Finland has now joined a growing number of EU countries that are taking measures to protect their borders and sovereignty, as all eyes are on the Poland/Belarus border crisis.
Recall that recent history has taught many lessons. After the experience of the Syrian migrant crisis, which led to large numbers of illegal migrants swarming in from Africa and the Middle East (and still continuing to this day), all EU countries should be alarmed by the latest Afghan refugee crisis, especially in light of the jihadist mission to spread the Sharia everywhere. It is no secret that the IS infiltrated the refugee stream.
ISIS sparked the Syrian crisis, while the Taliban caused the crisis in Afghanistan. Despite differences between the Islamic State and the Taliban, both groups share the goal of spreading the Sharia regionally and globally. So does al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood. This is, in fact, the goal of mainstream Islam.
Meanwhile Iran, Turkey, and Libya have been keeping out their fellow Muslims, at times violently. It’s a win-win for them. They protect their economy and avoid having to vet the migrants (which would be necessary, since Islamic sectarian violence is endemic); also, they’d rather see Muslim migration encouraged into Western countries, as this aids in the goal of Islamic expansion. Iran still envisions a revived Persian empire ruled by mullahs, and Turkey aims for a revived Ottoman Empire, but Western Leftists don’t believe them.
“Finnish Govt Warns Country Could Close Border Over Potential Migrant Surge,” by Chris Tomlinson, Breitbart, November 14, 2021:
Finland’s Interior Minister Maria Ohisalo said that if it faces the same kind of migrant pressure as Poland and the Baltic States, the country could close its border.
Minister Ohisalo stated that Finland would close its border if subjected to the same sort of “hybrid warfare” many have accused Belarus of engaging in by sending migrants across its border with European Union member-states.
Finland has been used as an entry point to the European Union by migrants via its border with Russia, although historically it has been less popular than Greece, Italy, Spain, and now Poland.
“It is quite clear that this is a hybrid impact. Belarus is trying to divide EU countries while at the same time making them violate international conventions,” Ohisalo told the Finnish broadcaster YLE this week, in reference to the migrant crisis on the EU’s frontier with Belarus.
Ohisalo said that those seeking asylum in Finland would be treated individually and said women, children, and other vulnerable people should be protected, but warned that a large number of Middle Eastern migrants entering the EU from Belarus are being used as a weapon by the regime of President Alexander Lukashenko.
Mikko Lehmus, the head of the Situation and Risk Analysis Centre of the Border Guard, is not as confident the Finnish border can be fully closed and fortified against a surge of illegals.
Many countries, such as Poland and Greece, have begun or have already completed border barriers in an effort to halt the flow of illegal immigrants coming into their countries, but Lehmus said building such a barrier in Finland is not feasible.
“[A]ttention is focused on Finland’s long eastern border. It must be clear to everyone that it cannot be comprehensively fenced or covered by other obstacle devices,” Lehmus said.
Lehmus added that if there were a surge of illegal arrivals on the border, the Border Guard would require extra manpower from the police, suggesting that military reservists would not be needed.
In Poland, the government has stationed thousands of troops…..

building a wall all accross the borders for a poor country like poland is very difficult financially as is funding and sustaining operations to block the barbarians out of the country… imagine what it takes to stop the barbarian invasion in the sea….
the belarusian president is therefore pressuring poland and other poor countries like lithuania and latvia economically also by this invasion that it has mastered…. eventually the barbarians are led to passages where the country can not afford to cover and pass into the country… these countries are found in a dilema of whether they will financially be pressured in order to keep the barbarians out or whether they will soften the coverage of the border and allow the barbarians to enter the country and start the islamisation…. for poland i am sure they will do the outmost to keep them out no matter the cost as they are a country that refused to take in migrants from the very start of the barbarian invasion…. what these costs would mean for the current economy (long term it is a great investment) and for its poor people is another story…
unfortunately the open arms to the barbarians EU focuses more on giving turkey endless billions to sustain refugees (turkey exports them to the eu regardless) rather than subsidising fences and walls and operations to block the invasions….
imagine the last subsidy to turkey was over 6 billion euros, in an attempt to encourage turkey to stop pushing barbarians into the eu, and in return is the mass invasion in poland but also masses of barbarians being forced into greece as well…
there is no doupt that these immigrants came from turkey by planes to belarus by turkish airlines and belarusian airlines…

The government in Poland always has money… It had lots to bribe voters with social program, and even for the state TV, which is now regarded by most Poles as a propaganda station. If it needs more money, it could even print it 😉
(Inflation is officially at 6%, although most peoples’ living costs seem to have gone up far more… A few more % here and there might not get noticed?)

I have read that the UK payments to the eu are about the same as the amount received from eu by poland, a considerable sum.. I think its called a ponzi scheme. We have left of course but they are still screwing us for £.

Finland has a pretty long border w/ Russia, if the latter participates in Belarus’ attempt to exfiltrate muslims into the neighborhood

Protecting ones border against an invasion seems to be a good idea.

Finland got swarmed by Islamic heathens from Germany in 2015, thanks to the nitwit Merkel & Co. who don’t have a mandate from the electorate to dissolve borders but to protect the country. Germany needs to negotiate and establish a serious, no-nonsense repatriation route to the Islamic countries that are the source of the problem.
If you want to migrate, you need to get in the queue like everyone else. If I just walked into, for example, Saudi Arabia or Dubai to migrate and enjoy all the wealth and welfare benefits there – I would be deported on the next plane out before sunset.
Yogi says
Saudi Arabia hates them !!, they don’t want them , not even one !!, beat them with the sticks , that why this savages don’t want go there , will deported very quick..
