“Make ready for them all that you can of force and of warhorses, so that by them you may strike terror in the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others beside them whom you do not know.” (Qur’an 8:60)
“Magnanville attack: the prosecution calls for the trial of Mohamed Aberouz,” translated from “Attentat de Magnanville : le parquet réclame le renvoi aux assises de Mohamed Aberouz,” Actu 17, November 18, 2021 (thanks to Medforth):
The National Anti-terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) on Wednesday called for Mohamed Lamine Aberouz to be tried for “aiding and abetting the murder of a public official as part of a terrorist attack,” among other charges.
The murder of a couple of police officers at their home in Magnanville (Yvelines) on June 13, 2016 had caused a wave of emotions among the police, but also throughout the country. Jean-Baptiste Salvaing, 42, deputy commander at the Mureaux police station (Yvelines), and his companion Jessica Schneider, 36, administrative officer at the Mantes-la-Jolie police station, were killed with knives by a terrorist, Larossi Abballa, while their 3-year-old son was at home. The 25-year-old murderer had been shot dead shortly afterwards by the security forces when they stormed the building.
The National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) on Wednesday called for 28-year-old Mohamed Lamine Aberouz to be brought to justice. Arrested at Les Mureaux after nearly 18 months of investigation, he was indicted on December 11, 2017 for “complicity in assassinations of persons in public authority in connection with a terrorist enterprise,” then placed in pre-trial detention.
The PNAT on Wednesday requested that he be tried for “criminal terrorist association,” “complicity in the assassination of a person holding public authority in connection with a terrorist enterprise,” and “complicity in the kidnapping of 15-year-old minors in connection with a terrorist organization,” reports Le Parisien. Mohamed Lamine Aberouz is accused of having been present at the home of the police couple when they were killed. His DNA was found on the wrist rest of the computer of the deceased, used by the terrorist to broadcast his message claiming responsibility live on Facebook. In “the atmosphere of confusion,” Mohamed Lamine Aberouz was “able to flee without being noticed,” said the prosecution.
Already sentenced for the attempted bombing near Notre-Dame de Paris
The respondent is also suspected of having knowledge of Larossi Abballa’s terrorist plot; he met with him several times in 2016. He is also believed to have had an ideological influence over him. The two men had the same fiancée: Sarah Hervouët. The latter was sentenced to twenty years in prison for an attempted bombing with gas cylinders – which had been placed in a car – not far from Notre-Dame Cathedral in 2016 in Paris. In this case, Mohamed Lamine Aberouz was sentenced to five years in prison for not denouncing a terrorist crime. The respondent denies any involvement in the Magnanville attack.
For their part, two men were suspected of having given logistical support to the terrorist: Charaf Din Aberouz, 35, Mohamed’s older brother, and Saad Rajraji, 32, who in 2013 – like Larossi Abballa – had been convicted in an Afghan-Pakistani jihad recruitment network. Prosecutors eventually called for proceedings in their cases to be dropped.
“After these years of instruction, there remains the frustration and concern of still not knowing why Commander Salvaing was targeted and how the Islamists had access to his personal address,” said Me Thibault de Montbrial, the lawyer for the family of Jessica Schneider, as quoted by the Paris daily.

Ya know……I knida gotta go with the left on this…..the word “terrorism” should be removed from the language as it’s divisive and dehumanizing. I think “islam enthusiast” would be an acceptable replacement. It’s accurate and descriptive.

The term, ‘Orthodox Muslim’, makes it clear Islam is at the heart of this madness.

France,UK, Canada and many others are countries that have politicians that have absolutely no problem sacrificing their citizens for their sick Liberal.ideologies.We can only hope one day there are enough Patriots willing to do what has to be done.

notnolib- excellent suggestion. I believe such a term has the potential to encourage a more honest and open dialogue about the true nature of Islam.
Jim says
The problem is that the West should forbid terrorists to enter the country. But it does not. If it could identify terrorist-prone Muslims and prevent their entry, then it might be reasonable to decry Islamophobia against the good Muslims who are the only ones admitted. But this cannot happen. And many people become radical because the culture of Islam brings the potential to radicalization into the country with the presumably non-radicalizable Muslims, whose children would also never be radicalized.
Michael Copeland says
The culture of Islam teaches “radicalisation” – the
“process by which a person comes to support terrorism and forms of extremism leading to terrorism” (UK govt. definition).

PMK says
Jim,
How are we supposed to know the terrorist from the ‘good Muslim’? Islam preaches terror and the duty of every Muslim to fight the unbelievers. No Muslim should submit to being ruled by non-Muslims.
There are many Muslims living in western countries who have no desire to wage jihad on others, but we have no test to distinguish them from those who are out to destroy us. There is no way to tell which of the ‘good’ Muslims will ultimately turn on us.
Exhibit A, for me, is the Tsarnaev family. They came to the US as refugees from Chechnya. They didn’t settle peacefully in America. The two sons bombed the Boston Marathon, after which Mommy and Daddy scurried back to Chechnya.
There is no denying that Islam is antithetical to Western values. Equality of men and women, and of Muslims and non-Muslims goes against Islamic tenets. I don’t like to paint all Muslims with a broad brush but I don’t see how we can coexist without non-Muslims ultimately giving Muslims the right to destroy us. Sharia should have no part in our justice system, but in the end it will, in the name of diversity, equity and inclusion..

