukashenko.
“EU agrees new sanctions on Belarus as border crisis deepens,” Al Jazeera, November 15, 2021:
The European Union on Monday agreed to widen sanctions on Belarus as a migration crisis deepens along its border with Poland.
Thousands of people remain stranded in freezing conditions on both sides of the Belarus-Poland border, barred from entering the EU via Poland as a dispute between the bloc and Minsk rages.
The sanctions will target a number of individuals and entities for “facilitation illegal border crossings into the EU,” Josep Borrell, high representative of the EU for foreign affairs and security policy, said.
Poland and other EU members have accused Belarus of encouraging people to cross the Polish border in revenge for Western sanctions on Minsk over a disputed August 2020 election which gave longtime President Lukashenko a sixth term and sparked mass anti-government protests….

not enough surely, but at least in the case of belarus the eu is imposing sanctions… the question is, will it impose sanctions on turkey for the doing the exact same thing???? turkey were even the belarusia illegal migrants are coming from in the first place…. no…. it will continue to fund turkey, encourage investments in it, encourage banks to loan it more money for being the epicenter of this invasion and for producing weapons (eu funds even for that) and finally nuclear weapons to join iran….

For historical remembrance, in 1620-1621 the Muslim Turks tried to conquer Poland and Ukraine ( Ukraine was then part of Poland )
after they had already conquered 33% of Europe ( Hungary,Serbia,Greece,Romania,Moldova,Bulgaria, etc).
In the Battle of Khotyn or Battle of Chocim or Hotin in 1621:
It was 25,000 Poles and Lithuanians, and 20,000 Ukrainian Cossacks
against 120,000-160,000 Muslims.
The Christians won the battle and Eastern Europe north of the Black Sea, was saved. This DECISIVE battle is little known in Western Europe and the US.

The Poles have historical context that other countries do not. They understand it’s either Islam or Christianity.
But the godless, globalist neo-fascists of the EU want to destroy one of the last defiantly Christian countries in Europe.
Once more, it is Europe ready to toss Poland to the wolves.
The EU countries are disgraceful. Poland will exit next if they don’t stop this insanity.
Doomer says
There is hope since there is the Visegrád Group a cultural and political alliance of four countries of Central Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia).
They are all against Muslims in Eastern Europe.
They remind me of the Order of the DRAGON created in 1408 against the Muslim Turks: the order was vast and included kings and princes, nobles, of Serbia,Bulgaria,
Wallachia,Germany Bosnia, Croatia,
Albania, Aragon (Spain ), Bohemia, Hungary, the King of Naples,
Poland,Lithuania.

Perhaps it is time for Poland to declare war on Belarus. Just sayin’. After all, if deliberately trying to undermine a neighbor nation is not cause for war, what the Hell is?
Bomb Minsk unless this rot stops. With Poland here completely.
Infidel says
Better idea: rain in missiles across the Belarus border to kill all the ‘refugees’ that Belarus is trying to send across. Diplomatically, Belarus can’t do a thing about it, since none of those refugees are Belarussian citizens, nor are they Belarussian troops. They are invaders of Poland, and Poland has a right to kill them. Since they’re not Belarussians, Poland can kill them w/o going to war w/ Belarus or Russia. This would be much more effective than feckless EU sanctions on Belarus, which hardly trades much w/ the EU anyway: they are more a leech on Russia
I like the idea of Poland asking NATO to intervene, so that they are looked at as an invading force rather than as refugees, so that the EU won’t be able to give them political grief for not granting them asylum
Wellington says
Whichever, Infidel. A myriad of options to be sure.
But civilization must so very often early on meet anti-civilization with force of one kind or another lest civilization pay a much higher price in the long run and even risk losing civilization itself.
Chamberlain and Daladier v. Churchill and De Gaulle in microcosm prove this timeless truth, though with fools presently in charge like Biden, Trudeau, Johnson, Pope Francis (morally in charge and which counts enormously) and Merkel, the West remains in suicide mode.
My God, what has happened to the West that monumental nothings like Biden, Trudeau, Johnson, Francis, et al. are now in leadership positions? It’s a confederacy of dunces now leading the West and this bodes great ill for the future unless George Washington and William Pitt types arise soon and plentifully.

We’ve seen Italy getting no resources from the EU. We’ve seen Greece getting no resources from the EU. Or Cyprus. Or Hungary. Or Lithuania. Or Latvia. We’ve seen Turkey getting €3 billion (or is that €6b now?) from the EU, which was not lost on Lukashenko.
It’s best to leave the EU out of all strategic plans unless they involve repelling assaults from the EU, be they physical or political.
Wellington says
The EU needs to go the way of Home erectus, which is to say total extinction, though I definitely give more credit to Homo erectus, working with al its liabilities as it did, as compared to the modern idiots, possessed of so many advantages, now running the EU.
What the Hell has happened to the West in the past half century or so? Nothing good I would argue.
Treereen says
Yes, the EU needs to go. One of the lofty goals of the EU was no more wars in Europe.
Watching EU’s response now is cringeworthy. Empty words from an impotent entity against determination of migrants to get through.
It’s not only happening in the West. It’s been 30 years since old Warsaw pact countries regained their independence from the Soviet Union. Economies have boomed (accompanied by “growing pains” of unemployment and homelessness previously unknown there) and so has the left there as shown by lack of unity from all Polish political parties in the face of this crisis.
There are more and more young people who do not remember first hand the daily grimness of socialism, the shortages of practically everything, the shoddy quality of things from locally manufactured consumer goods unfit for export to tower block housing, the queues, the technological backwardness, the lack of opportunities. I do.
Infidel says
And NATO w/ it, unless they do something tangible about this Belarussian threat, which is not yet connected to Moscow. If Putin backs Lukashenko, Merkel/Scholz should just cancel the Nord Stream pipeline
Michael Copeland says
This is the same EU that said a few years ago “Europe needs 50 million Africans”.
The EU is globalist, and wants to dilute and outnumber the native Europeans.
Hank says
The EU is nothing more than a globalist Leftist-Green-Muslim Alliance – Islamization project. A globalist inventor of new taxes. Europe has absurdly high electrical and gas prices due to EU clever taxation dictates to member countries. Not to mention their Mascot Greta Thunberg screaming Blah, blah, blah. No wonder the UK left.