PMK,
Good reply to Jim. Informative and logical.

I agree, PMK. We can’t tell which Muslims will turn out to be reasonable and peaceful citizens and which ones will become terrorists. There have been too many cases of Muslims, who were once reasonably moderate and then became devout Muslims and became terrorists, so I say we need to slam the door on Muslims altogether. It is the sensible approach that Hungary and the other Visegrad bloc countries carry out. With over 40,000 Muslim terrorist attacks since the 9/11 attacks, what we do know is that far too many Muslims (compared to all other groups of people) do carry out terrorist attacks all over the world. Just slam the door on Muslims. They are not worth the risk. Our non-Muslim societies keep shooting ourselves in the foot by continuing to let Muslims in.
gregbeetham says
Tim as I have been saying for some time, the so called ‘nice’ Muslims that have settled in the West have already done enough to earn a place in Jannah just by bringing Islam to a foreign country so they can relax and not bother about killing Kaffirs in order to avoid being burnt in hellfire for eternity.
Their offspring however are another matter, they either have to be scrupulously devout Muslims to earn the necessary brownie points or they have to do some kind of Jihad activity if they aren’t and there’s always the possibility with all the distractions in the West that the offspring will fail to be sufficiently devout and then they become unpredictable.
tim gallagher says
Thanks for the comment, gregbeetham. I had not thought about what you mention there. I have noticed that the second generation of Muslims living in a country, such as Australia, sometimes do turn around and become devout Muslims and carry out terrorist acts. Your explanation of the mechanism makes sense to me. So the seemingly more moderate parents of these terrorists don’t have to do much because they have done enough to earn the brownie points from allah just by importing islam into a country. My only policy is to shut the door on all Muslims in the way the Hungarians do. To my mind, Muslims are not worth the trouble they bring.
gregbeetham says
Thanks Tim, I totally agree with you that importing Muslims is an unnecessary gamble with the lives of our citizens but like Credlin said last night large companies want them because they can keep wages down using cheaper labour, which doesn’t help everyday existing workers as the cost of living keeps going up, which is due mostly because the public sector gets indexed pay increases while the productive private sector doesn’t and it is the latter who actually pay for it all, which in turn means we have re-invented the feudal class society again, the haves and the have nots.

“…then it might be reasonable to decry Islamophobia against the good Muslims who are the only ones admitted.”
Something does not correlate here. The Quran clearly in itself teaches wickedness and death, Taqiya, Jizya, et al, towards non-Muslims. How can it be good if your beliefs, ideology, daily readings, study and family follow something bad? Will you get good fruit from poison ivy? Are we now supposed to call something evil good and something good for evil? It is this kind of confusion that is bringing down the West and causing voters to vote and bring in to office “Islam’s useful idiots” who are causing the severe Islamization going on, destabilizing society and inching toward a civil war.

If a person is **truly** a mozlum…stays mozlum because he/she likes it, devoted to it, works to spread it, lies to hide the truth of it…then that person should not be welcomed anywhere…anywhere, but especially where there are so many innocent people who will become victims of the ‘truly” mozlum.
And how can *we* tell who is and who is not? That’s a problem, sure, but the solution lies with those…how many are we told are just regular people who don’t want to be, or who don’t *work* to spread islam’s evil? *the majority* of the billion?…who aren’t “devoted,” “lie to hide,” “work to spread,” because as long as those don’t take action, the others, the “tiny minority,” have their way and do as they please and what they please is evil, rape, murder, …
So, keep them out….way out and don’t worry about separating the *good* from the bad and ugly. Let them do that work if they want to be free of their slavery.
Harsh? Well, some of us are just plain disgusted with reading accounts of this sort, but hesitate to tell it like it is.

Yes, somehistory. you mirror my thoughts. No matter if some muslims would just like to live a normal life in the West, when the flag goes down, they will all dutifully answer the call to Jihad. It is demanded of them and they will comply.
The muslims who see Islam for what it is get out of it. But they are pursued and hounded forever.

,Spot on some Somehistory, muslims are just like cancer. Some cancer cells are more malignant than others, but they are still cancer.
Some muslims are more radical than others, but they are still muslims. So how do we Know which is which, the only answer is to keep them all out.

I support anti-islam sites and have for many years. For some reason, my comments keep getting erased. Sucuri is supposed to be a safe watchdog here, but their habit of cutting me off is sending me in another direction, in addition to those I already support, one such is VDARE.
